지표수-지하수 연계이용을 위한 지역 적합도 평가

  • 지구적 차원의 물부족 현상은 우리에게도 심각한 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있으며, 이에 대처하기 위한 방안의 하나로 지표수-지하수 연계이용이 거론되고 있다. 지표수와 지하수 연계이용은 유역의 지표 및 지하수자원을 수문학적 순환 사이클의 통합적 관점에서 파악하는 것으로부터 시작한다. 본 연구는 국내에서 지금까지 이렇다 할 사례가 없는 지표수-지하수 연계이용의 첫 단계로서 연계이용 가능지역을 선정하기 위한 체계적인 적지분석 방법론에 관한 것이다. 복잡한 의사결정 문제를 계층적으로 나누어 분석하는 기법(AHP)이 채택되었고, 분석에 필요한 의사결정인자가 도출되었다. 각 인자의 상대적 중요도가 정량화 된 후, 이를 바탕으로 특정 지역의 지표수-지하수 연계이용 적합도가 산정될 수 있다. 개발된 방법론을 국내 두 개 지역에 적용하여 그 적용성을 예시하였다 개발된 방법론에 의한 적합도 분석은 중앙정부나 지자체가 특정 지역의 연계이용 사업의 추진과 관련된 의사결정을 내릴 수 있도록 판단근거를 제공할 것이며, 지역 간 연계이용 우선순위를 평가하는데도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 지하수를 이용한 물 문제 해결 방법은 여러 수공학자들에 의해 연구되어 왔고 많은 성과를 이루었다. 하지만, 과도한 지하수 개발은 새로운 공학적 문제를 야기하게 되어 각 수자원에 내한 개별적인 분석 단계를 지나 여러 수자원을 연계하여 이용할 수 있는 기법들이 연구되고 있다. 이 방법 중 하나로 지표수와 지하수를 연계 이용하는 방법이 연구되었고, 개발 대상 지역에 대한 우선순위 결정을 위해 계층분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)이 적용되었다. 이리한 적지 분석을 위한 시스템(SASCU)을 GIS와 연계하여 개발함으로써 개랄 가능 후보지에 대한 개발 우선순위 결정에 도움이 괼될것으로 사료된다.

Normalizing interval data and their use in AHP (구간데이터 정규화와 계층적 분석과정에의 활용)

  • Entani and Tanaka (2007) presented a new approach for obtaining interval evaluations suitable for handling uncertain data. Above all, their approach is characterized by the normalization of interval data and thus the elimination of redundant bounds. Further, interval global weights in AHP are derived by using such normalized interval data. In this paper, we present a heuristic method for finding extreme points of interval data, which basically extends the method by Entani and Tanaka (2007), and also helps to obtain normalized interval data. In the second part of this paper, we show that the solutions to the linear program for interval global weights can be obtained by a simple inspection. In the meantime, the absolute dominance proposed by the authors is extended to pairwise dominance which makes it possible to identify at least more dominated alternatives under the same information.

  • The ministry of security and public administration provide the secure coding guide that can remove the vulnerability of applications and defend cyber attack from the coding step because cyber attack like the hacking about 75% abusing the vulnerability of applications. In this paper we find the oder of priority and did the criticality analysis used by AHP about 7 items in the secure coding which the ministry of security and public administration provide. The result is decided that 'exception handling' is the most important item. There is no secure coding items in software supervision currently, therefore the result of the research will make good use audit standards in the process of the software development.

A Study on Success Factors of Online Game Using AHP (AHP를 이용한 온라인게임 성공요인에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, the Online Game industry has appeared the various change of the development environment in the rapid growth. So the online game company has been trying to search games able to success and they are performing diversified researching to prepare the judgment ground of success from initial stage of development. The aim of this study is to find success factors which is in the process from development to distribute for the online game through collecting opinions of specialist and taking survey to people employed in online game development field. Consequently, we indicate success factors using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and make out success factors for the online games. Furthermore, we suggest the way which is able to apply factors objectified so that exceed the limit of using it to the company planning to develop successful games objectively.

생산성 최대화를 위한 컨테이너터미널의 장비 작업조건 분석

  • 본 연구는 컨테이너터미널의 생산성 최대화를 위한 장비 작업조건(애로공정 및 개선방향) 우선순위를 결정하는 방법을 제시하고자 다기준의사결정법으로 많이 이용되고 있는 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process, 계층분석과정)기법을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 컨테이너터미널의 주요 요소를 야드장비 영역, 이송장비 영역, 안벽장비 영역, C/CENTER(통제센터) 영역으로 구분하여 터미널 실무전문가를 대상으로 설문을 진행한 후 AHP기법을 활용하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 생산성 최대화를 위한 우선순위는 야드 장비부분이 가장 중요도가 높게 나타났으며 안벽장비, C/CENTER, 이송 장비 순서로 중요도가 나타났다.

  • 인터넷의 발달로 웹 상에서 상품을 거래하는 전자상거래가 대두되었고 이러한 거래를 발생시키는 곳이 웹사이트이므로 그 역할은 매우 크다. 따라서, 고객이 선호하는 웹사이트의 비교 분석은 반드시 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 온라인 서점 세 곳의 웹사이트에 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process, 분석적 계층과정)를 적용하여 비교 분석하고, 고객이 선호하는 웹사이트를 제안했다. AHP란 어떤 기준에 의거하여 요소들을 선택할 때 사용할 수 있는 의사결정방법이다. 이 논문을 통하여 AHP가 고객이 선호하는 웹사이트 선정 시 매우 유용함을 보여주었고, 나아가 발전가능성이 높은 전자상거래의 다른 분야에도 효과적으로 활용하고자 한다.

An Assessment of Groundwater Contamination Vulnerability and Priority Areas for Groundwater Management Using GIS and Analytic Hierarchy Process (GIS 및 계층분석법을 이용한 지하수 오염 취약성 평가 및 관리 우선 대상 지역 평가)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the previous groundwater contamination vulnerability assessment method, apply it to the study area, and select priority areas for groundwater management based on the quantitative analysis of groundwater contamination vulnerability. For this purpose, first, the previous 'potential contamination' based on groundwater contamination vulnerability assessment method was upgraded to the methodology considering 'adaptation capacity' which reduced contamination. Second, the weight of groundwater contamination vulnerability assessment factors was calculated based on the analytical hierarchy process(AHP) and the result of survey targeting groundwater experts. Third, Gyeonggi-do was selected as the study area and the improved methodology and weight were implemented with GIS and actual groundwater contamination vulnerability assessment was carried out. Fourth, the priority area for groundwater contamination management was selected based on the quantitative groundwater contamination vulnerability assessment diagram. The improved detailed groundwater contamination vulnerability assessment factors in this study were a total of 15 factors, and 15 factors were analyzed as new and improved weight with higher 'adaptation capacity' than the assessment factor corresponding to the previous 'potential contamination' in the weight calculation result using AHP. Also, the result of groundwater contamination vulnerability assessment in Gyeonggi Province using GIS showed that Goyang and Gwangmyeong which were adjacent to Seoul had a high groundwater contamination vulnerability and Pocheon and Yangpyeong County had a relatively low groundwater contamination vulnerability. In this study, the previous groundwater contamination vulnerability assessment was improved and applied to study areas actually. The result of this study can be utilized both directly and indirectly for the groundwater management master plan at national and local government level in the future.

Exploring Key Strategy Areas for Academic Library Development Planning in Korea (국내 대학도서관 진흥을 위한 주요 정책과제 개발 연구)

  • The aim of this study is to explore key strategy areas for academic library development planning in Korea. This study started with components of an academic library development plan that were identified in a literature review; those components included among others the major roles, functions, resources, and teaching and research support services of academic libraries. Upon interviewing library staff from 14 academic libraries, this study initially categorized those components into 4 overarching strategy areas and further subdivided them into 12 key components and 24 sub-components. That initial categorization was then reviewed by 6 scholars and practitioners, applying the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), by which this study analyzed the level of importance and priority of the strategy areas and various components. Based on the results, this study ultimately outlines 11 key components and 23 sub-components under the 4 strategy areas for academic libraries in Korea to take into consideration in their development planning.
