Development of Causal Map about Impact of Employment Structure of Construction Workers on the Construction Industry (건설 근로자 고용구조가 건설 산업에 미치는 영향에 대한 인과지도 개발)

  • The construction industry is a typical labor-intensive industry, and is heavily influenced by the employment structure. However, research on how the employment structure of construction workers affects the construction industry has not been sufficiently studied. In this study, the major factors influenced by the employment structure in the construction industry are derived and the causal relationship between the factors is illustrated. The results of this study are expected to be used as data for setting direction of policies related to the employment structure of construction workers.

  • Pb(Z $r_{0.54}$, $Ti_{0.46}$) $O_{3}$에 B $i_{2}$ $O_{3}$를 0.0wt%까지 첨가하여 미세구조, 유전, 압전, 성질에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. B $i_{2}$ $O_{3}$의 고용범위는 약 0.5~0.7wt%정도 이었고 B $i_{2}$ $O_{3}$ 첨가량이 증가함에 따라서 결정립의 크기가 감소하였다. B $i_{2}$ $O_{3}$첨가량이 증가함에 따라 고용한계까지는 $d_{33}$ , tan .delta., .xi.$_{r}$(분극후)값이 증가하였으며 Qm값과 밀도는 감소하였다. $K_{p}$ 값은 B $i^{3+}$ 가 P $b^{2+}$를 치환하므로 형성되는 Pb공공의 형성에 의해 자발분극이 증가됨에 따라 증가하였다.다.

  • 최근 세계적인 경제성장률의 둔화에 따른 청년층의 취업난이 공통적인 문제로 주목받고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 청년 고용률은 OECD국가의 2019년 평균 고용률에 비해 10%이상의 낮은 수준으로 나타나 청년층 취업난의 심각한 수준을 나타내고 있다. 이에 대한 해법으로 청년 창업이 오랜 기간 동안 장려되고 있으며, 대학을 중심으로 창업교육이 이루어지며 대중적인 교육으로 자리매김하고 있다. 대학에서의 창업교육의 효과 및 필요성을 확인하는 다양한 연구가 활발하게 일어나고 있음에도 창업에 대한 인식과 창업률은 생계형 창업이 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 창업에 대한 관심을 가지는 순간부터 창업 이후에도 직면하게 되는 불확실한 현실과 이를 둘러싼 환경적 난류를 해결해 나갈 수 있는 감정적 관점에서의 창업교육의 효과성을 확인하고자 한다. 감정요소 중에서는 창업열정과 즉흥성을 매개효과로 창업의도에 미치는 창업교육의 영향을 확인하고자 하였다.

A Study on the Solubility of Nb in Zr-0.8Sn Alloy by Thermoelectric Power Measurement (TEP 측정방법을 이용한 Zr-0.8Sn 합금의 Nb 고용도에 관한 연구)

  • It is important for the fabrication of nuclear cladding to optimize the microstructure, because the properties of Zr-based nuclear claddings such as mechanical properties, oxidation-resistance and corrosion- resistance vary widely with its microstructure. The microstructure in Zr-based alloy is strongly dependent on the solubility of alloying element. However, it is very difficult to measure the solubility due to the low solution limit of alloying elements in Zr-based alloy. In this study, Thermoelectric Power(TEP) measurements are used to determine the solubility of Nb in Zr-0.8Sn alloy, which is confirmed by optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The solutioning of Nb obtained by a homogenization treatment and water-quench leads to a decrease of TEP The saturation of TEP appears with the increase of homogenization temperature, which means the saturation of the Nb content in the matrix. From these results, the solubility ($C_{Nb}$) of Nb in Zr-0.8Sn with temperature could be expressed as fellow equation : $4.69097{\times}10^{16}{\times}e^{-25300\times\;I/T}$(ppm.at.%)

  • This study is to present the rationale and empirical evidence on the individual and the organizational of effectiveness of outplacement consulting was to contribute to the transition and spread awareness about the outplacement consulting. As the result, this awareness of usefulness of the outplacement consulting has positive impact on employability and employability is confirmed that it has positive impact on job performance and enhancing organizational trust. Furthermore, the employment possibilities were found to mediate the relationship between awareness of usefulness of the outplacement consulting and organizational trust and job performance. These results reveals that the outplacement consulting contributes to improve job skills of the organization, which is the result of verifying that leads to organizational performance. Based on these results, I propose transfering awareness and spreading about the outplacement consulting.

  • This paper deals with the job creation effect of economic growth by focusing on the types of technological progress. The hypothesis is that labor-saving technological change may create less job than capital-saving or factor-neutral ones. The hypothesis is proved theoretically using an equilibrium model of labor market. Empirically, first, a simulation experiment is performed to check the hypothesis empirically and confirms it. Secondly, we look at labor/capital ratio since it may be affected by the type of technological improvement. One important policy implication is that job creation effect of economic growth depends on the structure of labor supply as well as that of labor demand.

The Economic Impact Analysis of Rural Tourism Development Projects (농촌관광마을 육성사업의 경제적 파급효과 분석)

  • Input-output(I-O) analysis is now widely used to examine the economic impact of tourism. The study aims to demonstrate the impact of agri-tourism development project on local development in terms of income and employment. Based on the I-O transactions tables developed by Bank of Korea (2011), rural tourism related sectoral multipliers were derived with respect to output, income, employment, and value-added tax. The results of the I-O model indicate that in 2011, rural tourism development generated 1,387 billion Won of output impact, 287 billion Won of income impact, 275 billion Won of value-added impact, and 41,127 full-time jobs, respectively throughout direct, indirect, and induced effects. In particular, the restaurant sector had relative higher output and employment multipliers as compared to other industries, whereas they had lower multipliers of income and value-added than any other industries. The findings imply that the restaurant sector was relatively labor-intensive industry, generating high impact of employment effects.

A study on the delectric and piezoelectric properties of the Pb($Zn_{1}$3$Nb_{2}$3/)$_{3}$-Ba($Zn_{1}$3/$Nb_{2}$3/)$P_{3}$-PbT$iO_{3}$ ceramics (Pb($Zn_{1}$3/$Nb_{2}$3/)$O_{3}$-Ba($Zn_{1}$3/$Nb_{2}$3)$O_{3}$ - PbT$iO_{3}$ 세라믹의 유전 및 압전특성에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 xPb(Zn$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_{3}$-yBa(Zn$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_{3}$-zPbTiO(0.50.leq.x.leq.0.60, 0.10.leq.y.leq.0.20, 0.20.leq.z.leq.0.40)세라믹을 1050.deg.C에서 2시간동안 유지시켜 일반소성법으로 제작하였다. 시편 제작시 조성은 조성변태 상경계부근을 선택하였으며 Ba(Zn$_{1}$3/ Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_{3}$ 고용량에 따른 purochlore상의 억제 및 그 영향을 조사하고 구조적, 유전적 및 압전적 특성을 측정하였다. X-선 회절분석 및 미세구조의 관찰 결과, Ba(Zn$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_{3}$의 고용량에 따라 pyrochlore상 및 미반응 물질등은 억제되어 0.20mol 고용된 시편에서는 균질한 perovskite상이 형성되었다. Ba(Zn$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_{3}$의 고용량이 증가함에 따라 유전상수는 증가하여 0.50PZN-0.20BZN-0.30PT시편의 경우 6880.9의 높은 값을 나타내었으며 정전용량의 온도계수는 감소하여 0.383[%/.deg.C]의 양호한 값을 나타내었다. 큐리온도는 PbTiO$_{3}$의 고용량이 0.20mol에서 0.40mol로 증가함에 따라 30.deg.C에서 170.deg.C로 증가하였다. 전기기계 결합계수 (K$_{p}$), 기계적 품질계수(Qm) 및 압전전하 계수 (d$_{33}$)는 조성변태 상경계 부근의 조성에서 크게 나타났으며 0.60PZN-0.15BZN-0.25PT 시편의 경우 각각 58.5%, 120.5, 150x$10^{-12}$[C/N]의 값을 나타내었다.다.다.
