경찰관 퇴직이후 경제활동 지속의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

  • 100세 인생 시대의 도래는 사회적으로 많은 변화를 요구하고 있다. 기성세대들이 기존의 조직구조 속에서 일할 수 있는 최고 연령이 60대 초반인 것을 감안한다면 100세 인생 시대에는 퇴직한 후에 3~40년간 살아나갈 대안이 있어야 한다는 것이다. 이러한 환경 속에서 일반 직장인들에 비해 직장에서 많은 시간과 노력을 하고 있는 경찰관들이 퇴직 후에 경제활동을 지속하게 하는데 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구를 하는 것이 중요하다고 생각한다. 따라서 본 연구는 정년을 마친 후 연금을 받게 되는 경찰관들이 다른 직종의 직장인들과 비교하여 경제활동에 대한 필요성을 느낄 것인가? 그렇다면 그 이유는 무엇인가? 퇴직 후에도 경제활동을 하려는 경찰관들에게 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 주는 것일까? 등에 대한 것을 기존 연구와 문헌들을 통하여 연구 모형과 가설을 정하고 설문 조사를 통해 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 재직 경찰관들이 퇴직 후에 경제활동을 지속하기 위한 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구를 위해 개인역량, 경제활동 동기, 돈과 경제에 대한 인식, 경제적 만족도와 직장 안정성, 직장 공정성과 상하관계, 교육 및 교육 참여, 은퇴 준비, 직무만족과 직무의 미래비전을 독립 변수로 하고 경제활동 지속의도를 종속 변수로 설정하여 진행하였다.

A Study of Factors Influencing Reading the Online Papers (인터넷 신문 이용의 영향 요인 연구)

  • This study was designed to explore behaviors of readers of online papers. First, the factor analysis of the online paper motive statements yielded three interpretable factors : informativeness, convenience, economicalness. For online paper use habits, a similar factor analysis procedure resulted in three factors : active utilization, news seeking, information seeking. Informativeness motive and active utilization habit were strongly related, convenience motive and news seeking habit related. Online papers and newspapers were found to be in complementary relationship. Internet access and newspaper reading, active utilization and news seeking habits were significant predictors of online paper use. The result of this study showed online paper readers perceived interactive services online papers offered. and want to utilize those effectively. This study suggests that online papers need to develop various interactive services to attract readers.

The Effect of Gyeryongsan National Park Visitors' Tourism Motivation on Satisfaction and Behavior Intention: Moderation Effect of Tourism Purpose (계룡산 국립공원 방문객의 관광동기가 만족도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 관광 목적을 조절효과로 -)

  • This study aims at examining the effect of Gyeryongsan national park visitors' tourism motivation on satisfaction and behavior intention based on conducted questionnaires. According to the empirical analyses, two effects were drawn. The results are as follows: First, the effect of tourism motivation on satisfaction and behaviour intention: Second, the moderation effect of tourism purpose on tourism motivation, satisfaction, and behavior intention. According to hypothesis testing for this study, physical motivation and personal motivation influenced satisfaction in terms of tourism motivation and satisfaction for the national park destinations. In addition, physical motivation and personal motivation affected behaviour intention in terms of tourism motivation and behaviour intention for the tourism destinations. Tourist satisfaction, besides, had a significant effect on revisit and word-of-mouth intention. Finally, moderate variables of tourism purpose had a significant influence on tourism motivation, satisfaction, and behaviour intention.

Why to buy counterfeit luxury goods consumers have to spend? (소비자는 왜 위조명품을 구매하고 소비하는가?)

  • This study was to investigated why consumers buy counterfeit luxury goods, and to address questions about what was used. To this end, benefits consumers experience using counterfeit or what is profit? In addition, experience using counterfeit what is lost or dissatisfied? Based on the results of previous studies on the use counterfeit motivation, loss of use, benefits, and behavioral factors associated with motivation to learn using these counterfeit goods, benefits, and loss factor, each counterfeit product attitude and purchase intention was affects. First, the motivation for using counterfeit display, economics, satisfaction, usefulness, respectively. Counterfeiting in the attitude demonstrated motivation and quality had a significant impact. The economics of buying a counterfeit, satisfaction and quality significantly affected the motivation. Second, counterfeit benefits and economic benefits, personal benefits factor, respectively. Counterfeit goods on the attitude factor has significant effect personal benefit. Purchase of counterfeit goods, the economic and personal benefits also had a significant impact. Third, the loss factor counterfeit personal loss, quality loss, material loss, and social factors were lost. Attitude toward counterfeits were no significant factors that affect. The social cost of buying a factor had a significant impact. These findings on the behavior of consumers with counterfeit deep understanding helps. In addition, to reduce the future use of counterfeit campaign gives data that can be exploited.

Internet Shopping in Japan: Shopping motivation, Perceived Risks, and Innovativeness (일본의 인터넷 쇼핑 실태에 관한 연구: 쇼핑동기, 지각위험, 혁신성을 중심으로)

  • The market size of e-Commerce in Japan was 15 trillion Yen in 2006, and B2C Internet shopping sales were over 6.57 trillion in 2009. Lakuten is a representative Internet shopping company whose market share is 45%. Lakuten has over 70,000 online stores and Japanese shoppers trust them based on the fair competition rule and pre-control system on e-commerce. Japanese consumers accept new technology rapidly and highly use Internet and mobile channel. This research analyse online shopping behaviors of Japan, a big e-commerce market. Internet shopping intention, satisfaction, and recommendation by Internet shopping motivations, perceived risks, shopping innovativeness were analyzed. A questionnaire survey of 464 Japanese consumer was performed and ANOVA, factor analysis, reliability test have done by SPSS 12.0. As the results, Internet shopping intentions were higher in groups of olders, higher innovativeness. House wives' satisfaction of Internet shopping is highest. High innovativeness group showed higher internet shopping motivation of economics, connivence, hedonic, and social. Student, women, and low income group perceives high risks to Internet shopping. Implications and further researches were suggested based on the results.

  • 본고에서는 현대 디지틀 전송 분야에서 널리 이용되고 있는 여러가지 전송 방식별 원리 및 특징 등에 대해 고찰하였고, 이를 통해 최근 들어 대두된 동기식 전송기술이 차지하는 위치를 조명해 보았다. 또한 동기식 전송기술의 출현 배경, 망의 기능 및 특징 등의 분석과 함께 발전 전망등을 살펴봄으로써 동기식 다중 전송망과 관련된 전반적인 기술성, 경제성, 방식의 효율성을 제시하였다.

  • This study started why do consumers use the counterfeit goods. We executed the pretest through the depth interview, and made an purchase motivation scale, useful satisfaction and dissatisfaction factor scale of counterfeit goods. We found out having the recognition difference of China consumers about these. The results is as follows. First, Counterfeit use motivation ostentation, economic efficiency, satisfaction, and the practicality of four was All counterfeit motivation had a significant impact on attitudes. Second, the personal satisfaction and economic satisfaction as two counterfeit satisfaction factors were Counterfeit products personal satisfaction factors showed a significant influence on the attitude. Also the purchase of counterfeit economic satisfaction had a significant positive impact. Third, counterfeit dissatisfaction factors were personal, social and material factors of dissatisfaction into three Significant influence attitude toward counterfeit products is a factor. Purchase of personal dissatisfaction factors also had a significant impact. These findings made it possible for in-depth understanding of the behavior and culture in China of counterfeit consumer use. The results of this study has provided data that can be utilized in the future counterfeits reduce the use of public awareness campaigns.

The Cognition of Vietnamese Woman Marriage Migrants on the Economic Condition Change Before and After Marriage (베트남 여성 결혼이주자의 결혼 전.후 경제상황에 대한 인식)

  • International marriage migrants from developing to developed countries are to seek a better economic condition. There are only a few empirical research on comparing and analyzing economic condition of marriage migrants before and after marriage. This study attempted to analyze the relationship between the cognition on the change of economic condition before and after marriage and the socio-economic characteristics of Vietnamese international marriage female migrants. About 80% of interviewees of this study were motivated to marry Korean men for economic reasons; however, their household economic level was relatively low. Reflecting the household economic level, about half the Vietnamese women considered that there was very little difference in the economic condition before and after marriage; while, the percent of women considering the current economic condition as getting better were more than 4 times of that of women considering as becoming worse. The cognition on the economic condition change before and after marriage was positively correlated with the level of education attainment of husbands and themselves, the Korean language ability, state of occupation in Korea, the level of husband's income, involvement of management of living expenses and length of residence in Korea. The occupation in Vietnam and the state of remittance were not significantly related to the cognition on the economic condition change before and after marriage. Vietnamese marriage female migrants were highly motivated to have a job out of home to improve the economic condition of their own family and natal family. Concreted alternative programs should be made to help those women to work out of home.

The Effect of motives and benefits and loss factors of social commerce on the product purchase satisfaction (소셜커머스의 이용동기와 혜택 및 손실요인이 제품 구매만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • Recently social commerce has become an issue in E-commerce. It was made in purpose to seek the satisfaction of consumers plan to shop attempts to boost use of social commerce. Social commerce motives and benefits and loss factors are examined the impact of purchase satisfaction. Statistical analysis was performed using the multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, economic incentives and hedonic motivations and opportunistic motivation factor had a significant effect on purchase satisfaction. Second, the benefits are psychological factors and price benefits had a significant effect on purchase satisfaction. Third, the more it feels less sense when using social commerce and economic losses, as used to feel less discomfort were higher purchase satisfaction. Finally, it was confirmed that the greater the relative benefit factors influence than the loss factor. This study is significant in that it provided meaningful data from the viewpoint of a consumer who uses social commerce sites.

Effects of Shopping Motivation Factors on Customer Satisfaction: Focusing on the Companion Animal Online Shopping Mall (쇼핑동기요인이 고객만족에 미치는 영향: 반려동물 온라인 쇼핑몰을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is, for the first time in Korea, to examine the effects of companion animal online shopping motivation factors on customer satisfaction. In addition, we analyzed the moderating effect of the number of companion animals raised. The factor analysis of survey data yields the following five dimensions: convenience, economic, hedonistic, product characteristics, and information-knowledge shopping motivation. Multiple regression analysis shows that both convenience shopping motivation and information-knowledge shopping motivation have significant positive (+) effects on customer satisfaction. As a result of hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that there is a moderating effect of the number of companion animals raised on the relationship between information-knowledge and customer satisfaction.
