I had an interview with some unemployed career staffs who had retired and worked for more than twenty years in order to research impacting elements on reemployment for l retired special security government officials. This interview included an officer and a consultant for supporting employment in order to explore compacting elements on retired security government official's reemployment. Looking over analysis results, first, there is a shortage of reemployment opportunities and information. The job applicant's employment requirements are not in accordance with the company's employment conditions. They don't have enough professional experience necessary for employment. There is no positive employment supporting counterplan or vocational education program in the organization. Second, their insight about finding a job is high for the current employment market condition. The reemployment offices have a very difficult task because job applicants prefer a full-time job which offers long term work and guarantees a social position. Third, it is a huge obstacle to undertake going into various enterprises and fields because they don't have the right mind set and enough preparation for reemployment. Moreover, they would prefer to depend on organization employment support rather than getting a new job by themselves when they don't possess other careers' qualifications. Finally, they know that social networks and personal connections are extremely important in obtaining vocations, but actually have poor social networks and few personal connections. Accordingly, Their organization and related persons need to reflect on analysis results about impacting elements on reemployment for retired special security government officials.
In proportion to the increase of public security demand, the private companies advanced continuously every year. However the size of the industry expanded in its quantity, the quality remains the same as before. So it's important to training of the security officers. This study suggest the improvements of training system through the analysis and the review of problems of training and education security officers. To develop our private security industry, we suggest as follows. First, In spite of the training is important, the recognition against security officers training is low, so the improvement is demanded. Second, When selecting the educational institution, it does not reflect the demand and situation of education enough. So there is necessary that selecting the educational institution again, after finishing a demonstration duration. Third, The education contents is general, so there is a necessity of the education which is professionalized. Fourth, In order to improve the ability of the lecturer, we must strengthen the qualification of the lecturer. Fifth, For the development of securities industry, we must found the professional training institution.
There are various discussions about introducing private investigation in South Korea these days, and training private investigators is one of the main topics. Training private investigators, unlike other training, is required to instill expertise and ethical quality into the trainees since the major task of the investigators includes protecting the lives of the citizens as well as their properties. Therefore, many agree to the idea that systematic educational programs need to be organized to produce private investigators with expertness and morality. In this study, we explored the opinions of those who are concerned with this issue of establishing private investigation in the university education and analyzed the data by using the NVivo 2 program. The result revealed that the reasons that people supported the idea of launching private investigator services were as follows. First, there is lack of manpower to maintain peace and public order in the country. Second, the police does not intervene actively and help harmed victims unless it is a consequential incident. Third, in position to wield public power, police officers cannot get involved in civil affairs. Also, absence of an academic institution to educate private investigators and lack of the police and clients' trust in private investigation were the two biggest reasons that people approved the proposal to introduce department of private investigation in universities. The interviewees of the study believed the outlook and future direction for private investigation would change depending on the status of the licensed private investigation business bill. Before the bill passes, they thought that the work of private investigators will be performed by insurance companies, foreign private investigation businesses, domestic consulting firms, and security providers which supply similar services. On the other hand, after the bill passes, they believed that numerous private investigator corporations resembling existing security corporations will be founded in addition to the current market, and that private investigation in the academic field will also be vitalized.
With regard to problems related to qualification of Private Security, this study is qualitatively to develop education & training program from the viewpoint of education for the purpose of checking professionalism of Security guard. Offering the solutions for improvement by analyzing problems of articles related to training for Private Security guard prescribed in existing 'Law of Guarding', I made studies of development of practical affairs-centered education & training program for Private Security guard on the basis of Private Security guard' duties. Education & training program for Private Security guard must be made up of practical affairs-centered one related to concrete duties. Also because it needs to be made on the basis of a model planned for the program with combined method, this study gave example of model and contests of education & training program based on duties of Facilities Security. Main duties of cPrivate Security guard can be divided into four duties; duties on their own posts, patrolling, control of going in and out, dealing with accidents and so on. Private Security guard are given main duties by each post, and after adjusting conditions according to personnel organization, they perform their own duties. As education & training program based on Private Security guard' duties, common education & training program for the new-appointed, practical affairs-centered education & training program, education & training program for superintendents, service education & training program and so on are provided.
The free semester system, introduced on a trial basis in 2013, has been fully implemented in all middle schools since 2016. The free semester system for middle school students is divided into subject activities and free semester activities with the purpose of students' dream and career exploration. While the activities of various vocational groups linked to subjects during the free semester are discussed, studies on the industrial security career education in middle schools are hard to find. In addition, the career sites that provide diverse information on career path for teachers, students and parents with support from the Ministry of Education have not established any program regarding industrial security. This study aims to look at the status of career education by the analysis of keywords for industrial security in the career experience network currently operated by the Ministry of Education and in-depth interview with career education teachers, students and parents, and industrial security experts. Based on such analysis, this study attempts to figure out a comprehensive understanding of the free semester system and to explore strategies for promoting industrial security education. The results of this study found that the activation plan for industrial security education requires the industry security education through career network, development of industrial security education program, training and placement of professional industrial security lecturer, and establishment of support systems for experience in industrial security.
The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the organizational fairness of court security team on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediating effect of self-leadership. The data for this research were collected from court security officials located in six metropolitan cities including Seoul from April 1 to May 3, 2019. After discarding thirty-eight cases with missing values and outliers, a total of 402 cases were analyzed using SPSS 22 and AMOS 22. The results showed that organizational fairness did not have a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior. However, it was found that self-leadership affected organizational citizenship behavior positively, and organizational fairness had a positive impact on self-leadership. Therefore, organizational fairness had an indirect positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediating effect of self-leadership. The results of current research suggest that the supervisors of the court security teams should consider policy changes for improved treatment and working conditions of the security officials as well as educational programs aimed at promoting self-leadership which is shown to increase with organizational fairness and affect organizational citizenship behavior positively.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of screen baseball experience factor on pleasrue, experience value and quality of life based on experience economy theory. To achieve the purpose of the study, 366 questionnaires who had experience visiting screen baseball were surveyed. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, Multiple regression analysis using SPSS ver 21.0. Results of this study are as follows, First, Experience factors (entertainment experience, escapist experience) were found to have a significant effect on the pleasure. Second, Experience factors(entertainment experience, escapist experience and aesthetic experience) were found to have a significant effect on the experience value. Third, Experience factors(entertainment experience, educational experience and escapist experience) were found to have a significant effect on the quality of life. Through these study results, this suggests that the experience factors of screen baseball users positively influence the pleasure, experience value and quality of life. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an experience factor reinforcement program and expand facilities in order to increase the pleasure, experience value, and quality of life of screen baseball users in the future.
Currently, patrol officers dispatched are required to work in pairs, and are assigned individual duties. However, despite these rules, there are still inappropriate combat education centered around dangerous weapons and arresting technique training being taught in the police system. The human rights problems resulting from excessive responses, the damages done to the patrol officers due to insufficient responses, and the judicial issues that many officers who have justly arrested face, reveal the ultimate problem of the decrease in reliability of the police. Considering this problem, there is a need for change in the current training system. Specifically, in the current dispatch rule, assignment of individual duties, and training methods, realistic improvements must be made. Having understood the arrest technique training problem and reviewed case studies of the police training in South Korea and other countries, I plan to analyze the effects of implementing a realistic and professional training system, and propose a systemic solution according to the results. By effectively discussing the various issues of the proposed training and police education, I intend to propose a realistic teamwork training for paired patrol officers, enabling them to work well together in practice and theory, hence increasing the effectiveness in crime situation.
Domestic casino companies strongly demand their employees to provide high quality customer services for improving customer's satisfaction and to minimize customer's complain to achieve organizational objective. This seriously influences the job stress, job satisfaction and turnover of employees. However, ongoing management is necessary for job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees because which are related to organizational effectiveness and factors able to maximize the profit. In this study, we examined the influence and causal relationship of job stress from emotional labor of employees on job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees. As a result, job stress had a full mediating effect in the relationship between emotional labor, job satisfaction and turnover intention. It was confirmed that emotional labor of casino employees could cause job stress and further influence job satisfaction and turnover intention. In order to reduce job stress and improve job satisfaction, we propose the improvement of overall human management structure and company environment of casino companies. Emotional education such as emotional regulation ability, empathy, and interpersonal skills should be strengthened to reduce job stress from emotional labor, and the self-esteem program will be helpful to casino employees to maintain the emotional positiveness and maximize their working abilities.

The challenges of natural and technology in increasing the exposure of people and property to risk pose a dilemma for any government seeking the fullest protection for its people and their property. As society progresses and as technology improves and becomes ever more intricate and far reaching, the human species is confronted with increasingly diverse and numerous catastrophic events. Not so infrequently, unfortunately, the impact of either a man-made or natural disaster is compounded by the fact that policy makers have neither prepared themselves or the public to respond appropriately to a disaster once the tragedy has struck. Many concerns have been raised for importance of emergency management after 1990's numerous urban disasters in Korea. Emergency management is the discipline and profession of applying science, technology, planning, and management to deal with extreme events that can injure or kill large numbers of people, cause extensive damage to property, and disrupt community life. When the primary function of private security is to protect lives and property of clients, emergency management should be included in the security service and many countermeasures should be carried out for that purpose. The purpose of this study is to establish ways and means needed to improve the private security emergency management system in Korea. This study is spilt into four chapters. Chapter I is the introduction part. Chapter II introduces the reader to a private security and emergency management theory, and Chapter III deals with the establishment of an effective emergency management system in Korea private security, Chapter IV is a conclusion. Policy makers and private security industry employers in Korea has not concerned with the importance of training and education by lack of recognition and has been passive about qualified guards. And the authorities supervising and the administrating the guards has not recognized the importance of private security and has neglected the training of the guards. In theses contexts, private security should develop and maintain a educational program of emergency management to meet their responsibilities to provide the protection and safety of the clients. Today's modern corporate security director, is, first of all, a competent, well-rounded business executive and, second, a 'service expert'. And, emergency management personnel in private security industry need continuous training.
