日韓共同統計學會議는 韓國側은 李載昌 高麗大學 敎授, 日本側은 脇本和昌(Wakimoto Kazumasa) 岡山大學 敎授의 協力에 의해서 1982年 7月에 日本國 岡山市에서 열렸다. 이 企劃은 그 後에도 持續 되어서 今日에 이르기까지 8年間에 걸친 韓日兩國의 統計學의 交流의 原流로 될 것을 當時의 나는 確信을 가지고 豫見할 수가 없었다. 나는 이 企劃의 中樞에는 들어있지 않았으나, 이 交流를 結實키고 싶어서 過去 6回의 會議에 빠짐없이 參加해 왔다. 第 6回 會議가 지난해 7月에 열린 機會에, 이때까지의 經過를 되돌아 보고자 한다.

Large amounts of research results are being produced with the rapid growth of science and technology. The current method for constructing the database was way too time and cost consuming. In the currently upcoming technology and knowledge society, web service is required to provide the various professional service for national R&D reports. A process to manufacture E-Book for professional service is also required. This research shows the conversion models with efficient manufacturing process and the systems related to the development through defining the National R&D reports.

This study examined the characteristics of books in Soongmogak of Baekbulam head family house hrough the bibliographic analysis. The collection consists of 655 types and 1335 pieces of the old books held in a famous Choi family. Books that has been handed down for 400 years generations at Soongmogak are historic references. Books of Soongmogak are preserved well, and its publication date starts from 16th century to 20th century. types of books are roughly divided into Confucian classic, anthology and history book.

This study reviews classification used the Chosun Government-General Library which library was the first of a government library in the Korea Chosun Government-General Library made and used the Eastern Books Classification, Old Books Classification and foreign Books Classification. This study investigates the characteristics of the Chosun Government-General Library Classification which library was a government library at the time of Japanese occupation of Korea. This study also compares and analyzes the classification with other major related classification system at that time to identify the relationship of influence among them.

In National Central Museum, we recently preserved paper cultural assets, such as ancient maps, books and antique documents etc, to prepare "A Dynamic World of External Relations in Goryeo & Joseon Dynasty". The paper cultural assets generally react sensitively to their environments; temperature, humidity, light and physical force acting. Biological damages, which are caused by microbe, contraction, swelling and damage from insects occurred. Wrinkles on relics, which are made my physical force, stains on relics which are due to moisture, weakening of adhesive strength and damages from insects were found during the recent preservation handling. Therefore we are trying to find out any damage, which could be occurred in paper cultural assets and introduce brief emergency operation to prevent the damages and develop the preservation handling.

The FTA conventional tariffs shall be applied that the imported goods are subject to the conventional tariffs under any agreement, and the origin of the good is the contracting state in accordance with the criteria for determination origin under any agreement. An importer who intends to be eligible for the application of a conventional tariff shall file a request for the application of a conventional tariff with the head of the competent customs house before the relevant import declaration is accepted. The purpose of this study is to examine the legal standard and verification cases for the judgement of the tax tribunal of FTA conventional tariffs. Through this study, this paper is to provide several implications for companies seeking the benefits of FTA conventional tariffs. The Korean companies to do the following: confirm the effective requirements for direct transport of goods through non-parties under the Korea EU FTA, confirm the criterion for application of conventional tariffs such as certificate of origin and claims for ex post facto conventional tariffs under the Korea US FTA, confirm the issuer of origin declaration and the recognition of origin declaration of bill of lading under the Korea EU FTA, utilize the tax appeal system by denial of FTA conventional tariffs, and prepare the discrepancies in interpretation of legal standard under FTA and FTA Special Customs Act.

The purpose of this study is to research into the characteristics of the printed hooks of ${\ulcorner}$Ch'un-ch'iu(春秋)${\lrcorner}$ commentary in Chosun dynasty by analyzing the types and forms of the existing printed books through the investigation of the bibliographic records of the books. To achieve this purpose, this study selected some of the 'Chak-pan' catalog(冊板目錄) printed in Chosun dynasty which has relatively clear and accurate history and investigated the block printing's condition of the printed books of ${\ulcorner}$Ch'un-ch'iu(春秋)${\lrcorner}$ commentary. In addition. a comprehensive book catalog of ${\ulcorner}$Ch'un-ch'iu(春秋)${\lrcorner}$ commentary was created by retrieving old book catalog from databases by several authoritative information centers and university libraries. Based on this catalog, this research created a new 'Union Catalog(綜合書目)' which contains bibliographies of the ${\ulcorner}$Ch'un-ch'iu(春秋)${\lrcorner}$ commentary through field investigations by identifying, picture-taking. and copying the real books. The new union catalog functions as the basis of the bibliographic analysis of this research.

본 내용은 RAND 연구소에서 발행한 보고서 Troubled Partnership An Assessment of U.S.-Japan Collaboration on the FS-X Fighter의 요약으로 전형적인 미국의 시각에서 사업 위주로 분석하였다. 기 발행된 보고서와 상호 보완 역할을 하여 독자들에게 객관적인 자료를 제공하게 되어 그 의의가 클 것이다. 이보고서는 미국과 일본의 FS-X 전투기 공동 개발에 관한 RAND 연구소의 조사 결과와 평가를 종합한 것이며, 장기간에 걸친 미 항공우주산업 협력 개발사업의 적용과 기술 이전 문제에 초점을 맞추고 있다.

농림수산식품부는 도축장구조조정법이 제정(2008.6.13. 법률 제9118호)됨에 따라 동 법에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 관하여 필요한 사항을 제정하기 위해 지난 10월 30일자로 입법예고 했다. 이번 제정안에서는 구조조정자금 지급기준 및 도축장구조조정추진협의회가 징수하는 분담금에 대한 징수방법과 절차가 명시돼 있다. 주요 개정 내용을 분담급 납부기한은 독촉장 발부일부터 30일 이상이며 구조조정자금을 신청할 때에는 도축업허가증, 도축장영업폐업신고서, 적정이윤산정을 위한 재무제표 등을 첨부해야 한다.
