많은 미래예측서들 중에 동남아를 중심으로 한 태평양 연안의 발전을 낙관적으로 조망한 책들이 다수 끼어 있다. 미래의 바다로 예견되는 태평양권의 발전은 일본을 비롯한 '네 마리 용'의 역할에 따라 변화가 예상된다는 것이 필자들의 한결같은 주장이다. 한편 한반도의 통일이 국제정치와 경제에 많은 영향을 끼칠 것이라는 예견도 있어 관심을 끈다.

러시아는 사회주의체제 붕괴 후에 시장경제체제로의 전환을 위한 많은 노력과 각종 정책을 발전시키고 있다. 이중에서도 특히 시장경제 운영을 위해 그 기본적 규범인 경쟁법을 1991년부터 제정$\cdot$운영하여 왔다. 그러나 독점금지법인 동법은 전통적인 자본주의 국가의 경쟁법과는 다른 내용이 많이 포함되어 있는 것이 특징이라고 할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 동법의 운영 성과에 관해서도 많은 사람들의 관심대상이 되고 있다. 특히 흥미있는 것은 러시아의 독점금지위원회는 독금법에 의한 기능 수행 뿐만 아니라 국가경제구조 개혁을 위한 광범위한 권한을 보유하고 있다는 점이다. 본 고는 동법에 대한 주요내용과 동법 운영기구인 독점금지위원회의 조직과 기능에 대한 주요 내용을 게재한 것이다.

이 글은 2010년 이후 복지가 정치의 중요한 쟁점이 된 사회경제의 구조와 정치과정에 관한 연구이다. 2010년 이후 갑자기 활발해진 복지정치를 선거와 정당을 중심으로 살펴보고자 하며, 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 복지에 대한 국민의 관심이 다른 경제정책이나 안보문제를 능가할 정도로 커진 원인을 1998년 외환위기 이후 사회경제의 거시구조적 변화를 통해 살펴보았다. 둘째, 2010년 중반이후 정당들의 복지확대 경쟁을 선거승리를 위한 정치적 동학의 측면에서 정리하였다. 셋째, 만약 선거와 정당을 중심으로 하는 복지정치가 복지정책과 정당체계의 수렴을 수반한다면 한국의 복지모형에 어떤 변화가 있을 수 있는지를 짚어 보았다.

This study verified the effectiveness of various economic experience in adolescence on forming economic view. Survey was carried out for Asan-si residents and online homepage visitors in Sep. 2015, 116 cases were finally used for analysis. This study confirmed the moderating effect of interest in economy on the relationship between various economic experience in adolescence and formation of economic view, and analyzed differences depend on economic knowledge learning path. Various economic experience in adolescence positively affected economic comprehension, rational consumption attitude, start-up intention and the moderating effect of interest in the economy was verified. Demographic Characteristics and economic knowledge learning path also affected differences of economic view by the group. These study results suggest that experiential youth economic education program will be effective on forming economic view.

현재 인터넷 서비스는 이용자의 증가와 멀티미디어화의 추세에 따라 고속의 정보이동 및 접속속도가 요구됨으로써 인터넷 고속접속을 위한 해결방법에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 또한 많은 선진국들은 국가경쟁력 강화 차원에서 인터넷에 많은 관심과 노력을 기울이고 있으며 우리 나라도 1999년 3월 정보통신부에서 발표한 Cyber Korea 21에 따르면 2001년까지 인터넷인구를 1,000만 명으로 확대하며, 2002년까지 현재보다 100배 빠른 인터넷을 구현하는 것으로 목표설정을 하고 있다. 따라서 본 고는 국가경쟁력 확보 차원에서 초고속 인터넷 접속기술들과 서비스를 살펴보고, 2002년까지 전국 어디서나, 누구든지 쾌적하고 저렴한 요금으로 초고속 인터넷 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 효율적인 초고속 인터넷 대안을 분석하였다. 결론적으로 현재까지 모든 조건을 충족시키는 완벽한 초고속 인터넷 접속기술이 존재하지 않으나 경제적 효율성, 기술적 안정성, 향후 시장 전개 등을 고려할 때 2001년까지는 ISDN이 효율적인 대안으로 제시될 수 있을 것이다.

최근 들어 인터넷 보급이 폭발적인 증가를 보이면서 인터넷 비즈니스(Internet Business) 또는 전자 상거래(EC : Electronic Commerce)에 대한 관심이 급속도로 확산되고 있다. 외국은 물론 대부분의 국내 대기업과 중ㆍ소기업에서는 사운을 내걸고 인터넷 비즈니스 시스템(IBS : Internet Business System)에 대한 투자를 감행하고 있으며, 또한 수많은 개인 업자(SOHO)들도 인터넷 비즈니스(IB)를 통하여 창의적인 신규 사업에 뛰어들고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 인터넷 비즈니스(IB)는 고객에게 가치 있는 무엇인가를 제공해 줄 수 있어야하며, 그 대가를 인터넷을 통해 보상받을 수도 있어야 한다. 이러한 원리 속에서 인터넷은 경제적, 기술적인 도약을 통해 급속도로 확산되리라는 것이 전문가들의 공통적인 전망이다. 또한, web을 통한 자동차 정비업소 경영 정보관리 시스템과 같은 ASP(Application Service Provider)에 많은 관심이 쏠리고 있다 본 연구는 중소 업체를 향한 인터넷 이용 경영 정보관리 시스템이 현재는 미약한 실정임을 파악, 이런 시대적 요구사항과 필요성에 의해 Web을 이용한 자동차 정비업소 경영 정보 시스템을 개발한다.

This paper presents an alternative decomposition technique to identify the relative importance of factors associated with changes in $CO_2$ emissions by using directional distance function to model the joint production of desirable and undesirable outputs. The key feature of the proposed approach is the introduction of fossil and non-fossil fuel energy input efficiencies, productivity change and emission intensity change. For the 27 OECD countries as a whole, the empirical results indicate that economic growth is the most important contributor to $CO_2$ emissions increase, while efficiency change is the most important component to $CO_2$ emissions reduction between 1980 and 2007. For more extensive insights, this paper divided 3 groups according to the emission growth rate and find out that high emission countries show relatively low production efficiencies and technical changes contributing $CO_2$ emissions increase. The results also provide that more strict environmental regulations are needed to improve the pollution intensity in these countries.

Recent years have seen a rapid boom of the 4th industry and relevant policies in regions. However there are only a few studies about the impact of the 4th industry on the local economy. This study examines the agglomeration effects of the 4th industry on regional economy by using a spatial statistical models. As a result, it was found that the agglomeration of the 4th industry had a positive effect on the productivity of the local economy, while there is not good enough evidence to prove the relationship between the 4th industry and the income of the region. These findings indicate that the impact of the agglomeration of the fourth industry on the local economy is limited. In addition, the impact on the local economy was different by the type of the fourth industry, and the manufacturing industry and financial and insurance industries had a positive impact on the growth of the local economy.

우리나라는 그동안 급속한 경제성장의 결과 국민들의 경제사회 생활이 향상됨에 따라 건강에 대한 국민의 관심이 고조되었고, 보건의료를 비롯한 복지욕구도 해마다 증대되어 왔다. 이러한 국민적 욕구에 부응하여 정부는 2000연대를 향한 기초사업을 이미 제사차경제개발 5개년 계획시부터 사회개발정책의 일환으로 시작 하였으며 금년부터 시행하고 있는 제6차 계획 가운데 사회개발정책의 주요과제의 하나로서 국민보건의료의 확충사업을 채택하여 경제성장의 혜택을 모든 국민계층에 형평되게 배분함으로써 국민건강증진을 통한 복지사회 구현을 도모하도록 하고 있다.
