The purpose of this study is to identify topic areas of academic library research using two informetric methods; word clustering and Pathfinder network. For the data analysis, 139 articles published in major library and information science journals from 2005 to 2009 were collected from the Korean Science Citation Index database. The keywords that represent research topics were gathered from two sections: an and titles in references. Results showed that reference titles usefully represent topics in detail, and combinings and reference titles can produce an expanded topic map.

In order to avoid duplication in patents, papers and research subjects, many researchers have to review previous research work and patents with various methods. To reduce the our efforts in preview of research work, in this paper, we present scientometric analysis including Analysis of Index Level, International Cooperation Research Network, Analysis of Key Organizations and their Authors to help researchers to avoid duplication problems in field of smart grid.

This paper reviews the developments of econometric analysis and seeks a statistical applicability to current economic phenomena. During the last half century, economic analysis has progressed continuously, analyzing and predicting a broad variety of economic phenomena. In the center of this progress lies the remarkable contribution of econometrics and mathematical statistics. New economic research environment has been recently created via developments of IT and the spread of internet and SNSs. Economic phenomena has become increasingly complicated along with more volatile and sophisticated economic analysis. In that context, it can be suggested that there is a need to move beyond current economic paradigms and adapt new approaches such as complex theory and econophysics, all of which posits as a challenge for econometrics and statistics.

최근 특정 주제의 지적 구조를 파악하기 위한 저자 동시인용분석, 동시단어분석, 서지결합법 등 계량정보분석에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 국내의 경우 계량정보분석 기법을 활용한 정보 유통 프레임웍을 갖추고 있는 연구기관이나 대학이 아직 없는 실정이다. 그 이유는 특허나 과학문헌에 대한 인용정보를 보유한 곳이 없고, 거대 인용정보 행렬을 계산하기 위한 컴퓨팅 자원을 확보하지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 미국 특허 데이터베이스를 대상으로 인용 피인용 행렬을 생성한 후, 클러스터 컴퓨터를 사용하여 동시인용과 서지결합빈도를 계산하고 그 결과를 이용자에게 제공하는 정보 유통 서비스 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

Due to widespread construction of AMI(Advanced Metering Infrastructure), various service tends to increase, which are not only remote metering service collection measuring data but also demand management and energy saving using measuring data. In order to support a stable management of such services, it is necessary for measuring data to be processed efficiently. In this paper, we analyze a performance of measured data processing efficiency using duplicated data removal according to AMI construction purpose on real environments.

본 연구는 탄소세 부과가 우리 나라의 에너지 및 국민 경제에 미치는 충격의 영향분석을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 에너지-경제 연계 계량경제모형을 수립하였는데 본 모형은 기존의 거시경제모형을 수정한 후 에너지 모형과의 연계를 통해 에너지 부문의 충격이 경제부문에 미치는 효과를 정량적으로 파악이 가능하도록 하였다. 본 연구에서는 탄소배출량에 대한 규제가 탄소세 부과를 도입하도록 유도하고 에너지가격의 상승과 에너지수요를 감소시킴으로써 경제부문의 생산을 위축시키는 흐름도를 가정하고 있다. 분석의 과정에서 탄소세 부과가 에너지 및 국민경제 부문에 미치는 효과의 측정은 에너지가격 및 수요변화, 국내총생산액의 변화 등을 통하여 수행되었다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 탄소 배출량의 안정화를 도모하기 위해서는 탄소세가 상당히 높게 부과되어야 하며 전력가격 및 에너지가격의 상승에 미치는 효과와 국내총생산액 등 주요 경제 변수에 미치는 충격이 매우 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 개발된 계량경제모형을 통하여 여러 가지 정책수단에 대한 시뮬레이션이 가능하게 됨으로써 정책의 효과분석 및 동 분야의 향후 연구에도 많은 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

제조혁신 기술로서 엔지니어링 모델링 & 시뮬레이션(이하, Eng. M&S) 기술은 제조패러다임을 바꿀 대안기술로 주목되고 있으며, 해당분야 국가수준에서의 기술정책 육성을 위해 경쟁력 분석이 우선적으로 선행되어야 한다. 이를 위해 제조업에서 Eng. M&S가 갖는 의미를 고찰하고, 기존에 정립된 특허, 논문 계량 분석 경쟁력 평가모형을 기반으로 Eng. M&s 기술적 특성을 반영한 시장 관점에서 지표를 추가하여 Eng. M&S 기술에 대한 각국의 경쟁력을 도출을 시도하였다. 또한 모형의 통계적 검증을 통해 기존 계량정보 기반 평가모형보다 다양한 정보에 의한 높은 설명력을 확인하였고, 이에 따라 추가된 시장지표의 유용성을 확인할 수 있었다. Eng. M&S 기술경쟁력 분석 결과, 한국의 경쟁력은 최고기술보유국가인 미국대비 절반 수준으로 7개 주요국 중 가장 낮게 평가되었으며, 도출된 결과를 기반으로 경쟁국들의 정책적 노력에 대해 논의하였다. 본 연구를 통해 설계역량이 현저히 낮다고 평가된 한국 제조환경에 맞는 Eng. M&S 기술 육성 정책 수립이 필요하며, 보다 근본적인 차원에서의 해당 기술 활용을 촉구하는 바이다.

In this paper, it is tried to combine the decomposition method and econometric analysis for the extension of the decomposition method. Since two approaches approach the energy efficiency problem in the different perspectives, it is believed that it is hard to reconcile the results of two approaches. In the results of energy intensity effect analysis with the econometric method, it is found that the increase in the energy price results in the improvement of energy intensity effect. In enconometric analysis of energy efficiency, the coefficient of a time trend measured as a proxy of energy efficiency is significant and has a negative effect on the energy consumption. This finding implies the energy efficiency improves very slowly over time. In addition, the directions of energy efficiency improvement in the decomposition method are consistent with those in the econometric analysis in four industries. This finding indicates that two methods may be in complementary cooperation for the analysis of energy efficiency. Therefore, it is needed the efforts to seek the complementarity between two methods for the enhancement of academic and policy implications.

지금까지 수행된 대부분의 유가예측은 주고 계량 데이터를 기반으로 하는 여러 가지 계량 모델을 구성하여 수행되었으며, 그 결과 산유국 동향과 같은 국제 유가시장의 불확실성을 제대로 반영하지 못했다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 계량경제학적인 접근방법과 전문가시스템을 통합한 유가예측 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 즉, 계량 데이터를 기초로 유가예측 모델을 구성하고, 산유국동향과 같은 비계량적인 요인이 유가에 미치는 영향에 대한 실무자의 경험적인 지식은 지식베이스로 구축함으로써, 유가예측과 관련된 다양한 요인들을 폭넓게 고려할 수 있는 통합된 시스템을 개발하였다. 유가예측 모델로는 대표 유종의 유가 및 수급 전망을 위한 동적 선형연립 모델과 유종간 유가의 균형차액을 예측하기 위한 Fully Modified 공적분 회귀분석 모델을 구성하였으며, 유가예측 모델에서 반영하기 어려운 산유국 동향이나 OPEC정책, 선물시장 동향 등은 실무자의 경험적인 지식을 바탕으로 시스템 예측변수로 설정하여 유가예측에 반영할 수 있도록 지식베이스를 구축하였다. 또한, 본 시스템에서는 유가예측 이외에 석유 수급을 전망하고, 유가 및 수급과 관련된 다양한 정보를 제공하고 관리하는 기능을 제공하고 있다.

말뭉치 기반 언어 연구에서 균형성은 매우 중요하게 대두되는 문제이다. 말뭉치의 균형성을 맞추려면 여러 유형의 말뭉치가 갖는 언어적 특성을 고려하여야 한다. 그러나 계량언어학적방법으로 접근한 한국어 말뭉치의 유형별 언어 연구는 아직 미미하다. 본 연구는 언론 매체의 주요 부분인 신문의 사설을 말뭉치로 구성하여 그 언어적 특성을 살펴보고자 한다. 계량언어학의 전형적 방법에 따라 계량화 작업을 먼저 다루고, 이어 신중한 계량화 작업으로 얻어진 자료를 조사 분석하였다.
