무선 통신 기술의 발달로 무선 인터넷에 대한 관심과 그에 따른 이동성 지원에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 또한 이동성 지원을 위한 Mobile IPv6의 Handover 시에 상대노드(CN)와의 바인딩 갱신(Binding Update) 지연시간이 문제가 되고 있다. 문제 해결을 위해서 2계층과 3계층을 연동하는 Fast Handover를 이용하여, MN에서 CN으로의 바인딩 갱신 지연시간을 단축시키고자 2계층 Handover 메시지인 IEEE 802.11의 Reassociation Request 프레임을 이용한다. MN이 Binding 갱신 메시지를 보내기 전에 CN과의 보안을 위해서 Return Routability 절차을 수행하는데 이 절차 중의 메시지인 HoTI, CoTI 메시지를 2계층 Handover 중에 미리 보냄으로써 CN과의 바인딩 갱신 지연시간을 단축시키는 방안을 제안한다.

웹서비스의 보안정책은 전송계층과 어플리케이션 계층 두 부분에 적용되고 있으며, 분산 어플리케이션간 통신을 할 경우 데이터에 대한 암호화와 인증처리가 가장 중요한 부분이 될 것이다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 웹서비스 작업에서 클라이언트의 요청을 XML 서명 후 전송하여 요청을 받은 서버측에서 응답을 하기 전 정당한 클라이언트인가를 검증하는 단계를 거친다. 이렇게 함으로써 웹서비스 환경에서의 SOAP을 이용한 메시지계층 보안을 한층 강화시키려는 목적이다.

In this paper, we investigate the most commonly adopted networking technology for Network Centric Warfar (NCW), namely Link-16 in the perspectives of physical, data link, and network layers (specifically, strategic message exchanges) and derive its merits with some constraints therein. Furthermore, we perform a quantitative evaluation on its communication capacity, focusing on whether Link-16 can indeed meet the capacity requirements for major operations, based on the time slot structure, NPG, and multi-netting concepts.

최근 기업들은 글로벌 경쟁과 국내외 경영환경의 빠른 변화로 인해 과거와 같은 경영방식과 생산수단으로써는 경쟁에서 이겨나가기가 어려워지고 있다. 이와 함께 정보와 지식의 효과적인 활용을 통한 기업 경쟁력을 향상하려는 지식경영에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지식경영의 성공요인들을 계층분석과정(AHP)을 통해서 찾아내고 성공요인들간의 상대적인 중요도를 파악하여 지식경영을 도입하려는 기업들에게 성공적인 도입을 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

시스템의 변경은 개발 주기의 전 과정 가운데 지속적으로 발생하게 되고, 변경이 발생하면 연관된 다른 요소에 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라 다음 주기에까지 그 영향이 전달되기 때문에, 개발 초기의 요구공학 주기의 산출물인 요구사항명세서로부터 추적과 관리가 시작되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 요구사항의 관리를 위해 요구사항 관리 모델을 제안하고, 요구사항 관리 계층을 중심으로 요구사항의 저장, 변경사항의 관리 및 추적을 처리하며, 이를 기반으로 이후 프로젝트 관리와 관련된 작업들을 어플리케이션 계층에서 처리하도록 지원하였다. 또한 이 모델이 효율적으로 컴퓨터를 이용한 공동작업(Computer Supported Cooperative Work: CSW)에 활용 가능하도록 웹을 통해 구현한다.

In this paper, pyramidal VQ image coding by DCT classifier based on HVS is studied. The proposed DCT classifier based on HVS is that the transform subblocks of the image are mlultiplied by MTF which is a sort of band pass filter and sorted by the magnitude of their ac energy levels and classifeid into three classes such as low, middle and high variance class by the threshold and then edges are detected in comparison of the energy sum of ac transform coefficients corresponding to the different edge directions.

The present study used a hierarchical Bayesian approach was used to develop a mixed effect model to describe the transitional behavior of subjects in time nonhomogeneous Markov chains. The posterior distributions of model parameters were not in analytically tractable forms; subsequently, a Gibbs sampling method was used to draw samples from full conditional posterior distributions. The proposed model was implemented with real data.
