KAERI 에서의 PSA Workstation 개발

  • PSA 모델링 및 데이타 관리를 효과적으로 수행하고 PSA 정량화를 자동화할 수 있도록 PSA workstation 을 개발하고 있다. Windows용 고장수목 및 사건수목 편집기, 데이타 관리 모듈 개발등의 PSA모델링 및 관리 모듈이 개발되었고, 또한 최소단절집합 생성 방법 개선, 규칙기반 회복조치 분석 및 고장수목 순환논리 분석 방법 개발등을 통한 PSA 정량화 방법의 개선이 이루어졌다. PSA workstation은 PSA 응용 소프트웨어 개발의 기초로도 사용될 수 있다.

  • FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System) is intended to provide management visibility and control for reliability and maintainability improvement of hardware and associated software by timely and disciplined utilization of failure and maintenance data to generate and implement effective corrective actions to prevent failure recurrence and to simplify or reduce the maintenance tasks. This process applies to acquisition for the design, development, fabrication, test, and operation of military systems, equipment, and associated computer programs. This paper shows the FRACAS development process and developed FRACAS system for a defense equipment.

Design of Hybrid Rocket System Using Qualitative and Semi-Quantitative Reliability Analysis (정성적 및 준-정량적 신뢰성 분석 기법을 이용한 하이브리드 로켓 설계)

  • In this study, design of a small hybrid rocket is carried out using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Criticality Analysis(CA), which is a method for qualitative and semi-quantitative reliability analysis. In order to carry out FMEA, the structure of the hybrid rocket is divided into 31 parts and 72 potential failure modes. As a result of the FMEA, the relationship between potential failure modes, causes and effects, and their severity are evaluated qualitatively. Criticality analysis is followed for the failure modes, in which the criticality number is estimated using the failure rate information available from the handbook. Moreover, the failure modes with higher criticality and severity are chosen for improvement, and a series of design or material changes are made for the improvement of the hybrid rocket reliability.

  • In this study, semiquantitative failure mode, effects, and criticality analysis (FMECA) for the reliability analysis of a solid rocket propulsion system is performed. The semiquantitative FMECA is composed of failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and criticality analysis (CA). To perform FMECA, the structure of the solid rocket propulsion system is divided into 43 parts down to the component level, and FMEA is conducted at the design stage considering 137 potential failure modes. CA is then conducted for each failure mode, during which the criticality number is estimated using the failure rate databases. The results demonstrate the relationship between potential failure modes, causes, and effects, and their risk priorities are evaluated qualitatively. Additionally, several failure modes with higher criticality and severity values are selected for high-priority improvement.

  • 전력거래소는 매년 여름철 최대부하 계통을 포함해저 설비의 신증설 등 계통 변경사항이 발생하면 "전력계통 신뢰도 및 전기품질 유지기준"(지경부 고시, 2005. 11월 개정)을 만족하도록 운영방안을 수립하고 있다. 여기에는 전력계통 망의 구성방안, 융통한계량, 과도 및 전압안정도를 유지하기 위한 고장파급 방지장치의 운영방안 결정, 상정고장이 발생 했을 때의 조치방안 등을 포함한다. 이와 같은 계통운영방안을 보다 신뢰성 있게 수립하기 위해서는 우리나라 계통의 특성을 정확히 파악하는 일이 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 고는 올 하절기 최대부하 기간의 계통운영 실적자료를 이용하여 우리나라 계통의 특성을 분석하고, 실적계통의 최적화된 결과와 비교하여 운영개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 검토결과는 향후 계통운영방안 수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 예정이다.

  • Aircraft diagnostic systems identify system failures and nip aircraft accidents in the bud by removing hazards that hinder Safety Of Flight (SOF). The necessity for diagnostic systems is increasing as aircraft manufacturing technology is modernized. Many countries have conducted studies and developed diagnostic systems. However, studies about diagnostic systems are very few in Korea. This study defines the scope of aircraft diagnostics systems and closely considers methods to ensure the Safety Of Flight (SOF) for military aircraft.

  • The role of maintenance in railway is going to be extended to improve the reliability of railway system in the aspect of Asset management gradually. In this paper, the meaning of reliability and safety in RCM which has been applied in order to improve the efficiency of maintenance is deduced. And the analysis task of reliability and safely which has been recommended in railway standards such as EN50126 and IEC62278 is reviewed in the aspect of RCM. Finally, the several ways are proposed to apply RCM to railway system through the comparison between the RCM procedure and the analysis procedure for the reliability and safety in railway standards. Hereafter, if the analysis of reliability and safety is performed with the concept of RCM in the beginning of railway business, it will be more efficient to improve the reliability and manage the railway asset.

  • 자동유량측정시스템은 하천 유량을 실시간으로 측정하기 위한 수문조사시설로 전국 하천 64개 주요 지점에 설치·운영 중이며 실시간으로 운영되는 시스템의 특성상 내·외부 요인으로 인해 자료의 결측이 발생할 수 있다. 주요 결측 요인으로는 계측장비의 고장 및 오작동, 낙뢰로 인한 전원부문제, 시스템 컨트롤러 단순 오류 등이며, 현재 이로 인해 결측이 발생한 경우 현장 방문을 통한 조치 외에는 복구가 불가한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 현장 유지관리 개선을 통해 자료 결측 최소화 방안을 마련하고자 최근 5년간(2015년~2019년) 수행된 유지관리 점검내역을 검토하였다. 현장 유지관리는 정기적으로 수행되는 정기점검, 수중점검과 장애 발생 시 수행되는 현장점검으로 구분되며 최근 5년간 수행된 점검(1,735회) 중 정기적인 점검을 제외한 현장점검의 경우 총 764회(46%) 수행된 것으로 나타났으며 현장점검 중 유지관리 방법 및 장비 개선 적용 사례를 통해 최소 1일~3일 소요되던 점검 시간이 즉시 조치가 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 시스템 확대 및 기존 장비의 노후로 현장점검은 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며 최근 사회적 상황을 고려하였을 때 사물인터넷(IoT)을 활용한 시설물 개선 등으로 비대면 점검 수행이 가능해짐에 따라 점검 소요시간을 단축하여 보다 효율적인 시설물 운영, 예산 절감, 자료의 연속성 확보 등이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • In the case of the existing train control system, the driver monitors the condition of the vehicle through a composite controller device that displays various information on a screen in the vehicle. However, when problems arise such as car trouble, it is difficult for the drivers to take action immediately. In addition, maintenance personnel have to manually save data one by one after storing the vehicle to analyze control information of the main devices such as the brake controller and auxiliary power. To improve these points, a system that sends and receives all information in real time should be established by installing a sensor communication network and a surveillance system. This study attempts to improve the safety and maintenance of rail vehicles by suggesting a standardized method for train control and surveillance system.

A Study on the Reliability Analysis of Anti-ship missile using Field Data (야전 운용자료를 이용한 대함유도탄의 신뢰도 분석 연구)

  • In this paper, age exploration of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ anti-ship missiles which were deployed on RoKN ships were analysed using parametric estimation method. Additionally, Life distribution and failure pattern of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ anti-ship missile were analysed by using field data such as collected inspection, fail, maintenance record for 6 years. Storage failure and MTBF of missile and components were analysed by using reliability analysis s/w Weibull++ v7. The results were compared with maintenance policy including periodic inspection and MTBF which were analysed during development phase. Finally, the suggested methodology using field data analysis of oo anti-ship missile will be applied on re-estabilishment of maintenance policy of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ anti-ship missile for TLCSM(Total Life Cost System Management) effectively.
