연구개발투자의 산업간 파급효과

  • 본 연구는 기술에 대한 대용개념으로 사용되고 있는 연구개발투자의 효과가 산업의 생산성 향상에 얼마만큼 기여하고 있는가에 관한 실증연구로, 그 효 과를 자체 연구개발효과와 파급효과로 나누어 측정하는 데 목적이 있다. 파 급효과의 경우, 중간재의 거래를 통한 체화된 파급효과와 산업간의 기술거리 로 인한 비체화된 파급효과로 나누어 한국 제조산업을 18개로 분류한 후 각 산업의 연구개발스톡을 측정하였으며, 연구개발투자의 체화된 파급효과 측정 을 위하여 산업 연관표를 이용하여 가중치를 계산하였다. 그리고, 비체화된 파급효과 측정을 위하여는 각 산업에서 고용하고 있는 전공별 연구원 수의 자료를 이용 기술거리를 구하였다. 본 연구에서는 각각의 가중치로 구한 연 구개발스톡, 체화된 연구개발 스톡, 그리고 비체화된 연구개발 스톡을 이용 하여 각 독립변수들에 대한 한계생산성을 구하였으며, 분석 방법으로는 단순 회귀분석과 함께 시계열의 효과와 산업간 효과를 고려하는 패널데이터 분석 을 시도하였다. 체화된 파급효과와 비체화된 파급효과 중 하나만을 변수로 포함하는 경우에는 추정치가 유의한 결과를 나타내고 있지만, 두 가지의 변 수를 모두 포함하는 경우에는 보호도 일정하지 않으며 비유의적인 결과를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 다중공선성에 의한 것으로 보인다. 두 가지 파급효과 에 대한 한계생산성 추정치는 기술과 연구개발투자가 외부성을 가지고 있으 며, 기술과 관련된 변수의 도입이 필요함을 시사한다. 또한 이러한 파급효과 의 추정치는 거시차원에서 연구개발 지원의 정당성에 대한 근거를 제시하고 있으며, 기술혁신을 위한 투자의 타당성을 실증적으로 보여주고 있다.사하였다. 이 사례 연구들의 결과는 각 계열사들의 상황에 따라 제시된 외주위탁 전략과 현재의 외주위 탁 전략이 일치할 때 정보 시스템에 대한 사용자 만족도가 보다 높은 것으 로 나타났다. 할 수 있는 효율적인 distributed system를 개발하는 것을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 데이타베이스론의 입장에서 아직 정립되어 있지 않은 분산 환경하에서의 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리의 분류체계를 나름대로 정립하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이것의 응용은 현재 분산데이타베이스 구축에 있어 나타나는 기술적인 문제점들을 어느정도 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있다.ence of a small(IxEpc),hot(Tex> SOK) core which contains two tempegatlue peaks at -15" east and north of MDS.   • The reactivation for Art & Culture Content Space in Gangwon province need new turning point according to new approach with internal and external change. That should be established in sustainable possibility model with preexisted natural advantage instead of economical depression and global warming of in these days. That is not a choice to get a successful construction of art & culture content space in Gangwon province. Throughout of reactivation of art & culture content space in Gangwon province, this proposal should go on with diversity of culture and concrete art & culture educational program absolutely to get a goal in regional economical success and social good influence. Already Yeongwol region had lots of art & cultural spaces and developmental strategy compared with other regions in decade. In these points, I choose this region and would like to research Yeongwol region in limit. Thus I would examine and study about art & culture content space in Yeongwol region. And I will concretely suggest that this proposal is composed with economical creating employment and incoming. The reactivation for Art &Culture Content Space in Yeongwol will build up social and cultural influences to this region to get a new modern cultural images and improvement of common life of regional people by and large. In the way of the process to globalization, this reactivation project for Art &Culture Content Space in Yeongwol should go on the base of regional culture background as a mean of glocalization paradigm strategically. Ahead of developing model for globalization in macroscopic view point, we have to research the demend of reginal situation of cultural content and build up its own strength points. Because Art & Culture Content Space in Yeongwol is the place of people in Yeongwol directly as itself. And managing plans of reactivation of art & culture content space in Yeongwol should build up with diversity of culture and environmental circumstances.

Exploring Internal Factors of Companies to Increase Oorganizational Commitment of Female Managers (여성관리자의 조직몰입을 높이기 위한 기업의 내부요인 탐색)

  • Compared to the quantitative increase in women's workforce, women's status in the organization remains poor. When it needs diverse perspectives and flexibility cope with the environment, it is an urgent challenge for companies to manage women in organizations. In this study, it is explored the internal factors of the organization that allow women managers to be more immersed in the organization. While previous researches have focused mainly on employment equality policies, this study expands the scope of existing research by considering the organization's internal support factors, such as mentoring, education and training, and organizational atmosphere. The female manager panel data showed that mentoring, education and training, and organizational climate all increase the leading influence of female. This leading influence affects organizational commitment and mediated between organizational internal factors and organizational commitment. In other words, it has been found that it is important for female managers to take the initiative in their position as well as the internal support of companies for female managers to immerse themselves in the organization. This study could contribute to solving the dilemma of the use of women's workforce by companies that fail to recover all investment costs such as recruitment, education, training, and compensation of excellent women's workforce.

The Effect of Foreign Crew's Cultural Homogeneity on the Self-efficacy and Organizational Commitment (혼승선박 내 외국인선원의 문화적 동질성이 자기효능감과 조직커미트먼트에 미치는 영향)

  • The primary purpose of this study is to examine empirically the effect of foreign crew's cultural and organizational characteristics on their self-efficacy and organization commitment. Currently, the restrictions on the employment of the foreign crews are being eased in the Korean shipping industry and many problems are occurring consequently. However, specific and empirical studies on the relevancy of cultural characteristics to the crew's self-efficacy and organizational commitment on board the vessels with combined crews have not yet been carried out. To solve these problems, we examined how the cultural characteristics such as acculturation and accommodation of different culture related to the improvement of cultural homogeneity of vessels with combined crews influence on the self-efficacy, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the foreign crews through SEM analysis. According to the results, hypothesis 1 and 2 were all supported with statistical significance. To conclude, this study suggests that foreign crew's cultural homogeneity and their self-efficacy should be firstly enhanced in order to improve organizational commitment on the vessel with combined crews. Furthermore, a study on self-efficacy of crew organization is urgently needed to enhance the effectiveness of an organization in a vessel with combined crews that has special environment. The result of this study will contribute a lot to the organization management of a vessel with combined crews.

An Exploration of Career Competency Mobility Map (CCMM) Focusing on Engineering Students in K University (경력역량이동지도(CCMM) 적용사례 연구: K 대학을 중심으로)

  • Accelerated technological advances and the convergence of information and communication technologies have led to changes of career concepts from one of lifetime employment to that of lifetime career. Given the importance of continuous career development for workers these days, systematic supports for workers' career development at the national level is necessary. Accordingly, a conceptual model of career competency mobility map (CCMM) has been proposed to support the development of workers' career competencies. The purpose of this study is to identify key issues that we should consider for real implementation by applying to each stage of the CCMM conceptual model as a case study. Based on the procedure presented in the conceptual model, the research process which includes collecting user information, conducting self-diagnosis of NCS-based job competencies, deriving necessary training competency, offering the guidance of training programs and job information were conducted. The results of the case study showed our participants' scores of competencies required further development and ranged from 1.83 to 4.52. Sequentially, a personalized information profile was offered for competency development, including training, certificates, and job information. Participants stated that the diagnosis results and profiles were meaningful and helped to explore further career development. Based on the results, implications are suggested.

A Study of Selection of Self-employment in Korea (자영업 선택의 결정 요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study is analysing the factors determining individuals' behavior of selecting self-employment not only at the micro-level but also at the macro-level to put a particular emphasis on the financial constraint and unemployment rate representing business cycle. The data used in this study are "Korean Labor and Income Panal Study" of the Korea Labor Institute and "Economically Active Population Survey" of National Statistical Office. The main findings are as follows. First, human capital such as educational attainment and job experience has positive effects on male's selection of self-employment. The effects of job experience, however, changed negative for female's selection of self-employment. Second, real estate is significantly enhancing the selection probabilities of employer selection while the income from financial assets has negative effects. Third, entrepreneurial culture and environment are also raising the self-employment selection probability. Lastly, the regional unemployment rate representing the business cycle has positive effects on the self-employment selection after the financial crisis in 1997 both at the micro and macro level. Moreover, the coefficient of regional unemployment rate has changed positive in the structural model of self-employment selection controlling for selection bias and income opportunities, which means that individual's behavior of self-employment selection is rather complex when accounting for the uncertainties of income opportunities and diverse characteristics of self-employment workforce.

The Influence of Satisfaction with Workplace Child-Care on the Parenting Stress, Job Commitment, and Job Satisfaction of Parents (부모의 직장보육시설만족도가 양육스트레스, 직무몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of satisfaction with workplace child-care on the parenting stress, job commitment, and job satisfaction of parents. The questionnaires survey of this study was conducted on 185 parent-employees (97 fathers & 88 mothers) who used employer-supported child-care in the province of Kyungki-do. The results of this study were as follows: As the level of satisfaction with workplace child-care became higher, the level of parenting stress became lower. And as the level of satisfaction with workplace child-care became higher, the level of job commitment and job satisfaction became higher. Among five components of satisfaction with workplace child-care, satisfaction with the environment for child-care had an independent influence on parenting stress. And satisfaction with the management of child-care facility had an independent influence on job commitment and job satisfaction. This study suggested that education programs that target employers need to raise employers' awareness about the importance of workplace child-care in order to reduce parenting stress and to enhance job commitment and job satisfaction of parent-employees.

Creep Deformation Behaviors of Tin Pest Resistant Solder Alloys (Tin Pest 방지 솔더합금의 크리프 특성)

  • Worldwide movement for prohibition of Pb usage drives imminent implementation of Pb-free solders in microelectronic packaging industry. Reliability information of Pb-free solders has not been completely constructed yet. One of the potential reliability concerns of Pb-free solders is allotropic transformation of Sn known as tin pest. Volume increase during the formation of tin pest could deteriorate the reliability of solder joints. It was also reported that the addition of soluble elements (i.e. Pb, Bi, and Sb) into Sn can effectively suppress the tin pest. However, the mechanical properties of the tin pest resistant alloys have not been studied in detail. In this study, lap shear creep test was conducted with Sn and Sn-0.7Cu based solder alloys doped with minor amount of Bi or Sb. Shear strain rates of the alloy were generally higher than those of Sn-3.5Ag based alloys. Rupture strains and corresponding Monkman- Grant products were largest for Sn-0.5Bi alloy and smallest for Sn-0.7Cu-0.5Sb alloy. Rupture surface Sn-0.5Bi alloy showed highly elongated $\beta$-Sn globules necked to rupture by shear stresses, while elongation of $\beta$-Sn globules of Sn-0.7Cu-0.5Sb alloy was relatively smaller.

  • 21 세기는 언제, 어디에서, 누구나가 정보를 자유롭게 염가에 이용할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 정보사회가 될 것으로 예상하고 있다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 사회가 실현되기 위해서는 필연적으로 대두되고 있는 과제가 에너지 공급원의 문제이다. 휴대용 전자제품이나 소형 에너지 공급원으로 지금까지 주로 전지가 사용되어 왔지만 이것들은 교환 및 충전이 불가피하다. 이러한 불편함을 개선하기위해 교환과 충전이 불필요하거나 아주 장시간동안 공급해주는 형태의 에너지 공급원의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 에너지 공급원으로 최근에 많은 연구가 되고 있는 것이 주위의 환경으로부터 버려지는 에너지를 수확(harvesting)하여 전력으로 변환하는 에너지 하베스팅 (energy harvesting)기술이 연구 개발되고 있다. 에너지 하베스팅 응용을 위해서 사용되어지는 압전 세라믹스는 전압출력계수 ($g_{33}$)가 커야하는데 이것은 압전상수 ($d_{33}$)와 유전상수 (${\varepsilon}_{\tau}$)의 값에 영향을 받는 것으로 알려져있다. 그 중에서 우수한 전기적 특성 때문에 PZT를 기반으로 하는 압전 세라믹스가 사용되어져왔다. 그러나 Pb의 높은 유독성과 Pb를 포함하는 제품들의 처분문제들로 인해 제조에 관한 많은 문제점들을 지니고있다. 그리하여, Pb를 포함하지 않는 Pb-free계에 관한 연구가 전세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 다양한 Pb-free계 후보자들 가운데 $K_{0.5}Na_{0.5}NbO_3$ (KNN)는 높은 큐리온도와 좋은 강유전 특성 및 압전특성 때문에 PZT를 대체할 가장 장래성있는 대안들 중의 하나로 고려되고 있다. 그러나 고온에서 알칼라인 원소들의 높은 휘발성 때문에 보통의 소결공정으로는 소결이 잘되고 치밀한 세라믹스를 얻기가 어렵다. 많은 연구에서 KNN 세라믹스의 소결성을 개선하기 위하여 강유전 또는 반강유전체인 $SrTiP_3$$LiTaO_3$를 고용체 형성에 포함시키고 또한 $K_4CuNb_8O_{23}$, $MnO_2$, CuO등과 같은 소결조제를 첨가하여 압전 특성과 소결성을 개선시켰다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비화학양론적 (1-X)[$[(K_{0.5}Na_{0.5}]_{0.97}(Nb_{0.96}Sb_{0.04})O_3]$ + 0.008CuO + 0.2wt% $Ag_2O$ + X $CeMnO_3$의 조성을 사용하여 A사이트와 B 사이트에 각각 Ce이온과 Mn 이온의 치환량을 변화하여 그에 따른 유전 및 압전특성을 조사하였다.

Factors Influencing Job Satisfaction of Injured Workers - Comparison between Those Who Returned to Pre-injury Job and Those Who Got a New Job- (산재근로자의 직업복귀 이후 일자리만족도 영향요인 탐색 - 원직장복귀자와 타직장재취업자 간 비교를 중심으로 -)

  • The primary goal of this study was to investigate factors affecting job satisfaction of injured workers who returned to work. There are two types of injured workers' returning to work returning to pre-injury job and getting a new job. After separating the two types of workers we conducted the multiple regression analysis on the data from the Workers'Compensation Insurance Panel of the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service Corporation(2014). The sample consisted of 1,333 occupationally injured workers who were finished with medical treatment(693 workers returned to previous work place, and 640 workers found new work places). Main results are as follows. First, injured workers who got new jobs were vulnerable to sustainability to job, work status, average monthly wage as well as job satisfaction compared with injured workers who returned to pre-injury job. Second, gender, educational level, skill fitness, average monthly wage, welfare benefits, family income/leisure life/residential environment/social relation satisfaction, and maintenance of relation with business owner during medical care were related to job satisfaction of injured workers who returned to pre-injury job. Third, gender, work status, skill fitness, continuous work possibility, average monthly wage, family income/leisure life/social relation satisfaction, substitute worker for assigned task during medical care and maintenance of relation with business owner during medical care affected on job satisfaction of injured workers who got new jobs. Based on these findings implications for policy and interventions were discussed in regards to job satisfaction of injured workers.
