기존의 인터넷 익스플로러는 높은 보급률의 이점을 지니고 있지만 인터넷을 이용하기 위한 기본지식의 필요성과 키보드, 마우스와 같은 장치를 이용한 입력방식은 장애인 및 고령층의 사용자들이 이용하기에는 불편하다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스 기술을 이용하여 기존의 음성인식 시스템을 웹 서비스로 재구성하고 클라이언트가 음성인식 웹 서비스를 요청하고 음성명령이 가능하도록 인터넷 익스플로러에 음성명령이 가능한 Navigaotr를 Toolbar 형태의 프로그램을 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 클라이언트가 사용하는 음성 Navigator Toolbar와 웹 서비스를 통해서 음성 서비스를 제공하는 음성 서비스 프로바이더로 구성된다. 음성 Navigator Toolbar는 인터넷 환경에서 음성데이터를 바이너리 포맷형식인 DIME을 이용하여 음성 서비스 프로바이더로 전송하고 반환 결과를 가지고 URL Navigator를 통해 인터넷 페이지를 이동시킨다. 음성 서비스 프로바이더는 사용자가 전송한 음성데이터를 인식기를 통해 인식하고 결과를 가지고 정보 Database를 검색하여 실제 인터넷 주소를 사용자에게 반환한다.

국내의 인구는 고령화와 함께 의료비 지출이 늘어나는 것은 혈압이나 당뇨와 같은 만성질환자 환자 비중이 높아졌기 때문이며 의료비의 절감 및 건강관리 향상을 위하여 본 연구에서는 스마트폰 점유율이 높은 안드로이드 OS를 기반으로 하여 건강관리 콘텐츠를 제공 하는 앱을 설계 하였다. 설계한 앱은 혈압계, 심전도 기기, 혈당계, 전자청진기 등을 이용하여 사용자가 자신의 건강상태를 안드로이드 기기에 전달하여 서버에 저장 하는 구동절차를 가지고 있으며, 서버에서는 LOG 정보를 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 서비스 요청을 통하여 사용자에게 맞는 건강관리 콘텐츠를 전달한다.

The purpose of this research is to suggest the direction of the domestic convenience store platform in the aging society and the fourth industrial revolution. Recently, convenience stores have been providing various lifestyle platforms by seeking new growth engines based on the reputation that the number of convenience stores has reached the saturation. In order to present the direction of development, It conducted a questionnaire survey of 78 people from domestic teenagers to 60s or older and case study of domestic and overseas convenience store platforms. Through this survey, it was found that convenience stores in Korea provide users with a convenient lifestyle platform, but the service for the elderly was found to be in shortage compared to other countries. Convenience stores should offer lifestyle platform services for the elderly, as they provide lifestyle platform services for people in 20s and 30s. This will make the convenience store a competitive lifestyle platform service in the 4th industrial revolution. In addition, it is necessary to continuously study the CVS living platform service according to the changing social phenomenon in the future.

Population aging is an inevitable problem in our society nowadays, and the current aging trend in Asia is prominent and the number of elderly people is huge, among which the World Health Organization predicts that by 2050, 35% of China's population will be over 60 years old, making it the most serious aging country in the world. According to actual reports and surveys, there is a clear digital divide between a large proportion of the elderly and ICT technology, which has had a negative impact on the quality of life and mentality of the elderly living in cities due to the rapid development of technology and the dramatic changes that have occurred in urban life in recent years. The author chose Chinese urban elderly as the main research topic, the research method through the collation of existing literature and information combined with the actual data research, narrative collation of the current situation of ICT use among the Chinese urban elderly and the causes of the difficulties, summarize the ability of the Chinese urban elderly as the representative of the elderly users to master and learn ICT. The study concluded that the needs of the elderly for ICT are multi-layered and there is a gradation in the ability of the elderly users to master various ICT services, so that the elderly can better use and enjoy ICT services and provide teaching and services in a hierarchical and targeted manner can be the next research direction.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the spatiotemporal characteristics of staying places by deriving the main staying places of the elderly population in Seoul using public transportation card data. For this reason, we used public transportation card data for 7 days from October 12, 2015 to October 18, 2015. As a result of the analysis, 14 places were extracted as the main staying places. It was divided into 5 groups based on the characteristics of the visiting users and concentration time. Most of the staying places showed that the elderly users who lived near the places visited, but in the case of the group where a large number of elderly users visited had relatively wide range of residential distribution. It was possible to confirm that there was a hierarchy. And the concentration time was displayed differently. Most of the staying places' concentration time was between 10 am and 5 pm. However, in the case of Jegi-dong group and Jamsil group had different concentration time. The results of this research provide necessary suggestions for establishing a public transport policy that considers the main stay spaces of the elderly population in Seoul and the stay characteristics of each stay space.

Recently, healthy life has become an issue in an aging society, and the number of people who have been interested in continuous health care for better life is increasing. In this paper, we implemented a personalized recommendation systm to provide convenient healthcare management for user. The PHR (Personal Health Record) of user could be stored in the server along with health related information such as lifestyle, disease, and physical condition. The users could be classified into similar clusters according to the PHR profile in order to provide healthcare contents to the users who had similar PHR profile. K-Means clustering was applied to generate clusters based on PHR profile and ACDT(Ant Colony Decision Tree) algorithm was used to provide personalised recommendation of health information stored in knowledge base. The app system developed in this paper is useful for users to perform healthcare themselves by providing information on serious diseases and lifestyle habits to be improved according to the clusters classified by PHR profile.

본 연구는 고령화 사회에 대응하여 고령자의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해 과학기술이 해야 할 역할과 그 적용범위에 대해 살펴본다. 이를 위해 우리나라 노인의 삶의 질에 대한 현황을 살펴보고, 기술과 사용자 환경의 공진화 이론과 사회적 수요기술공급 순환체계 이론에 기반하여 보청기 사례연구를 통해 고령자에 대응하는 우리나라 과학기술의 사회적 기술공급체계에 대한 현황과 문제점을 알아본다. 마지막으로 고령자의 삶의 질 증대를 위한 과학기술 활용방안을 시스템적 관점에서 제시한다.

최근 저출산 고령화 등의 사회문제와 글로벌 환경문제가 심각하게 대두됨에 따라 스마트워크와 모바일 오피스 등 새로운 개념의 근무형태에 대한 중요성과 관심이 커지고 있다. 하지만 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 대부분의 기존 연구는 스마트워크 또는 모바일 오피스의 도입 효과에 대해서만 논하고 있으며 실질적인 활용과 업무 만족도 향상 등 활성화를 위한 구체적인 방안에 관한 연구는 미비하다. 따라서 본 연구는 모바일 오피스 활성화를 위해 필요한 조직적 측면의 지원에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 모바일 오피스 사용자 172명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 조직에서 제공하는 물리적, 금전적, 업무적 차원의 지원이 모바일 오피스에 대한 사용자들의 인식과 활용, 그리고 만족감에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 조직지원은 시스템품질이나 정보품질과 같이 사용자들이 모바일 오피스에 대해 인식하는 품질을 통해 모바일 오피스 활용 및 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 모바일 오피스 활성화를 위한 구체적인 민관의 지원방안과 시사점을 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 모바일 오피스 관련 정책 및 전략 수립의 가이드라인으로 작용할 것이다.

정보화 시대 스마트폰이 대중화되고 실시간 인터넷 사용이 가능해짐에 따라, 본인을 식별하기 위한 사용자 인증이 필수적으로 요구된다. 대표적인 사용자 인증 기술로는 아이디와 비밀번호를 이용한 비밀번호 인증이 있지만, 키보드로부터 입력받는 이러한 인증 정보는 시각 장애인이나 손 사용이 불편한 사람, 고령층과 같은 사람들이 많은 서비스로부터 요구되는 아이디와 비밀번호를 기억하고 입력하기에는 불편함이 따를 뿐만 아니라, 키로거와 같은 공격에 노출되는 문제점이 존재한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 자신의 신체의 특징을 활용하는 생체 인증이 대두되고 있으며, 그중 목소리로 사용자를 인증한다면, 효과적으로 비밀번호 인증의 한계점을 극복할 수 있다. 이러한 화자 인식 기술은 KT의 기가 지니와 같은 음성 인식 기술에서 활용되고 있지만, 목소리는 위조 및 변조가 비교적 쉽기에 지문이나 홍채 등을 활용하는 인증 방식보다 정확도가 낮고 음성 인식 오류 또한 높다는 한계점이 존재한다. 상기 목소리를 활용한 사용자 인증 기술인 화자 인식 기술을 활용하기 위하여, 사용자 목소리를 학습시켰으며, 목소리의 주파수를 추출하는 MFCC 알고리즘을 이용해 테스트 목소리와 정확도를 측정하였다. 그리고 악의적인 공격자가 사용자 목소리를 흉내 내는 경우나 사용자 목소리를 마이크로 녹음하는 등의 방법으로 획득하였을 경우에는 높은 확률로 인증의 우회가 가능한 것을 검증하였다. 이에 따라, 더욱 효과적으로 화자 인식의 정확도를 향상시키기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 목소리에 잡음을 섞는 방법으로 화자를 인식하는 방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 방안은 잡음이 정확도에 매우 민감하게 반영되기 때문에, 기존의 인증 우회 방법을 무력화하고, 더욱 효과적으로 목소리를 활용한 화자 인식 기술을 제공할 것으로 사료된다.
