There have been various studies being conducted to prepare for aging society due to the recent trend of rapid aging. The silver industry such as wellness, senior monitoring and support service, and emergency medical assistance services for the elderly is growing fast. However, due to economic problems, limited services are being provided. In addition, the problem of residence of elderly people and care of elderly patients are also becoming important issues to be solved. Aging in Place is emerging as an alternative to solve the problem of local deviation, controlled communication, and loss of self-sufficiency in the process of residents residing in the facility. In this paper, we propose IoT environment construction for ICT based Aging in Place information extension support. By building an IoT environment for Aging in Place support, users can be provided with services that can meet their needs in a familiar environment. The proposed method builds an environment that can be self-supporting based on the user's information and provides medical, transportation, and life support services for the elderly.

This study investigated the relationship between older driver's safe driving behavior, driving mobility(amount of driving, assessment for driving-related physical ability, confidence for adaptation in driving situation, amount of social activity) and subjective well-being(life satisfaction, positive/negative affect). The data of these variables were collected by questionnaire method based on face-to-face interview. The results can be summarized as followings. First, the older driver who reported higher scores in the self-report safe driving behavior questionnaire tended to show higher level of subjective well-being and driving-based mobility. Second, all the sub-factors in the driving-based mobility questionnaire were positively related to life satisfaction, positive affect but negatively related to negative affect except amount of driving. Finally, it was found that both confidence for adaptation in driving situation and amount of social activity positively mediated the relationship between self-report safe driving behavior and life satisfaction and positive affect, but confidence for adaptation in driving situation negatively mediated the relationship between self-report safe driving behavior and negative affect, Implication and suggestion were discussed.

본 연구의 목표는 예비 노인층의 라이프스타일을 파악하고 유비쿼터스 주거환경에서의 디자인 요구특성을 파악하는 것이다. 연구방법은 문헌조사와 심층면접, 웹서베이로 이루어졌고, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신체적, 경제적, 사회적 상황에 따라 6개의 라이프스타일 유형으로 분류할 수 있었다. 둘째, 신체적, 경제적, 사회적 상황이 가장 높은 유형 5가 가장 많은 비율을 차지하고 있었다. 셋째, 고령친화 유비쿼터스 주거환경 디자인 요소에 대한 요구도는 라이프스타일에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 넷째, 본 연구를 통해서 파악된 고령친화 유비쿼터스 주거환경에 적용가능한 디자인 지침들은 단계적으로 적용시킬 필요가 있는 것으로 파악되었다.

고령화 사회로 진입하고 있는 시점에 고령인구에 대한 복지정책 및 사회전반적인 대응 방안이 모색되어져야할 시기이다. 특히, 고령인구 특성상 의료문제를 해결할 수 있는 효과적인 방법들의 연구가 시급하다. 그러한 문제를 해결하는 방안으로 U-헬스분야와 IT 분야 및 건설분야의 융합을 통한 효율적인 헬스케어 서비스 모델 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 융합모델의 성공적인 결과 도출을 위한 모델의 구성과 추진 전략 등을 제안하였다.

본 논문에서는 헌혈의 중요성과 지속적인 헌혈량 감소의 개선방안을 목적으로 하며, 헌혈량이 지속해 감소하는 이유에 대하여 분석하였다. 헌혈량은 코로나와 고령화 사회로 인한 헌혈의 주 연령층인 10대와 20대의 감소로 인해 헌혈량이 감소하는 상황이다. 이러한 문제를 확인하고 개선하기 위해 어떤 방법이 있는지 확인해 보았으며 분석 결과 고 연령층의 헌혈량은 증가하였지만, 헌혈의 주 연령층인 10대와 20대의 헌혈량을 대체하지 못하기 때문에 헌혈량은 연도가 지날 때마다 감소하는 추세를 확인할 수 있었다. 거기에 2019년 말부터 시작된 코로나로 인해 조금씩 감소하던 헌혈량을 더 큰 폭으로 감소하게 했다. 앞으로도 고령화 사회가 이어진다면 고연령층의 증가로 수혈은 필요하지만, 헌혈량이 따라가지 못하는 상황이 일어날 것으로 예측된다.

한국의 고령화는 미국, 유럽국가, 일본 등에 비해 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 이로 인해 노동인구의 연령대가 증가하고 청장년층 노동인구의 유입이 감소하고 있지만 기존의 산업 제도 및 환경은 고령자에게 적합하지 않다. 본 연구는 우리나라보다 먼저 고령화로 인한 문제를 경험한 선진국의 사례를 통해 고령자의 노동력을 활용하기 위한 방안을 파악하고 분석하였다. 선진국의 고령 노동력 활용 방안은 작업 환경, 고용, 교육, 근로 시간, 퇴직, 건강 측면의 개선을 통해 이루어졌으며, 여러 산업분야에서 고령자의 노동력이 활용될 수 있도록 고령자의 신체적, 정신적, 사회적인 특성을 고려하였다. 본 연구는 파악된 고령자의 노동력 활용방안과 이에 대한 고려사항을 분석하고 이와 더불어 고령 인력 활용을 위한 연구의 방향을 인간공학적 측면에서 제시하고자 한다.
