매일 밤 어두운 골목길을 비춰주는 보안등은 가로등, 공원등 등과 함께 우리의 일상생활에 있어서 없어서는 안 될 중요한 전등기구이다. 따라서 한등만 꺼져도 민원이 발생해 대부분의 지방자치단체들은 전담 유지관리보수팀 및 기동팀을 운영하는 실정이다. 현재 주종을 이루고 있는 등은 150w 나트륨등. 이 등을 고효율 삼파장램프로 교체하여 연간 소요되는 막대한 에너지비용을 절감하고 민원도 줄일 목적으로 보안등 ESCO사업을 실시하는 곳이 있다. 기존에 보안등을 자체자금으로 바꾼 지자체는 있었지만 대규모 ESCO사업으로 실시하는 곳은 전주시에 이어 순천시청이 두번째다. 앞으로의 파급효과가 기대된다.

최근, 생표고의 수요가 급증하고 있으며 주년적인 생산과 공급을 원활하게 하기 위해서 시설재배가 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 1996년도에 있어 표고 골목은 8,433천㎥이었는데, 이 가운데 노지재배가 92%, 시설재배가 8%를 각각 차지하고 있으나 생산량에서는 노지재배가 90% 그리고 시설재배가 10%를 차지하고 있다. 또한 표고의 시설재배를 통하여 생산량은 약 20%, 생산액은 약 50% 각각 증가하여 소득 면에서도 기여하고 있다. (중략)

네트 코드명J 미션임파서블 카피켓 여기 네 개의 영화제목은 단순한 영화가 아니다. 동네 골목마다 지천으로 깔려있는 비디오 대여점에서 몇천원을 투자하여 빌려 볼 수 있는 영화여서가 더욱 아니다. 영화 스토리 전개가 디지털 콘텐츠 세계의 진면목을 만끽할 수 있는 영화로 구분할수 있어서가 더더욱 아니다. 정보의 바다와 기회의 대륙으로 불리는 인터넷을 모르면 영화조차 보기 힘든 디지털 사회가 도래함을 극명하게 증명한 영화들이기 때문이다. 정보의 바다로 만족하지 않고 60억 지구촌 소비자를 리얼타임으로 한 울타리에 묶어놓은 인터넷이 90분동안 살아 움직였던 그 감동을 우선 기억할 필요가 있겠다. 인터넷 세계를 알면 박진감 넘치는 스토리 전개에 영화보는 재미를 만끽할 수 있지만 컴맹에서는 영화감상 그 자체가 곤혹스런 일이며 지루한 시간 죽이기에 불과할 뿐이다.

지난 11월 10일 모 인터넷 신문이 한 인쇄인의 죽음을 보도하자 기사 하단에는 고인의 명복을 비는 글들이 3일 동안 100여건이 넘게 남겨졌다. 또한 보라매 병원 영안실에 마련된 고인의 빈소에는 방용석 노동부 장관을 비롯해 김근태, 장영달, 심재권, 이강래, 이창복 의원 등 이른바 재야출신 정 관계 인사들의 화환이 도착해 고인의 지난 이력을 말해 주고 있었다. 인터넷상의 짤막한 글이나 조화로 산 자들의 예우를 받은 인물은 고세진인쇄 강운기 사장. 을지로 중앙극장 건너편 골목길을 지나 마스터 기계 두 대가 전부인 조그마한 인쇄사를 운영했던 고강운기 사장에 대한 그들의 예우는 평소 고인에게 갚을 수 없는 빚을 졌기 때문이다.

본 연구는 살균선 및 오존선을 방사하는 저압 자외선램프를 이용하여 한약재 살균 및 장기간의 보관에 따른 변질 원인을 제거하고, 고품질 유지를 위한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이미 발표한 오존 및 전기적 특성을 연구한 '오존램프를 이용한 약재 보관 특성(1)'에 이어서, 주로 약재 보관 특성의 관점에서 연구를 하였다. 대구 약전골목에서 현재 가장 많이 사용되고 유통되고 있는 작약, 백출, 왕기, 감초, 당귀를 실험에 이용 하였으며, 오존램프 보관 유무에 따른 약재의 외관상의 변화, 일반성분의 변화, 생리활성 물질의 변화 등 특성 평가를 연구하였다.

Recently, violent crimes against the socially disadvantaged have become more frequent and became serious social issues. In addition, compared to the past, the crime methods have become more diverse and intricate, which results in larger damages. For those reasons, the public are increasingly concerned about crimes and it is detrimental to the quality of life in general. Currently, safety in alleys and other residential spaces is protected only by mechanical and managerial functions such as CCTV and police patrol. Safe environment from crimes can be achieved only if there are environmental and spatial plans such as CPTED (Crime Prevention through Environmental Design) principles. The purpose of this study is to propose a direction for spatial planning that can prevent crimes through environmental elements, by researching the spatial planning and current status of alleys and residential spaces from the viewpoint of CPTED. To do so, first, a review checklist was created based on five principles of CPTED and field surveys were conducted on the northern districts of Busan with high crime rates. Second, the problems were analyzed through the field surveys and checklist was classified based on five principles of CPTED to propose improvements for each item. Also, a computer graphic simulation was used to suggest a design proposal. We expect that the application of the basic environmental design principles and guidelines for CPTED will have the effect of creating crime-free and safe spaces in alleys and residential environment.

An attempt was made to investigate the status of harmful microorganisms occurring on different kinds of oak bed-logs during shiitake cultivation. As a result, totally 14 species of harmful microorganisms, including Trametes versicolor, were confirmed. Twelve kinds of harmful microorganisms were observed on Quercus acutissima, 9 kinds on Q. mongolica and 10 kinds on Q. aliena. Diatrype stigma, Hypoxylon truncatum, Hypoxylon sp. and Trichoderma sp. occupied 75.1% of the total harmful fungi occurred on Q. acutissima. H. truncatum and Trichoderma sp. occupied 71.2% of the total harmful fungi occurred on Q. mongolica. On Q. aliena, the occurrence of H. truncatum, Trichoderma sp. and Hypoxylon howeianum was 80.3%. D. stigma and Hypoxylon sp. were observed exclusively on Q. acutissima bed-logs, and the outbreak ratios were 51.6% and 13.1%, respectively. H. truncatum was observed on 46.6% of Q. aliena bed-logs and Trichoderma sp. was observed on 30.3% of Q. mongolica bed-logs.

Quercus serrata degraded by Leminus edodes(berk) Singer was investigated. In order to evaluate on affect of the fungi on the sound logs, and the logs attacted for 2 years and five years were used as a sample tree. Large portions of carbohydrate mainly was decomposed by the fungy. It is supported by the increasing of alkaline extractives and the breaking up of crystallinity. Lignin is transformed considerably as shown the results of the determination of Klason lignin, gel filtration and nitrobezene oxidation. On the other hand, the decreasing of methoxyl group and the increasing of carboxyl group in parallel with demethlation and acidification are presented. Syringyl nuclei unit is decomposed easier than guaiacyl unit. It is also illustrated that the more decreasing of carboxyl group compared with aldehyde group was acidified biodegradation.

When it comes to museumification, it has often been approached in terms of false history, placelessness or simulacra. However, this research aims at exploring the relation between the bodily-spatial performance of walking in the city and the museumification of urban space. For this, first it reviews theoretical discussions of walking as a bodily-spatial performance. Then, in the case of Daegu's Modern Street Tour and particularly focusing on the tour map, it looks at how the bodily performance of walking constructs the urban space of the tour as a museumified space. Finally, seeing the participants' blogs and other websites as another performative space, it examines how the bodily performance of walking reproduces the discourse and space of the tour in virtual space as well as in actual space. The study suggests the elusive assemblage of heterogeneous and multiple time-spaces immanent in urban space, which is different from the absolute and linear order of time-space in museum space.

We monitored the occurrence of fungal species on bed-logs inoculated with oak mushroom (Lentinula edodes) and the environmental conditions of temperature and humidity in the cultivation houses during monsoon. Six fungal species, viz., Cladosporium sp., C. cladosporioides, C. anthropophilum, Pleosporales sp., Trichoderma harzianum, and Acremonium sp., wereidentified from the cultivation houses located in Jangheung, Jeonnam province. This identification was confirmed by performing nucleotide sequence analysis of the internal transcribed spacer and 28S rDNA regions. Our study presents significant findings that can help in preventing fungal damage induced by inappropriate temperature and humidity in oak mushroom cultivation houses.
