This study was conducted to examine the environmental factors of apartments and therefore to suggest elements necessary to plan environments by evaluating and analysing both reside environments and conditions with residents at high-rise apartments in Kumi city. Kyongbuk. Korea. The result of this study is summarized as follows: 1) The motive of residence at apartment showed mainly the better environment of nature. and that the locational condition of those apartments was considered as a good standard for evaluating the apartment. 2) The evaluation of satisfaction showed that residents residing at apartment A tended to be satisfaied with all factors other than ‘complex’ although there was wholly dissatisfaction. In addition. it was shown that apartment B was satisfaied with housing and complex. apartment C with comfort. respectively. and apartment D with housing. 3) The evaluation of image showed that apartment C indicated the lowest variety of its complex while other factors were highly considered. Their image concerning residence was highest in apartment A. most lowest in apartment C. Then. apartment B showed the highest familiarity with and recognition of apartment complex.

갱폼이라 함은 주로 고층 아파트에서와 같이 평면상 상ㆍ하부 동일 단면 구조물에서 외부벽체 거푸집과 거푸집 설치ㆍ해체작업 및 미장ㆍ치장(견출) 작업발판용 케이지(cage)를 일체로 제작하여 사용하는 대형 거푸집을 말한다. 여기서 케이지는 갱폼에서 외부벽체 거푸집 부분을 제외한 부분으로 거푸집 설치ㆍ해체작업, 후속 미장, 치장(견출) 등 작업을 안전하게 수행하는데 필요한 작업발판, 안전난간 등으로 구성되어 갱폼 거푸집에 결합된 부분이며, 상부 케이지는 갱품 케이지의 4단 작업발판 중 거푸집 설치ㆍ해체작업용으로 사용되는 상부 2단 작업발판 구성 부분이고, 하부 케이지는 미장ㆍ치장(견출) 작업용으로 사용되는 하부 2단 작업발판 구성 부분을 말한다.(중략)

Construction of high-rise precast concrete apartment is an atractive alternative solution for severe shortage of residential facilities, especially in metropolitan areas in Korea. New building regulations enforced since 1988 requires all buildings higher than 6 storeys to be designed for earthquake. However, we hardly have any experience on seismic design of precast concrete buildings. This paper deals with methodology of seismic design and design considerations of connections for the large panel structures. Also addressed in this paper are studies needed to develop proper seismic design procedures of precast concrete buildings.

현재 국내에서는 신항만건설. 경부고속철도 건설, 기존고속도로 신설 및 확장공사 등 대형 국책공사와 도심지 내에서의 아파트부지조성, 고층건물신축, 우회도로, 지하차도, 지하철건설 등 중소형 공사가 증가되고 있으며 이러한 대소형 공사 시에 발생하는 건설소음ㆍ진동은 계획단계에서부터 합리적인 기준설정과 충분한 환경영향평가가 이루어져야겠으며 또한 이러한 평가결과가 공사에 잘 반영되어야 할 것이다. (중략)
