This study was carried out to investigate the effective extraction condition for increase of phytoecdysteroids from fronds of Matteuccia struthiopteris (FMS) and Osmunda japonica (FOJ). Lyophilizated fronds were mixed with three different solvents (MeOH, 80% EtOH or water) and then extraction was carried out by using six different methods, such as, immersion (room temp.), heating (60$^{\circ}C$), stirring (200 rpm) for 6 h, or sonication in 42 kHz ultrasonic bath for 15, 30 and 45 minutes. Contents of 20-hydroxyecdysone (20E) and ponasterone A (PonA) were measured by using HPLC after purification of the extracts by $C_{18}$ cartridge. Altogether, our results indicate that the extraction using sonication with MeOH as a solvent (for 30 minutes) was the most effective condition for 20E and PonA from both MFS and FOJ. Resulting contents of 20E from FMS and FOJ were 66.76 and 104.48 ${\mu}g{\cdot}g^{-1}$ and PonA were 53.43 and 43.82 ${\mu}g{\cdot}g^{-1}$, respectively.

Viscose rayon has advantages such as vivid luster, good dyeability, low static electricity, good absorbance and good spinnability but also has flaws such as easy crease and decrease of physical properties when it gets wetting, and it requires dry cleaning. Therefore in order to synthesize the polymer to solve the problems of rayon while keeping the advantages of it, this study made the high specific gravity polyester for ultra drape property and high contraction polyester for rayon-like fiber having volume, soft and warm sense. The polyester with high specific gravity, 1.47 was made by adding 7 wt% of $BaSO_4$ as additive. High contraction polyester was made by copolymerization by using IPA 5 mole% to increase the amorphous region as comonomer and also using Newpol BPE-20(NPE) 1.5 wt% not to decrease the properties.

And it is by lightweight blocks the same used as building materials. This research is related to the physical characteristics of ALC controlled by particle size and contents of raw materials.

지난 70년대 우리나라는 해외건설의 열기로 인해 외화수입은 물론 경제성장에 커다란 영향을 미친곳이 중동지역이었다. 그러나 중동지역은 우리에게 기쁨만 안겨준 곳은 아니었다. 70년대 말 중동지역에서 공사대금을 제대로 회수하지 못한 건설업체들이 속출하면서 곧바로 국내 경기에 영향을 미쳤고 한때 우리나라는 매우 힘든 고비를 넘겼다. 바야흐로 해외건설의 봄이 서서히 일기 시작하고 있는 이때 전문가로부터 중동지역 중 리바아의 건설경기전망에 대해 들어본다.

The change of volatile flavor components In nutmeg (Kernels of the fruits of Myristica fragrans Houttuyn) during aging at $37^{\circ}C$ were studied by using a fused silica capillary GC & GC/MS. Volatile flavor components having the low boiling point showed a general decrease during aging, but those of the middle and high boiling point showed a reactionary tendency Myristicin and myristic acid among volatile flavor components showing the high boiling point had the amount increased considerably, and those were composed of 24.50% and 18.69% in aging for 6 months, respectively. The amount of whole volatile flavor concentrate showed the increased tendency till the aging period for 4 months, and then subsequently decreased.

The need to control the oil content in oily bilge water discharges to meet the increasing stringent seawater pollution standards has led to the development of gravity type separators. Among the several gravitational methods, a plate type oily water separator can be used as an assistant equipment for the oil filtering system to meet the present IMO standard of 15 ppm, because it is believed to be an efficient method dealing with a large amount of rich oil with high specific gravity. The purpose of this paper is to examine the efficiency of oil/water separation with the characteristics of separating plate arrangement. An experimental study was carried out to analyse an efficient treatment oil-water mixture with variation of operating parameters, including flow rates, inlet oil concentrations and the height between the plates. The experimental results show that the height between the plates has a significant effect on the separation efficiency. The best efficiency was acquired when the ration of the height between the plates the plates to distance(H/Ci) was 2 with lower inlet oil concentration and lower flow rate.

Rayon fiber as clothing material has silk-like property which relates to other synthetic fibers. It has many advantages that is required to women's clothes. However rayon has many shortcomings. Therefore this research is to spin rayon-like polyester which has high contraction property to be synthesized by previous research to solve those shortcomings and to maintain advantages of rayon. The contraction ratio of regular polyester is 30% and the contraction ratio of this synthesized polyester is over 60%. The spinning temperature of regular polyester ranges from $285^{\circ}C$ to $300^{\circ}C$. However, this copolymer is set range from $270^{\circ}C$ to $290^{\circ}C$, which is $10^{\circ}C$ less than regular polyester due to decreasing melting temperature. The spinning velocity effects the tensile strength and elongation of yarn magnificently. The high velocity of spinning makes yarn highly oriented, increases the tensile strength and decreases the elongation. This research defines the condition as following; draw ratio 2.734, First roller temperature $85^{\circ}C$, Slit heater temperature $175^{\circ}C$.

본 논문에서는 실용급 위성으로는 국내에서 처음 개발되는 다목적 실용위성의 개발과정 중 준비행모델에 대한 발사환경 시험에 관련된 내용의 일부를 관련분야의 전문가들에게 소개하는데 중점을 두었다. 장시간의 개발기간과 고비용이 소요되는 위성체를 성공적으로 설정궤도에 발사하기 위해서는 소음 및 진동에 관련된 심도있는 연구가 필수적이며, 향후 우주 분야의 독자적인 기술 개발시 국내 관련분야 전문가들의 노력이 절대적으로 필요하다.

최근 젖소를 사육하는 농가들은 고능력, 고비유의 젖소 생산과 유지를 목표로 노력하고 있으나, 질병으로 인한 피해를 최소한으로 막기 위해서는 조기 발견과 조기 치료가 필요하다. 매매일을 젖소와 같이 생활하는 속에서 1두, 1두의 젖소의 질병 발생 유무를 파악하는 것이 중요하며, 아픈 젖소가 나타나는 증상 중 낙농가가 알기 쉽고 주의하면 알 수 있는 병의 증상과 주요 질병의 대처요령을 알기 쉽게 정리하여 대동물임상수의사들을 대상으로 소개하고자 한다.
