Fluid Inclusion Study of the Samcheonpo Amethyst Deposit of Kyongsangnamdo, Korea (경상남도 삼천포 광산의 자수정에 대한 유체포유물 특성)

  • Fluid inclusions in amethyst from the Samcheonpo amethyst deposit of the Waryongsan area, Kyongnam generally grouped into four different types: Type I (liquid-rich and $10{\sim}23wt%$ NaCl, $Th=289{\sim}359^{\circ}C$), Type II (vapor-rich and $2{\sim}10wt%$ NaCl, $Th=304{\sim}365^{\circ}C;$), Type III (halite-bearing, $31{\sim}54wt%$ NaCl, $Th=259{\sim}510^{\circ}C;$), and Type IV ($CO_{2}-bearing\;9{\sim}13wt%\;NaCl,\;126{\sim}277^{\circ}$). Type I, II, and III inclusions are confined in the lower part of the amethyst and Type IV in the upper, which indicates significant hydrothermal activity during the earliest stage of the amethyst growth or the solidus condition of granitic rocks. The earliest fluid exsolved from the crystallizing granitic magma formed Type IIIa which is spatially associated with silicate melt inclusions. The homogenization behavior of Type IIIa inclusions by dissolution of the halite crystal after the bubble disappearance indicates that Type IIIa inclusions were trapped at some relatively elevated pressure. Exsolution of Type IIIb, I, II forming fluids with gradual decrease in their salinity was followed. The last fluid was $CO_{2}-bearing$ fluid (Type IV), which is assumed to be derived by decarbonization reactions with the surrounding sedimentary rocks. It suggests that the fine-grained granitic rocks containing the Samcheonpo amethyst crystallized at the sub-solvus condition saturated with water and exsolved abundant water.

오리축사 현대화시설 선도 농가

  • 매년 찾아오는 가축 질병과 강화되는 정부 규제 등 생산기반이 위축되는 상황에서 현 오리사육 농가가 생산성을 높여야 할 필요가 있다고 느낀 청정오리농장 황문주 대표는 고상식 오리사를 도입했다. 고상식 오리사는 깔짚을 사용하지 않아 작업자가 오리사에 들어갈 필요가 없어 작업자로 인한 가축질병 감염 위험이 특히 적다. 또 단위면적당 사육수수 증가로 더 많아 소득에도 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 특히 최근 정부에서 가설건축물에 대한 축산업 허가를 불허하고 기존 가설건축물도 5년 이내 건축허가를 받아야만 한다. 청정오리농장은 기존 비닐하우스 축사를 보강해 무창 오리사로 리모델링을 통해 정식 건축허가를 받았다는 점도 주목할만하다. 기존 축사를 리모델링할 경우 신축 대비 비용도 1/3로 절감 가능하다는게 황 대표의 설명이며 축사에 대한 투자 여력이 부족한 오리농가들에게 대안으로 주목받고 있다. 이 뿐만 아니라 황문주 대표는 최근 새로운 도전에 나서고 있다. 축사 1동을 고상식 축사로 개조해 사육실험을 하고 있는 것이다. 고상식 축사는 깔짚이 필요없을 뿐만 아니라 환경개선으로 질병차단은 물론 생산성 향상에도 크게 도움이 되고 있다는 것이 황 대표의 설명이다.

재생냉각용 연소기의 브레이징 공정 개발

  • 액체로켓엔진에 사용되는 2000psi이상의 고압 연소실(Combustion Chamber)의 냉각은 내피(Inner Shell)에 기계 가공된 냉각통로(Cooling Channel)로 냉각제를 흘려보내는 재생냉각방식이 널리 사용되며 기계 가공된 냉각 통로는 외피(Outer Shell)에 의해서 지지 밀봉된다. 일반적으로 내피 재료는 순수한 구리보다 강도가 우수하고 열전도도는 유사한 구리합금을 사용하고, 외피는 강도가 우수한 스테인레스 강을 사용하여 브레이징 접합된 구조를 형성한다. 브레이징 공정은 조립품을 약 $450^{\cire}C$ 이상의 액상선을 갖는 삽입금속(Filler Metal)을 사용하여 적당한 온도($450^{\cire}C$ ~ 모재의 고상선)에서 가열하여 접합시키는 방법으로, 용융 금속의 젖음 현상(Wetting Phenomena), 접합 틈새(Joint Clearance)로의 용융 삽입금속의 유입(Capillary Phenomena)과 접합 계면의 반응을 통해서 접합이 이루어진다. 이는 일반적인 접합 공정과 비교하여 모재의 변형이 적고, 이종 금속 간의 접합이 용이하며, 복잡한 부품을 정밀하게 접합할 수 있는 장점이 있으나, 접합될 제품의 표면 상태 및 분위기(Atmosphere), 접합될 부품간의 조립 틈새, 가열 싸이클(Heating Cycle) 등에 대한 공정 확립 및 관리가 매우 중요하다. 재생냉각 구조를 갖는 연소실은 우선 접합면의 형상이 매우 복잡하여 균일한 접합 틈새를 유지하면서 접합시키기가 매우 어려우며, 고온, 고압의 환경에서 작동하므로 일부 접합면이 접합되지 않을 경우 내피의 변형 및 파괴가 발생하고, 브레이징 시 용융된 삽입금속이 냉각통로 내로 유입될 경우 연소 시 이부근에서 재료의 용융이 발생될 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 현상을 방지하기 위해서는 진공 분위기 하에서 적절한 접합 틈새를 유지할 수 있는 공정 및 장비의 개발이 필요하다.

Petrological Characteristics of Two-Mica Granites : Examples from Cheongsan, Inje-Hongcheon, Yeongju and Namwon areas (복운모 화강암의 암석화학적 특징 : 청산, 인제-홍천, 영주 및 남원지역의 예)

  • From their general natures of peraluminous, S-type and ilmenite-series granites, two-mica granites in the Cheongsan, Inje-Hongcheon, Yeongju and Namwon areas were originated from crust-derived granitic magma and solidified under reducing condition. Each two-mica granite in Inje-Hongcheon and Namwon districts was differentiated from the the residual magma of porphyric biotite granite and high Ti/Mg biotite granite, respectively. The genetic relationships between two-mica granite and porphyritic biotite granite in Chenongsan district and between two-mica granite and biotite granodiorite in Yeongju district are ambiguous. In Namwon district granitic magmas were water-saturated and possible water solubilities in magmas were more than 5.8wt.%. In Yeongju district two-mica granitic magma was nearly water-saturated and showed possible water solubilities between 2.4~5.8wt.%. Two-mica granitic magmas in Cheongsan and Inje-Hongcheon districts were water-undersaturated. Pressure-dependent minimum melt compositions (0.5~2kb) and petrographic textures of two-mica granites in Inje-Hongcheon and Yeongju districts represent that the granites intruded and solidified at shallow level, whereas those in Cheongsan and Namwon districts exhibit relatively deeper level of granitic intrusion (2-3kb). The intersection of granite-solidus/muscovite stability indicates that magmatic primary muscovite can be crystallized from the water-saturated magma above 1.6kb (ca. 6km), but below the pressure muscovite can be formed by the subsolidus reaction. On the other hand, more pressure would be necessary for the crystallization of primary muscovite from the water-undersaturated magma. This pressure condition can explain the occurrence of primary and secondary muscovites from the two-mica granites in the areas considered. The experimental muscovite stability must be cautious of the application to examine the origin of muscovite. The muscovite stability can move toward high temperature field with adding of Ti, Fe and Mg components to the octahedral site of pure muscovite end member.

Determination of N-nitrosamines in Water by Gas Chromatography Coupled with Electron Impact Ionization Tandem Mass Spectrometry (EI-GC/MS/MS를 이용한 니트로사민류의 수질분석)

  • This study assessed analysis of N-nitrosamines by separation, identification, and quantification using a gas chromatography (GC) mass spectrometer (MS) with electron impact (EI) mode. Samples were pretreated by a automated solid phase extraction (SPE) and a nitrogen concentration technique to detect low concentration ranges. The analysis results by EI-GC/MS (SIM) and EI-GC/MS/MS (MRM) on standard samples with no pretreatment exhibited similar results. On the other hand, the analysis of pretreated samples at low concentrations (i.e. ng/L levels) were not reliable with a EI-GC/MS due to the interferences from impurity peaks. The method detection limits of eight (8) N-nitrosamines by EI-GC/MS/MS analysis ranged from 0.76 to 2.09 ng/L, and the limits of quantification ranged from 2.41 to 6.65 ng/L. The precision and accuracy of the method were evaluated using spiked samples at concentrations of 10, 20 and 100 ng/L. The precision were 1.2~13.6%, and the accuracy were 80.4~121.8%. The $R^2$ of the calibration curves were greater than 0.999. The recovery rates for various environmental samples were evaluated with a surrogate material (NDPA-$d_{14}$) and ranged 86.2~122.3%. Thus, this method can be used to determine low (ng/L) levels of N-nitrosamines in water samples.

증착 환경 변화에 따른 인이 첨가된 ZnO 박막의 물성연구

  • 투명전도산화물 박막은 디스플레이, 태양전지, 압전소자 등 다양한 응용분야에 많이 이용되고 있는 소재이다. 그 중에서 현재 산업에서 활용 빈도가 높은 투명전도막의 재료는 ITO를 기반으로 하는 물질이다. 하지만 인듐의 높은 생산단가와 플라즈마 노출시 열화로 인한 문제점 때문에 기존의 ITO를 대체하기 위한 새로운 재료에 관심이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대표적인 ITO 대체 물질 중의 하나인 ZnO 박막에 대해서 증착환경변화에 따른 물성변화를 조사하였다. 먼저 대기중에서 안정화된 ZnO 박막을 얻기 위해서 인(P) 2% 첨가된 ZnO 세라믹을 고상반응법으로 제작하고, 펄스레이저 증착법을 이용하여 Al2O3(0001)기판에 산소분압을 30~150 mTorr로 변화를 주어 P-ZnO 박막을 제작하였다. 이 때 증착온도는 $400^{\circ}C$로 고정하였다. X선 회절 결과로부터 산소분압에 상관없이 ZnO (002)방향으로 증착되었다. 하지만 결정립의 크기는 산소분압이 증가하면서 줄어들고, ZnO (002)피크로부터 얻어진 격자상수(c-축)는 벌크 값에 가까워짐을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 P첨가로 인해서 박막의 격자상수는 순수한 ZnO 벌크 값 보다 큰 것으로 알 수 있다. 산소분압 변화에 따른 P-ZnO 박막의 산화 상태는 X-선 광전자 분광기를 이용하여 측정하였다. 그 결과 산소 core-level의 스펙트럼은 자연산화, 산소 vacancy, Zn-O 결합으로 구성되어짐을 알 수 있었다. 산소분압이 증가하면 Zn-O 결합은 증가하지만 산소 vacancy는 감소함을 알 수 있었다. 전기적 특성 결과 P-ZnO 박막은 30 mTorr에서는 n형 반도체 특성, 100 mtorr에서 p형 반도체의 특성이 나타내었고, 산소분압이 증가하면 다시 n형 반도체 특성을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. 광학적 특성 결과 P-ZnO 박막은 산소분압에 상관없이 가시광선 영역에서 80%이상의 투과율을 나타내었으며, 산소분압이 증가할수록 에너지 갭이 증가하였다.

Oxygen and Hydrogen Isotopic Compositions of the Hwacheon Granite (화천화강암의 산소와 수소 동위원소 조성)

  • Oxygen and hydrogen isotopic compositions of the Jurassic peraluminous Hwacheon granite were measured, and compared with those of other Jurassic peraluminous Daebo granite in Korea. $\delta$$\^$18/O values for quartz and feldspar of the Hwacheon granite range from 8.2 to 10.6 and 5.8 to 9.0$\textperthousand$, respectively. Whole rock $\delta$$\^$18/O values for banded biotite gneiss country rocks surrounding the Hwacheon granites range from 8.1 to 9.4$\textperthousand$. Whole rock and biotite $\delta$D Values for Hwacheon granite range from -84 to -113 and -107 to -113$\textperthousand$, respectively. Whole rock $\delta$D values for banded biotite gneiss country rocks range from -76 to -100$\textperthousand$. Both $\delta$$\^$18/O and $\delta$D values of the Hwacheon granite are characterized by low values compared to the 'normal' values for the fresh peraluminous granitic rocks. Low $\delta$$\^$18/O values of the Hwacheon granite resulted from fluid-rock interaction for a long period. Isotopic modelling result renders that a relatively low-$\delta$$\^$18/O fluid below -1$\textperthousand$ was involved in subsolidus isotopic exchange under a relatively high fluid/rock ratio (<-6). The fluid of meteoric origin has experienced a modification of oxygen isotopic composition as a result of fluid-rock interaction with the Hwacheon granite and surrounding metapelitic country rocks.

Solid-state synthesis of yttrium oxyfluoride powders and their application to plasma spray coating (옥시불화이트륨 분말의 고상합성 및 플라즈마 스프레이 코팅 적용)

  • In order to manufacture a semiconductor circuit, etching, cleaning, and deposition processes are repeated. During these processes, the inside of the processing chamber is exposed to corrosive plasma. Therefore, the coating of the inner wall of the semiconductor equipment with a plasma-resistant material has been attempted to minimize the etching of the coating and particle contaminant generation. In this study, we synthesized yttrium oxyfluoride (YOF) powder by a solid-state reaction using Y2O3 and YF3 as raw materials. Mixing ratio of the Y2O3 and YF3 was varied from 1.0:1.0 to 1.0:1.6. Effects of the mixing ratio on crystal structure and microstructure of the synthesized YOF powder were investigated using XRD and FE-SEM. The synthesized YOF powder was successfully applied to plasma spray coating process on Al substrate.

UTIS Vitalization Countermeasures Using Traffic Information Use Satisfaction Rate Model (교통정보 이용 만족도 모형을 활용한 UTIS 활성화 대책)

  • We tried to show the course of UTIS vitalization, promoting to introduce as part of the advanced traveler information system through analysis using traffic information gap model of service and structural equation modeling being used by drivers. The summary of the research is as follows. 1. We could find out the service matters needed to improve and what should be prior that make drivers' use increase through establishing the gap model of service. 2. We could establish the structural equation modeling through using traffic information use satisfaction rate, entire traffic information satisfaction rate as the observation variables. You can say it is the fruit of this research that it was confirmed the entire satisfaction rate of traffic information influenced extension, convenience, accuracy, economical efficiency in order. We could also arrange the base to determine the order of services for vitalization of UTIS in the future through grasping the priority of each service functions classified by factors. 3. It is confirmed that many drivers want multimedia function, driving support function and various functions for the personal convenience in situations except driving, which enable the drivers to enjoy leisures and interests rather than economical functions during driving due to the recent social and economic changes.

  • The evaluation regarding a transportation policy by an evaluation volition viewpoint there is a difference. Consequently the insurgent analysis which is simple compared to against the evaluation object it was accurate, the analysis which leads the order anger probably is necessary. The research which it sees for the evaluation regarding the transportation policy of the metropolis divided in road being understood, public transportation, parking and pedestrian environment, wide area transportation and transportation information and transportation field whole. And against these field it tried the ALSCAL method and MDPREF method which is a Multidimensional Scale method and it analyzed. The regression analysis result for a dimensional analysis ALSCAL method the case of the transportation policy star improvement degree which it follows in introduction presence of intelligence transportation system and MDPREF method it confronted to the transportation policy star improvement degree which it follows in expansion to construction of specific function appeared with the fact that it is the tendency probably. And the evaluation object and evaluation in the object which will cut the positioning one result was each divided in 4 group. And two methods all it was visible a similar tendency. The ALSCAL method currently transportation system construction degree condition in base and, the MDPREF method currently improvement degree of the transportation policy which it follows in traffic system construction appeared with the fact that it is desirable to establish a hereafter traffic policy in base.
