The purpose of this study was to research the influence of experienced school violence as a victim on the coping behavior of adolescents and to investigate moderating effects of self regulatory ability which are the desirable coping behaviors as protection factor for adolescents who experienced as victim by school violence. The subjects of this study were 319 students from year 1 to year 3 of total 6 middle schools who experienced school violence as a victim in Daegu and the research tool is questionnaires which are consist of general characteristics of the subjects, experience of school violence scale, self regulatory ability scale, family healthy scale and coping behavior scale. In order to analyze the data of the study, factor analysis, relational regression, linear regression analysis and moderated multiple regressions were used. The main results of this study were as following. First, there was significant correlation between the adolescents who experienced school violence, self regulatory ability and the coping behaviors. Second, adolescents who experienced school violence as victim act more aggressive coping behavior than other coping behavior. Third, while experience of school violence as victim influence adolescents' coping behaviors, it was found that self regulatory ability affect role in the regulation. cognitive self regulatory ability are in charge of controlling the aggressive coping behaviors.

The proliferation of the Internet and the advent of e-commerce have amplified public concerns about privacy. Accordingly, much research effort has been made on the issue. While existing research on online information privacy has usually focused on the examination of antecedents of personal information disclosure, the literature has not paid attention to the potential changes of the antecedents' effects depending on the user's experience of the service. The current study aims to investigate the moderating role of site usage experience in Internet users' decision on personal information disclosure. Specifically, this study considers two types of antecedents of personal information disclosure on a site - the attributes of personal information requested (sensitivity and relevance of information) and the value of the service provided by the site; and examines how the effects of the antecedents on the disclosure intention are affected by the users'experience of the site. Our analysis of the data gathered through a web-based experiment reveals that site usage experience moderates the relationship between the attributes of personal information and disclosure intention. While usage experience attenuates the negative effect of information sensitivity on disclosure intention, it intensifies the positive impact that relevance of information has on disclosure intention. Based on the analysis results, we provide implications for the mitigation of the Internet users' privacy concerns as well as theoretical implications.

This study explores how to implement a learning experience-based professionalism program for a medical students and evaluates its program through effectiveness and usability test. This study aims to provide practical implications for experience-based learning in an undergraduate level. Seventy four first-year medical students enrolled in PDS1(Patient-Doctor-Society 1): professionalism, one-week block (30 hours), one-credit program based on a experience-based learning model. All of the students were given six learning themes and learning resources and supporting tools, and conducted stepwise learning activities; preparation, organization, sharing, reflection and evaluation of experiences. The effectiveness of learning was evaluated by comparing the pre and post results of student's self-assessment on 24 questionnaire items about professionalism. After the course, the students and instructors conducted a usability evaluation of the program through questionnaires or group interviews. Learners' self-assessment results of professionalism such as leadership, self-directed learning, professional attitude, and social accountability all showed significant differences between the pre- and post-test. Satisfaction of the program was distributed to 3.58~3.78 according to items. Instructors and learner interviews confirmed practical usability throughout the course design, implementation and students evaluation. The results of the study showed the feasibility of implementing learning experience-based professionalism program in medical school. This study provides practical implications to develope and evaluate the learning experience-based professionalism program in medical education.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how companion people who raise companion animals experience companion culture from this adoption throughout their lives. So far, studies have focused on viewing pets as pets or for their utility or looking at the positive emotions that companion animals provide to humans. Accordingly, this study attempted to investigate the overall culture that companion animals and their family consistently experience together throughout the animal's life. Using Giorgi's phenomenological research method, in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 people with experience of raising companion animals. Six categories and 23 subcategories were found. The results are as follows. First, companion people who adopted pets for various reasons tried to improve their pets' social skills, took an interest in their nutrition, and experienced visits to pet culture spaces. Second, at the same time, they had a communal experience of raising a pet by using the SNS function, and they were able to study in depth by sharing the pet's diet. Third, with attention to social phenomena, they carried out large-scale protest activities aimed at relevant organizations when animals were placed in poor environments, and when the animals were transferred to shelters, etc., they did not give up their attention and continued to provide help such as follow-up donations and showed a sense of responsibility. Through this study, we were able to understand structurally the experiences of companion people who experience companion culture throughout their pet's life. It was concluded that it is necessary to improve related systems and laws, cultivate personal order and consciousness, and increase elements of companion culture in life overall.

운영중인 철도패키지 관광상품중 관광동굴이 포함된 철도관광상품의 특성을 살펴보았다. 모든 상품이 당일 또는 1박정도의 철도노선 주변에 위치한 자연관광자원과 주로 연계된 상품 특성을 보였다. 철도관광상품의 이용활성화를 위한 방안으로 보다 다양한 시장세분화가 요구되며 적극적인 홍보전략이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며 패키지 상품의 차별화도 고려해야 할 것이다. 또한 철도관광상품에 포함된 지자체의 경우 수요관광객에 대한 질적인 서비스 향상과 지역간 관광협력 네트워크구축이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 철도관광상품을 이용한 경험이 있는 관광객에 대한 만족도와 경험하고자 하는 예비관광객에 대한 수요조사도 아울러 필요하다.

1973년 사우디 아라비아의 주베일(Jubail)산업항 건설프로젝트의 해상 철구조물을 제작하기 시 작한 이래, 당사는 30여개의 해양 구조물 공사를 수주, 이 분야에 있어 상당한 경험을 갖게 되 었다. 해양 구조물은 육상 구조물에 비하여 가혹한 환경중에 설치되는 관계로 설계난 제작에 있어 보수적인 경향이 강하다. 다시 말하면, 발주자의 시각에서 본 새로운 설계 개념이나 제작 공법등이 쉽사리 적용되지 않으며, 전통적으로 안전하다고 여겨지는 방법만을 고집하는 경우가 허다한 것이다. 이러한 와중에서도 엔지니어들은 자신들의 경험과 지식을 밑바탕으로 좀더 적 극적 방법을 모색하고자 하였으며 그러한 노력은 오늘날에도 계속되고 있다. 본 고는 해양 구 조물 용접의 일반적 현상에 대하여 기술하고 금후의 나아갈 바에 대하여 고찰코자 한다.

극지해역에서 선박의 통항에 대해서는 많은 경험과 Data가 축적되어 있으며, 상업성에 대해서도 충분히 검토가 되었다. 그러나 극지해역에서 Offshore 작업에 대해서는 아직 축적된 경험 및 Data가 많이 부족하며, 더욱 많은 위험 요소가 존재한다. 극지해역에서 안전한 DP 시스템 운용을 위하여 발생가능한 위험 요소를 식별하여 안전한 Offshore 작업 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

플라스틱 성형 분야는 최근 급속도로 성장한 첨단기술 분야이다. 플라스틱 성형 분야는 종래 전문가의 경험에 주로 의존해 왔으나 시장의 요구가 점점 고급화, 다양화되어감에 따라 경험적인 내용에만 의존해서는 요구를 충족시키기 어렵게 되었다. 이러한 배경에 의하여 플라스틱 성형 분야에 CAE 기법이 도입되었고 괄목할 만한 발전을 이루고 있다. 본 논문에서는 플라스틱분야에서 개발된 최첨단 상용 CAE 소프트웨어인 Planets을 사용하여 기존의 상용 소프트웨어로서는 충분한 정밀도를 얻기 어려웠던 플라스틱 Gear에 대한 사례연구를 수행하였다.

This paper aims to figure out the impact of employee's travel experience on their happiness and motivations to work. To this end, targeting 405 employees in Daegu, Gyeongsangnamdo, and Gyeongsangbukdo, SPSS Statistics 18.0 program was applied to analyze. Frist, in travel experience depending on general characteristics of the targets, there was significant difference in gender, educational background, and occupation but there was significant difference in age, marital status, and average income. Second, there was difference in travel experience depending on frequency of domestic travel but no difference in terms of the period of stay. On the other hands, travel experience depending on frequency of overseas travel showd significant difference in sub-factor, human network experience. There was significant difference in overseas travel depending on period of stay. Third, travel experience showed positive relation in employee's motivation to work and happiness. Fourth, as a result of reviewing impact of travel experience on employee's motivations to work and happiness, sub-factors like emotional, behavioral, relational experiences affected motivations to work significantly. Emotional experience and cognitive experience didn't affect significant impact. And sub-factors of travel experience like emotional, cognitive, and behavioral experiences affected happiness significantly. Emotional and relational experience were not significant. From the research above, it turned out that travel experience gives happiness to employees and provokes positive thinking and their motivations to work.
