고속전철 차량에서 발생한 고조파 파급영향과 그 대책에 관한 연구 (A study on propagation effect and countermeasure of the harmonics generated in high speed traction)

  • This paper demonstrates an analysis of harmonics at the high speed railway substation and proved on this countermeasure using the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation tool. First, high speed railway feeding system is composed using PSCAD/EMTDC electrical railway feeding system model in advance. Second, This paper applications line capacitance values as feeder-trolley, trolley-rail and feeder-rail to analysis harmonics more accuracy in advance did not application. This capacitance values calculate using the EMTP(Electro Magnetic Transient Program). Third, the tractions are arranged in the section that substation supplies power, and this paper take the simulation each case(fractions composition amount) to see harmonic propagation from traction to substation. As a result, generated harmonics at traction can confirmed that harmonics did not reduce at utility source. This harmonics have an influence on bulk power system. Finally, this paper introduces the methods of harmonics effect minimum. This paper proved harmonics reduce effect through the passive filters application.

고속버스 연비개선 예측에 관한 연구 (A Prediction Study for Fuel Economy Development in an Express Bus)

  • A study to get better vehicle fuel economy is described based on an express bus. The approach is based on using a commercial software vehicle simulation to identify the relative efficiency of each of the vehicle systems, such as the engine hardware, engine software calibration, transmission, cooling system and ancillary drives. The simulation-based approach offers a detailed understanding of which vehicle systems are underperforming and by how much the vehicle fuel economy can be improved if those systems are brought up to best-in-class performance. In this way, the optimum vehicle fuel economy can be provided to the vehicle customer. A further benefit is that the simulation requires only a minimum of vehicle testing for initial validation, with all subsequent field test cycles performed in software, thereby reducing development time and cost for the manufacturer.

  • We developed a measurement system for on-line test and evaluation of performances of KHST. The measurement system is composed of software part and hardware part. Perfect interface between multi-users is possible. A new method to measure temperature was applied to the measurement system. By using the system, fault diagnosis and performance evaluation of electric equipment in Korean High Speed Train was conducted during test running.

  • 미래의 산업으로 부각되고 있는 지능형교통시스템(ITS: Intelligent Transport Systems)은 실시간 데이터의 원활한 전송을 위하여 차량과 노변장치 간의 고속 무선통신 방식인 단거리전용통신(DSRC) 방식을 적용하고 있다. 그러나, DSRC 방식은 실시간 환경에 적합한 축약된 3계층(물리, 데이터링크, 응용계층) 구조로 이뤄져 있으며, 통신영역간에 로밍이나 핸드오프 기능이 결여되어 있어 일반적인 데이터서비스를 제공하기에는 여러 가지 문제점을 안고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 분석하고, DSRC 상에서 효율적인 데이터서비스를 제공할 수 있는 이동에이전트 아키텍처를 제안하였다.

  • 고속철도 운행, 도시철도 고밀도화, 무인자동운전의 경량전철 등 신교통시스템 도입 등 급변하는 철도환경에 따른 철도안전의 위험요인이 증가하고 있다. 국내 철도사고 사망자는 설비개량, 노후차량교체, 건널목입체화로 감소하고 있으나 10년을 주기로 대형참사가 발생하고 있으며, 철도관련 종사자의 안전의식이 낮은 수준이다. 이러한 대형참사의 발생을 방지하기 위하여 철도안전법이 제정되고 이의 효율적인 시행기반을 구축하기 위하여 철도시설안전체계 구축 및 기술분야별 안전기준을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 철도종합기술개발사업의 철도사고 위험요인분석(PHA : Preliminary Hazard Analysis)을 토대로 관계있는 위험원을 선정하였다. 또한 위험원에 의한 사고발생을 예방하기 위한 철도신호분야의 안전기준항목을 기술하였다.

  • In this paper we deal with a design of the evaluation system to assess the vehicle operational control algorithm for Personal Rapid Transit(PRT) system. PRT system is different from the conventional rail traffic system in such point that the station is off-line so as to guarantee a very short headway. In this study we propose a evaluation system to assess the performance of the proposed vehicle control algorithm. The evaluation system is composed of virtual vehicles, central control system, virtual wayside facilities, monitoring equipments. In order to test the proposed evaluation system a test algorithm is used, which has been simulated in the combined simulation system between Labview Simulation Interface Toolkit and Matlab/Simulink.

  • 본 연구에서는 차량 연료탱크에 충격탄 관통 시 화재발생 여부를 분석하기 위한 연구의 전단계로서, 충격탄 속도 변화에 따른 연료탱크 내부의 유동특성을 분석하기 위해 전산유체역학기법을 도입하여 수치해석을 수행한 결과, 충격탄이 연료탱크 관통 시작부터 $3.33{\times}10^{-6}ms$$145.01{\times}10^{-6}ms$ 경과 후, 최대속도는 각각 약 249.8m/s와 189.2m/s이며 최대 압력은 83.6kPa과 37.9kPa이다. 충격탄이 관통부로 유입되면서 급격한 압력변화가 발생함을 알 수 있었다.

  • A study on collision analysis of TGV-K using a 2-dimensional model is described to evaluate its crashworthiness. Two-dimensional analysis gives good information on overriding behaviour and impact forces applied to interconnecting devices such as side buffers, ball & socket joints, hooks, pins, and fingers. Since the headstock of TGV-K is not designed in a crashworthy point of view, its conceptual design fur KHST(Korean High Speed Train), under development, is suggested to improve crashworthiness. The suggested design, which adopts an energy absorber and a crashworthy headstock, is compared with the conventional headstock on dynamic behaviour to the vertical direction under the accident scenario of SNCF (collision at 110km/h against a movable rigid mass of 15 ton). It is concluded that the design modification make little difference in vertical motion. To evaluate validation of the 2-dimensional model, the results fur longitudinal motion is compared with those of 1-dimemsional one. It is found that the two results are in good agreements.

  • According to the current trend of single arm type pantograph for high speed trail korean pantograph designed to single arm type will be installed on each power car roof of prototype train of korean very high speed rail configured to 7 cars and have the characteristics of maximum 1% contact loss at 350 km/h speed. This study is devoted to design basically element components of pantograph for korean very high speed train on the basis of kinematic analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis, followed by making the basic drawings of korean pantograph. This drawings will be complemented through certification tests of prototype pantograph and verification of analysis software.

KTX차량 내외부의 압력변동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Internal and External Pressure Variation for KTX)

  • A study is conducted to clarify internal and external pressure variation of passenger cabin for KTX. These pressure variation may give rise to the ear-discomfort for passenger and fatigue for carbody. In this study, the pressure variation of interior, gangway and exterior of KTX passenger car is measured by using the atmospheric pressure sensors and portable data acquisition system. The tunnel from 4000m to 200m in length are chosen far the investigation of tunnel length effects. From the results of experiment, the pressure variation of interior per second is under the ear-discomfort limitation in all of tunnel. And, We found that there are similar patterns of exterior pressure variation for each critical tunnel length. These results generally agree to RTRI's experimental result fur Shinkansen.
