병원감염에 의한 경제적 손실정도나 미국에서 보듯이 교통사고로 사망하는 사람보다 병원감염에 의한 폐혈증으로 사망하는 사람이 월등히 많은 점 등을 미루어 보아 병원감염이 공익적 성격을 다분히 갖고 있으며 꼭 필요한 기본 자료를 얻기 위해서도 국가적 차원에서 전국적인 대단위 조사를 실시하고 병원감염의 중요성을 인식시켜야 한다.

가금산업은 국민소득 증가와 식생활의 서구화로 생산액과 소비량이 증가하여 우리 농업에서 매우 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 그러나 세계 각지에서 나타난 고병원성 조류인플루엔자로 인하여 많은 경제적 피해가 발생하고 있으며, 질병의 인체감염으로 인간의 소중한 생명도 위협을 받고 있다. 우리나라의 경우도 예외가 아니어서 그동안 모두 3차례에 걸쳐 고병원성 조류인플루엔자가 발생하여 많은 피해를 입었다. 고병원성 조류인플루엔자의 발생으로 인한 경제적 피해는 가금생산농가에만 국한되는 것이 아니다. 질병 발생으로 인한 경제적 피해는 생산농가와 직간접적으로 연관된 사료업체, 부화업체, 가공업체, 유통업체, 외식업체, 및 기타 관련 산업에서 골고루 발생하며, 손실보전을 위한 정부의 재정지출 증가로도 이어진다. 이번 연구에서는 고병원성 조류인플루엔자(HPAI) 발생이 미치는 경제적 영향을 계측하고 이와 관련하여 현행 질병 방역체계의 개선 방향을 도출하였다. 근래 들어 고병원성 조류인플루엔자의 연중 발생 가능성이 우려되기 때문에 질병예방과 확산방지를 위한 방역체계의 검토에서 개선 방안에 이르기까지 포괄적으로 다루었다.

낙농진흥회는 법이 정하는 제반업무에 안정을 기하고 업무 하나하나를 면밀하게 과학적으로 분석하고 이를 시뮬레이션(가상모험실험)화하여 사전에 문제점을 파악하여 다시 계획을 수정하고 완벽한 사업을 구사하여야 한다. 한 번의 실수는 엄청난 경제적 손실 뿐만 아니라 낙농산업의 퇴보를 가져 올 것이다.

In previous Cost-of-Illness (COI) studies, the economic impact of lost leisure time of patients has been mostly underexplored. Furthermore, few studies have focused on chronic or severe diseases, thereby inadequately addressing the segment of self-care patients who do not fall into the categories of inpatients or outpatients. In the present study, we used a comprehensive approach to calculate the annual cost of leisure loss, incorporating factors such as employment status, self-care options, and total period of leisure activity disruption. This required analyzing data from various sources, including health and labor statistics, and applying methods to accurately assess the leisure time lost due to food poisoning. The findings showed that the annual cost of leisure loss for South Korean patients with food poisoning is significant, amounting to approximately 784.5 billion KRW (702.8 million USD, USD/KRW : 1128.34). This study revealed that overlooking self-care patients and not accounting for the affected time in addition to treatment time and employment status significantly underestimated these costs. This study highlights the importance of considering a wider range of factors, including self-care, employment status, as well as the entire affected period, in assessing the societal impact of diseases such as food poisoning. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers and healthcare professionals to understand the broader economic implications of illness and allocate healthcare resources more effectively.

Recently social commerce has become an issue in E-commerce. It was made in purpose to seek the satisfaction of consumers plan to shop attempts to boost use of social commerce. Social commerce motives and benefits and loss factors are examined the impact of purchase satisfaction. Statistical analysis was performed using the multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, economic incentives and hedonic motivations and opportunistic motivation factor had a significant effect on purchase satisfaction. Second, the benefits are psychological factors and price benefits had a significant effect on purchase satisfaction. Third, the more it feels less sense when using social commerce and economic losses, as used to feel less discomfort were higher purchase satisfaction. Finally, it was confirmed that the greater the relative benefit factors influence than the loss factor. This study is significant in that it provided meaningful data from the viewpoint of a consumer who uses social commerce sites.

최근 통신망 인프라 구축이 늘어나면서 이의 신뢰성(Reliability)과 가용성(Availability)이 경제 주체인조직 전반의 생산성에 미치는 영향이 그 만큼 커지고 있다. 정보 흐름의 파이프 역할을 담당하고 있는 통신망 시설(하드웨어 및 운용 프로토콜)에 일시적인 장애가 발생할 경우 이로 인해 조직은 엄청난 손실을 입을 수 있다. 따라서 통신망을 안정적으로 운용할 수 있는 보다 효과적인 수단이 요구되고 있다. 통신망에서의 장애를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해서는 장애를 추적하는 장애처리티켓시스템(Trouble Ticket System)이 필요하다. 장애처리티켓시스템은 궁극적으로 네트워크 운영 방식을 획기적으로 개선함으로써 통신망 장애로 인한 시간적, 경제적 손실을 최소화할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 장애추적해결시스템의 설계와 구현을 통해서 국내 실정에 맞는 장애처리티켓시스템 개발에 적극 활용할 수 있다.

A judgment on the redevelopment projects' predicted profitability is an essential decision-making element for the success of the redevelopment projects. It is necessary to review the literature on profitability of redevelopment project and draw risk factors that could affect profitability through the risk analysis based on surveys. It is also necessary to judge profitability prediction toward the business value of the redevelopment project in the planning phase according to the risk analysis results which can affect the profitability prediction. In order to prevent the growing difficulties in executing the projects, a profitability prediction model is proposed using the method of management and disposal based on a proportional calculation that can estimate the share of expenses in order to judge profitability in the planning phase. With the improvement of profitability prediction models, it is possible to appropriately judge profitability in the planning phase in order to allow the prevention of suspension, reduction of project term, reduction of cost, and making of rational decisions.

현재 흡연으로 인한 COPD(만성폐쇄성폐질환)의 국내 의료비 부담이 심각한 것으로 드러났다. COPD 의료비 증가로 인한 경제적 부담감도 심각하지만, 천식 등으로 오인되는 COPD 환자 등 잠재환자의 증가와 더불어 COPD로 인한 사회경제적 손실도 더욱 커질 전망이다.

A recently developed tunnel section enlargement method can maintain traffic flow during construction by using a protector. By keeping traffic flowing, it can minimize the lost time and costs associated with diversions and also the accompanying environmental pollution. On the other hand, installing the protector can lengthen the construction period and increase the direct cost. This paper presents a method for analyzing the economic feasibility of tunnel section enlargement methods considering the direct construction cost and the indirect social cost. The indirect costs are divided into categories of: vehicle driving cost, travel time delay cost, and environmental pollution cost. The economic efficiency of existing technology is compared with the new method in an case study of Namsan Tunnel 3.
