In Korea, Torreya nucifera (L.) Siebold & Zuccarini is widely distributed in the warm temperate zone of South coastal area and Jeju island, mainly as preserved forest in the vicinity of the Buddhist temple and Confucian temple. The objective of this study is in order to develop the conservation method and comprehension of vegetation community by current vegetation structure analysis of Torreya nucifera stand. As the results, the number of surveyed species in Torreya nucifera stand were total 148 species with 28 species of tree layer, 38 species of subtree layer, and 82 species of shrub layer. The appearance of the common species were Ligustrum obtusifolium Siebold & Zucc., Hedera rhombea Bean, and Trachelospermum asiaticum Nakai var. asiaticum. All the story of the surveyed region, Torreya nucifera maintained the current dominant species, but the subtree layer and shrub layer was decreased dominant rate because of the development of the crown of tree layer and biased growth of the subtree layer. Most of the tree layer and subtree layer in Torreya nucifera stands are composed of the sprout forest. Therefore, these results suggest that in order to maintain the healthy stand it is demanded for the application of selection thinning method for reducing crown competition in Torreya nucifera forests.

Globalization has brought about rapid economic, technological, and cultural changes. In order for countries around the world to communicate, recognize and understand globalization, creativity or planning ability can be used to code. In this paper, we would like to present and prove a data analysis that can solve world problems. In the global market, the value of goods or services increases with connectivity. This connection is becoming one of the factors that increase the value of culture. Changes taking this into account promoted cultural spread and innovative growth, and increased productivity and competitiveness in each region of the world. This paper compares the income of the middle class in the United States on the impact of globalization and anti-globalization on cultural spread and innovative growth. Globalization has created an environment in which various elements of K-culture can interact and spread. Through the Internet, social media, and international travel, globalization has had a positive impact on Korea's innovative growth. In areas such as economic activity, technological innovation, and creative industries, globalization has facilitated new tech and approaches, Through this, it changed the existing economic model and contributed to exports K-culture with a new middle class model. However, globalization in the cultural industry can result in the loss of regional characteristics & individuality, which can lead to the middle class cultural unification and alienation(chasm). As a result of the empirical analysis of K-exports for the middle income in the United States, cultural diffusion and innovation must be developed even in anti-globalization. With these industrial changes the soft power value of the Korean Wave proves that it can create value for use for the middle class of major exporting countries.

태양전지는 태양광에너지를 바로 전기에너지로 전환시키는 소자이다. 과거에 많이 연구되던 고품질의 단결정 소자는 높은 에너지 변환효율을 가지고 있으나 가격 경쟁력이 크게 뒤져 일반화되지 못하였다. 최근에는 다결정 태양전지의 응웅 가능성에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 오고 있다. 이중 $CuInSe_2$는 여러 가지 좋은 물성을 가지고 있어서, 저가의 고효율 태양전지를 위한 광흡수층 재료로 가장 주목받고 있다. $CuInSe_2$ 화합물 박막을 제조하기 위해 단위원소를 spttering법 과 Evaporeation법을 사용하여 증착하고 전기로에서 열처리 공정을 사용하여 single-phase 화합물 $CuInSe_2$ 박막을 얻고자 하였다.

서울인쇄정보조합(이사장 조정석)은 지난 6월 12일부터 이틀간 강원도 설악한화콘도에서 '2009 경영자 세미나'를 개최했다. 이날 세미나에는 홍우동 대한인쇄문화협회 회장, 이충원 대한인쇄정보산업협동조합연합회 회장, 김진배 대한인쇄정보기술협회 회장 등 내빈과 400여명의 조합원이 참석해 성황을 이루었다. 한화콘도 별관 5층 크리스탈볼룸에서 열린 이번 세미나는 엄길청 경기대학교 교수(경제애널리스트), 김한권 울산대학교 교수(강릉아산병원 기획관리실장)를 초청해 "경제위기진단과 인쇄산업의 환경전망"이라는 주제와 "중년의 건강관리"라는 주제로 강연이 진행되었다. 조정석 이사장은 인사말을 통해 "우리 인쇄업계는 인쇄문화산업과 이에 관련된 분야에 대한 보다 다양하고 정확한 정보를 신속하게 받아들여 세계무대에 당당히 나설 수 있는 특성화된 기업으로의 변화가 절실하다"면서 "이제 경쟁력 없이는 더 이상 생존할 수 없다는 냉혹한 현실을 직시하고, 위기를 도약의 기회로 삼는 지혜를 발휘하자'고 역설했다. 다음은 엄길청 교수와 칠한권 교수의 강연 내용이다.

실제로 저비용항공사의 경우 서비스 수준을 결정하는데 있어서 고려하여야 할 부분이 많다. 가장 중요한 부분이 고객이 가지고 있는 기대수준일 것이며 그 다음이 내부 고객인 종업원의 생각과 태도이다. 저비용항공사 직원들의 경우 같은 항공업계에 종사하면서 대형항공사에 비하여 상대적으로 낮은 보수와 부가적 혜택, 불리한 스케줄과 취항지 제한, 사회적 평가 등에서의 불리함을 안고 있으면서도 그 이상의 서비스를 제공하여야 하는 상황이어서 이들에 대한 배려가 중요하다고 하겠다. 그것은 서비스제공을 주요 업무로 삼고 있는 항공사에서 직원의 자발성과 사명감은 양질의 서비스에 결정적 역할을 할 것이기 때문이다. 또한 동종 경쟁업체의 움직임에 대하여 예의 주시하며 이에 대해 대처할 자세를 견지하여야 한다. 그것은 저비용항공사의 주요 고객인 젊은 층의 대부분은 정보에 빠르고 자신에게 유리한 점을 감안한 신속한 의사결정을 하는 경향이 크므로 개별항공사가 내세우는 영업전략이 빠른 성과로 이어질 수 있으며 이는 곧 다른 항공사들의 시장점유율 상실 등으로 이어질 것이기 때문이다.

In this paper, a new competitive learning algorithm called dynamic competitive learning (DCL) is presented. DCL is a supervised learning mehtod that dynamically generates output neuraons and nitializes weight vectors from training patterns. It introduces a new parameter called LOG (limit of garde) to decide whether or not an output neuron is created. In other words, if there exist some neurons in the province of LOG that classify the input vector correctly, then DCL adjusts the weight vector for the neuraon which has the minimum grade. Otherwise, it produces a new output neuron using the given input vector. It is largely learning is not limited only to the winner and the output neurons are dynamically generated int he trining process. In addition, the proposed algorithm has a small number of parameters. Which are easy to be determined and applied to the real problems. Experimental results for patterns recognition of remote sensing data and handwritten numeral data indicate the superiority of dCL in comparison to the conventional competitive learning methods.

초고속 정보 통신망의 구축, 각종 표준 제정 움직임, 그리고 이들을 배경으로 한 최근의 CALS 관련 활동들과 사내/외 정보 공유를 지원하는 PDM 및 ERP 시스템이 궁극적으로 지향하는 바는 "정보 공유"이다. 그러나 아직까지 CALS에서 채택한 표준을 이용하여 정보 공유를 지원하는 시스템에 대한 연구는 매우 제한적이다. 그리고 분산환경에서의 멀티미디어 정보 공유를 통한 실질적인 업무 추진을 지원하는 시스템의 구현에 관한 연구도 상대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 결국 실제로 이를 이용하는 것도 아직은 초보적인 단계에 있다. 그러나 최근의 글로벌화와 경영 환경의 변화는 정보 공유를 통한 조직 경쟁력 강화의 필요성을 한 층 더 부각시키고 있고, 이는 결국 필요한 정보기술 발전에 충분한 동기가 될 수 있으며, 그 발전의 속도를 가속시킬 것이 확실하다. 과거 개인 또는 부서 차원에서 생성되고 활용되던 자료, 정보, 지식들이 기업 전체의 차원에서 전자적으로 교환됨으로써 훨씬 효율적인 정보의 공유가 가능하게 되는 것이다. 결국 이는 제한된 자원을 효과적으로 활용하면서, 제품 개발 기간을 단축시키게 되므로, 과거에는 불가능했던 새로운 형태의 부가가치를 소비자에게 제공하게 될 것이다.

미니트램(Mini-Tram)의 에너지 공급시스템은 유도급전(IPT: Inductive Power Transfer) 기반의 무선급속충전(Wireless High Speed Charging) 및 슈퍼커패시터(Supercapacitor) 기술을 융합하여 구성되었다. 기존의 전기이중층 커패시터(EDLC) 및 하이브리드 커패시터(LIC)는 급속충전을 위한 출력성능은 충족하지만, 낮은 에너지밀도 때문에 미니트램의 활용성을 제한하고 있다. 이에 수송시스템 분야에서의 커패시터의 경쟁력을 향상하기 위해서는 최소한의 공간 및 무게 조건을 충족함과 동시에 에너지 밀도를 극대화할 수 있는 하이브리드 커패시터의 개발이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 개발 중인 미니트램의 에너지 요구량을 산정하여 매체의 개발목표 사양을 도출하고 이를 실현하기 위한 방안에 대해서 논하고자 한다.

스마트워크란 시간과 장소에 얽매이지 않고 언제 어디서나 편리하고 똑똑하게 근무하는 미래지향적인 업무환경을 의미한다. 스마트워크의 성공적인 도입은 업무효율성 향상을 통해 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하고 창의성과 생산성을 제고할 수 있는 혁신의 틀을 제공한다. 특히, 업무에 대한 시간 공간 신체적 조건을 완화시킴으로써 육아여성, 고령층, 장애인 등 근로소외계층의 경제활동 참여를 제고시켜 저출산 고령화 등의 사회문제를 해소하는 등 국가 사회적 측면에서도 스마트워크의 도입은 그 중요성이 날로 증대되고 있다. 향후, 스마트워크 서비스의 조기 활성화를 위해서는 정부 민간 공동의 선도 시범사업 추진, 제도적 기반 마련, 스마트워크 문화 확산 및 여건 조성 등의 정책과제를 발굴하여 추진하여야 한다.
