The cultural contents are a field that originally has a cycle ranged from producers of various contents and distribution consumption. The various object elements composing of an ecosystem of cultural contents in this cycle, and the search of harmonious relations between these objects is becoming an important issue. The ecological approach on the cultural contents field is not being tried authentically until now, in spite of the expansion of interest and usefulness from its application at present, so there is no detailed discussion on the inside of an ecosystem and its action such as confirmation of object elements composing of the ecosystem, interaction principles between objects and object development, principles of co-evolution, etc. achieving common development of all objects composing of the ecosystem. Therefore, the present research aims to confirm object elements composing of the ecosystem of cultural contents through an ecosystem model that has been researched in several fields of the ecosystem and social science, and to seek interaction between objects and each object as well as a development direction of a total ecosystem.
This study was carried out to determine the lipid content and neutral lipid compositions of Japonica and indica rice bran oils. The average content ratio of neutral lipids, g]ycolipids and phospholipids were 89.5 : 4.0 : 6.5 in japonica rice bran oil and 93.7 : 2.6 : 3.7 in Indica rice bran oils, respectively. It was seen that the neutral lipid content was significantly higher in JAponica rice bran oil, while the contents of glycolopods and phospholipids were significantly higher in japonica rice bran oils. The neutral lipids consisted of esterified sterol, triglyceride, free fatty acid, free sterol, diglyceride and monoglyceride. Triglyceride was the highest (48.7-49.7%) among the neutral lipids. Major fatty acids of rice bran oils were oleic (39.65-43.68f)), linoleic (32.62-39.42%) and palmitic acid (16.54-18.83%). The linoleic acid content was higher in Japonica rice bran oils than in indica rice bran oils.
The characteristics of hydration and hot-water solublilization of milled rice during cooking were investigated using Korean rice [3 varieties of Japonica type and 3 varieties of Tongil type (Japonica-Indica breeding type)]. The water uptake rate constants of Japonica type varieties during cooking were later than those of Tongil type varieties. The contents of solubles and soluble amylose among Japonica type varieties during cooking were similar, but those among Tongil type varieties were different. At the same cooking conditions, Japonica type varieties showed higher contents and leaching rate constants of solubles as well as soluble amylose than Tongil type varieties.
