최근 기상이변의 가속화로 인해 홍수피해는 더욱 증가되고 있으며, 도시화로 인해 불투수면적이 급격히 늘어남에 따라 기존 관개수로의 통수능력 부족으로 도시침수피해가 증가되고 있다. 재난 연감과 재해연보를 바탕으로 비교한 결과, 홍수를 비롯한 각종 재난 발생 시 일반적으로 남성들에 비해 여성들의 피해자 수가 많으며 피해의 정도는 상대적으로 심각하였다. 그러나 국내외적으로 홍수에 대한 피해를 줄이고자 홍수 취약성에 대한 많은 연구들이 수행되었지만 아직 젠더를 고려한 취약성 분석은 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 대상지역을 우리나라의 인구밀집도가 가장 높은 서울시 25개구로 선정하였고, 엔트로피 이론을 활용해 25개 구의 홍수 취약성 지수를 계산하였다. 홍수 취약성 지수 계산 시 고려요인으로는 여성인구비율, 고령화비율 및 인구밀도 등과 같은 사회적 요인과 연 홍수 피해액, 복구금액 등 경제적 요인 그리고 일일 최대 강수량 및 80mm 이상의 강수량, 홍수 피해 횟수 등과 같은 환경적 요인을 고려하였다. 그 결과 각각의 요인에 따라서 서울시 25개구의 홍수취약성 지수가 상이하게 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 취약성지수가 높은 자치구들의 경우 지역특성을 고려한 별도의 홍수대책 가이드라인이 필요 할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 결과물을 바탕으로 향후 홍수 대책이나, 홍수대비 관련 정책을 수립할 정부 및 지자체에서 사회, 경제, 환경적 요인을 고려한 합리적인 정책 수립 결정에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

지식경영시스템(Knowledge Management System)이 활성화되기 위해서는 지식경영 활동의 핵심영향요인들을 고려하여야 한다. 그러나 수많은 지식경영시스템이 정보기술 측면만을 고려하여 단순정보를 관리하는 정보관리시스템으로 전락하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 기업의 성공적인 지식경영을 위하여 지식경영에 영향을 미치는 영향요인을 도출하고, 각 영향요인이 지식경영시스템의 활성화에 영향을 주는지에 대한 수치화가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지식경영시스템 도입 시 고려해야 할 영향요인을 도출하고 각 영향요인별 필요도(Importance)와 이행도(Performance)로 수치화하였다. 또한 각 영향요인을 고려하여 구축된 지식 경영시스템의 사례를 통하여 지식경영시스템의 구축효과에 대한 결과를 측정하고 효과에 대해 검증한다.

In this paper, we design a green supply chain (gSC) network model. For constructing the gSC network model, environmental and economic factors are taken into consideration in it. Environmental factor is to minimize the $CO_2$ emission amount emitted when transporting products or materials between each stage. For economic factor, the total cost which is composed of total transportation cost, total handling cost and total fixed cost is minimized. To minimize the environmental and economic factors simultaneously, a mathematical formulation is proposed and it is implemented in a genetic algorithm (GA) approach. In numerical experiment, some scales of the gSC network model is presented and its performance is analyzed using the GA approach. Finally, the efficiencies of the gSC network model and the GA approach are proved.

This study was conducted to find out the factors affecting community people choice of dental clinic so that the results could be served as basic information to formulate marketing strategies for dental clinic. 238 people in Ulsan metropolitan city were surveyed through a self administered questionnaire. 1. All the Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ values related with dental clinic's internal factor, external factor and access were more than 0.6. 2. The most important factor of dental clinic choice was dentist's faithfulness. 3. On the occasion of choosing dental clinic, internal factor was more important than external factor. 4. The most important factor of dental clinic choice was dental clinic's access on more than 46 years old.

보험사업은 무형의 서비스를 판매하는 것이므로 별도의 물류시스템이 필요 없으며, 각종 상품 중 특히, 자동차 보험은 보험 고객에게 필요성이 널리 인식되어 있어 가상판매에 가장 적합한 사업이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷을 이용한 보험상품 판매 시 고려해야 할 요인들을 알아보고자 한다. 설문조사를 통해 고객이 인터넷을 이용한 보험계약 시 고려하는 요인, 원하는 서비스, 회사 선택 시 고려사항 등을 파악하였으며 이를 통해 사이버 보험 판매 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

기업들은 IT 아웃소싱을 통하여 급속한 IT의 변화에 대하여 신속히 적응하고, IT 구축 및 운영 비용을 효율적으로 절감하고 있으며, 특히 IT의 전략적 가치가 주요해짐에 따라 아웃소싱을 통하여 서비스 품질을 향상시키고, 핵심역량에 집중하고자 노력하고 있다. 공기업에서도 최근의 정부의 민간위탁에 대한 적극적인 제도 지원에 의해 IT 아웃소싱이 활성화되고 있으나, 이에 따른 의사결정을 위해서는 민간 부문과는 다른 요인들이 고려되어야 한다. 지금까지 많은 연구가 주로 위험요인, 조직요인, 도입목적 등의 단편적인 요인들을 제시하는 수준이었기 때문에 실질적인 의사 결정에 있어서는 활용성이 부족하므로, 본 연구에서는 실질적인 의사결정을 지원할수 있도록, 기존 연구들을 바탕으로 IT 아웃소싱 의사 결정의 전범위에 걸친 체계적인 의사결정 모형을 제시하고, 각 의사결정단계에서 우선적으로 고려해야 하는 요인들을 구체적으로 나타내고자, IT 아웃소싱의 의사결정 영역을 네가지로 분류하고, 고려해야 할 55개의 요인들을 문헌연구들을 통하여 도출하였다. 그리고, 11명의 전문가 집단을 구성하여 각 의사결정 영역별로 주요한 요인들을 도출하였다. 또한, 공기업 M사 사례를 통하여 IT 아웃소싱 의사결정 프로세스의 실례를 보여줌으로써 향후 활용방안을 제시하고 있다.

This purpose of this study was to use the meta-summary method to systematically integrate the findings of the heterogeneous qualitative research on the factors influencing the sexual identity formation process of lesbian, gay, and bisexual groups in Korea. The integrative investigation of the universal or unique factors affecting the identity formation of sexual minority is important to understand their internal experiences and support their psychological adaptation. Using a qualitative meta-summary, this study systematically identified and abbriviated the psychological and social factors that promote or impede the sexual identity acceptance and integration of LGB individuals. First, a total of 9 studies which were published in Korea up to 2021 were identified through the research database. The included studies were critically evaluated by using the Critical Appraisal Screening Programme tool. A total of 179 statements were extracted from the findings of each study and 34 abstracted statements were generated. The 34 abstracted statements were categorized into four groups, psychological factors that promote or impede sexual identity formation and social factors that promote or impede it. These four main categories and corresponding factors in each category were explained. The implications and limitations were also discussed.

최근 홈네트워크와 관련된 기술 및 산업이 확대되고 있는 것은 인터넷을 비롯한 다양한 인프라 망의 구축을 근간으로 하고 있다. 현재 홈네트워크 관련 산업은 소비자가 필요로 하는 핵심 응용 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 제품을 시장에 내 놓을 수 있을 것인가와 이를 위하여 필요한 기술을 개발하는 것이 무엇보다 중요한 시점에 있다. 따라서 국내 홈네트워크 시장진화 전망, 서비스측면을 고려한 최적 대안, 주택유형을 고려한 최적대안 등을 도출함으로써 국내 홈네트워크 기술의 선결요인과 상황에 따른 고려요인을 제시하였다. 그리고 이러한 선결요인과 함께 상황에 따른 고려요인을 토대로 국내 홈네트워크 기술의 최적대안을 살펴보았다.

Early detection of forest fires is essential in preventing large-scale forest fires. Predicting forest fires serves as a vital early detection method, leading to various related studies. However, many previous studies focused solely on climate and geographic factors, overlooking human factors, which significantly contribute to forest fires. This study aims to develop forest fire prediction models that take into account human, weather and geographical factors. This study conducted a comparative analysis of four machine learning models alongside the logistic regression model, using forest fire data from Gangwon-do spanning 2003 to 2020. The results indicate that XG Boost models performed the best (AUC=0.925), closely followed by Random Forest (AUC=0.920), both of which are machine learning techniques. Lastly, the study analyzed the relative importance of various factors through permutation feature importance analysis to derive operational insights. While meteorological factors showed a greater impact compared to human factors, various human factors were also found to be significant.

Recently commercialized network are getting more and more popular, bringing dramatic change to the market. We can predict the future of the E-commerce. The ongoing E-commerce and SNS （Social Networking Services）related E-commerce are increasing greatly both in Korea and China. This research tries to focus on Chinese consumers using E-commerce. The study has four findings. Firstly, the E-commerce consumers consider four factors including price, convenience, products and website, which affect the sellers' integrity. Secondly, E-commerce will affect sellers' integrity. Third, there are 4 factors which affect the sellers' integrity: service, price, products and the information. Fourth, the factors which affect the integrity of sellers are the value, happiness and practical. This study want to give some hints to the E-commerce in the overseas market in China.
