This study is the basic data to design development directions and development standards of resources and facilities for establishing provision-oriented marine tourism development plans, and it aims to help develop provision-oriented marine tourism by drawing planning index and considering its priority necessary for provision-oriented marine tourism development. The findings of the study are as follows. As the result of analysis on four aspects, specific standards and plans for marine tourism development index, it showed environmental aspect, socio-cultural aspect, management aspect, and economic aspect in order. According to the result, the environmental aspect is considered important as the plan to solve problems working as inhibition factors instead of local development, due to local culture and environment disruption. Besides, as the result of iult of iuland priority of 13 items w of iure specific factors and specific plans, durability of resource use, iulroveand envisurrf rdings, receptive culacity, conservesidesand transmissidesnvicultures, and iulroveand ein the quality of life, stability of resource use, quality management of tourist attractions, competency intensificesidesof residents, income increase of residents, PR marketing, role of public sectors, increase in the local industry, and increase in employment were shown in order. Software-oriented plans should be made to preserve overall nature of local areas rather than hardware-oriented plans and development of environmental aspect that merely considers preventing environment destruction.

There are two kinds of method in ship maintenance. One is the corrective maintenance and the other is the preventive maintenance. For these maintenances recently the stochastic techniques are widely used to keep the maximum availibility and the optimal maintenance period minimizing a given cost function. Thus this paper suggest a method to decide the optimal policy of ship's maintenances by using dynamic programming and the effectiveness of the method is verified through several examples in which failure rates and maintenance data of ship's machineries and parts are given.

홍수위험 전망정보, 홍수피해, 홍수량, 대응단계홍수로 인한 피해가 발생하면 인명 피해는 물론 사회 전반에 막대한 영향을 끼친다. 홍수가 발생하는 원인은 다양하지만 단시간 내 발생한 강우량과 하천에 흐르는 유량의 범람이 홍수피해가 발생하는 원인 중 하나이다. 이 중 하천에 흐르는 유량에 의한 홍수가 발생하면 넓은 지역에 인명과 자산에 큰 피해를 준다. 이에 홍수통제소에서는 홍수 위험을 사전에 인지하여 대비하기 위한 방법의 하나로 하천 주요지점을 중심으로 홍수예보를 발령하고 있으며, 계획홍수량을 기준으로 대응단계를 설정하고 있다. 그러나 계획홍수량을 기준으로 설정한 대응단계는 홍수피해가 발생하는 지역 특성을 반영하는 데에는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 대상 지역의 홍수피해 특성을 반영한 대응단계를 설정하기 위해 과거 홍수피해 사례를 활용하여 홍수량 기준을 설정하고자 하였다. 이에 낙동강권역을 대상으로 홍수피해가 발생한 기간 내 3시간 누적 최대 강우량과 최대 홍수량을 조사하였으며, 지점별 무피해 사상을 조사하였다. 조사된 자료를 활용하여 홍수량 증가에 따른 홍수피해 발생 비율을 검토하였으며, 이를 통해 홍수량 기준을 홍수피해 발생 사례 중 최대 홍수량의 약 45%와 약 74%로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 홍수량 비율은 지점별 계획홍수량 또는 홍수피해가 발생한 사례 중 최대 홍수량을 기준으로 비율을 적용하여 대응단계를 설정할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 향후, 각 지점별 실제 피해 사례와의 비교를 통해 지속적인 보완 및 개선이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

에너지절약이 중요시되고 있는 시대적 배경하에서 모든 설비에 있어서 시스템토틀로서의 고효율화가 중요한 테마로 되고 있다. 또한 최근의 설비는 기기계가 소형화, 대용량화하는 한편제어계는 복잡화, 고도화되고 있으며 운용의 평이화와 보전의 전문화가 발달되고 있다. 만일 설비장해가 발생했을 때에는 그 복구에 많은 시간과 경비를 필요로 할 뿐만 아니라 설비이동이 연속화되는 상황하에서는 장해나 메인터넌에 의한 설비정지는 생산성이나 품질의 저하에 크게 영향을 미친다. 따라서 설비를 계획할 경우에는 설계에서 건설, 운용, 보전, 폐기 또는 경신까지를 토틀로 포착하여 라이프사이클코스트를 최소로 하기 위한 검토가 되는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 설비 자체의 라이프사이클은 그 설계단계에서 거의 결정되는데 생산시스템(생산라인까지를 포함시킨 설비시스템)의 시점에서 라이프사이클코스트를 최소로 하기 위해서는 설비의 보전기술이 주요한 펙터가 된다. 여기서는 이 중요한 보전기술에 대하여 전원설비의 보전과 고장진단을 중심으로 해설하는 동시에 최근 일본의 NHK에서 개발한 음향분석에 의한 자가발전장치의 고장진단에 대하여 그 개요를 소개한다.
