엘리베이터는 고층화되어 가고 있는 사무실용 빌딩과 아파트의 필수적인 문명의 이기로서 그 가치를 높이 인정받고 있다. 이에 따라 현재 설치되는 엘리베이터는 승차감, 안전도, 범죄 방지 등 엘리베이터의 기능이 다양화되고 성능이 향상되어 더욱 안락하게 개량되어 가고 있다. 품질향상과 국제 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 지금까지 엘리베이터는 어떻게 발전되어 왔으며, 앞으로 이 분야의 기술은 어떤 방향으로 발전될 것인가를 특허기술을 중심으로 살펴보기로 한다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the urban land used by the Urban Land Use Information System (ULIS) which can supply the micro-level land usc information for the understanding of micro-level urban spatial structure and district-level planning and managements(such as urban design, redevelopment planning and district-level transportation planning, etc.). The study evaluates the current situation of urban land use database and suggests the prototype of urban land use database using GIS. The planning and management of post-modern city which has characterized by diversity and the mixture of land use, need more detail and quantitative information about land use. Recent redevelopment and reconstruction of existing physical condition are increasing the density of activity. It raises urban problems such as the shortage of infrastructure and traffic congestion, etc. In this process we need to construct information system which monitors current land use situation.

전기수요의 증가현상과 도시의 인구집중으로 인한 주택의 밀집화, 건물의 고층화, 전화가정의 증가등의 세력으로 보아 머지않은 장래에는 현재와 같은 소용량 변압기에 의한 배전방식으로는 이들 수요를 감당하기가 어렵게 될 것이 예상된다. 또한 도심지 주택 밀집지역 및 상가지대는 도로의 협소, 통행인의 과밀, 건주의 불가능 등으로 대용량 변압소의 건설은 용이한 일이 아니며, 도시의 미화, 대지의 효용가치의 증대를 도모하고 장차 수요증가에 원할한 전력공급을 기하기 위하여는 2차 Network계통의 소용량 Unit Type변압기를 지하등 적당한 장소에 설치하는 방안을 강구하여 실현해야 될 것이다. 여기서는 외국의 문헌과 외국에 의뢰하여 모집한 각종 자료를 기초로하여 그 설치 방안을 조사 연구하였다.

최근들어 건축물의 대형화, 초 고층화 및 산업시설의 대규모화가 두드러지게 나타나고 있는 가운데 화재발생으로 인한 인명 및 재산상의 피해 규모가 비례적으로 증가하고 있다. 그러한 화재의 원인별 발생건수 중 가장 높은 점유율을 보인 것은 전기화재였고 98년(10,897건)에는 97년(10,075건)에 비해 8.2% 증가하였으며 이러한 치수는 꾸준한 증가율을 보이고 있다. (중략)

건설 안전관리는 건설업을 행하는 과정에서 발생하는 사고 나 재해의 발생 원인과 예방을 위한 관리 대책을 수립하여 인명과 재산을 보호하기 위한 모든 활동을 말한다건설현장의 안전사고는 근로자에게는 육체적 8정신적 고통과 노동력의 상실에 따른 경제적 부담이 발생하며 기업 입장에서는 생산력의 저하와 비용의 증가=국가로서도 사회 경제적 손실이 발생함으로 효율적이고 실질적인 안전관리 대책이 반드시 필요하다건설공사가 대형화=복잡화=고층화 및 대규모 지하 굴착과 같은 고난도의 작업이 많아짐에 따라 작업 환경의 특수성과 작업 환경상 높은 위험을 갖게 되었다.

As the height of the building increases, the stack effect in stairwell that is main facilities for evacuation becomes stronger. While the pressure rise in stairwell causes difficulties on opening the door for evacuation and has effect on smoke control system, reduction of stack effect will be necessary for providing more safe evacuation environment. The field experiments on pressure field in high-rise building are carried out to present reduction method of stack effect and the numerical analyses using network model are proceeded to design quantitatively the reduction method. As the air flow supplied from outside in lower stair and exhausted to outside in upper stair is formed in stairwell, the stack effect in stairwell is expected to be decreased.
