서울인쇄정보조합(이사장 조정석)은 지난 6월 12일부터 이틀간 강원도 설악한화콘도에서 '2009 경영자 세미나'를 개최했다. 이날 세미나에는 홍우동 대한인쇄문화협회 회장, 이충원 대한인쇄정보산업협동조합연합회 회장, 김진배 대한인쇄정보기술협회 회장 등 내빈과 400여명의 조합원이 참석해 성황을 이루었다. 한화콘도 별관 5층 크리스탈볼룸에서 열린 이번 세미나는 엄길청 경기대학교 교수(경제애널리스트), 김한권 울산대학교 교수(강릉아산병원 기획관리실장)를 초청해 "경제위기진단과 인쇄산업의 환경전망"이라는 주제와 "중년의 건강관리"라는 주제로 강연이 진행되었다. 조정석 이사장은 인사말을 통해 "우리 인쇄업계는 인쇄문화산업과 이에 관련된 분야에 대한 보다 다양하고 정확한 정보를 신속하게 받아들여 세계무대에 당당히 나설 수 있는 특성화된 기업으로의 변화가 절실하다"면서 "이제 경쟁력 없이는 더 이상 생존할 수 없다는 냉혹한 현실을 직시하고, 위기를 도약의 기회로 삼는 지혜를 발휘하자'고 역설했다. 다음은 엄길청 교수와 칠한권 교수의 강연 내용이다.

본 연구에서는 국내 선행연구와 외식사업 창업 성공사례 들을 통해 외식업 창업성공 요인들을 도출하고, 각 요인들이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 원주지역의 일반음식점(한식업)을 중심으로 소상공인시장진흥공단의 상권정보시스템에서 분류한 주요상권중 4곳을 선정하여 실증적 연구를 수행할 계획이다. 외식업창업 성공요인은 창업자의 특성요인과 점포의 입지 및 특성이 경영성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 지 확인하고, 상권정보시스템의 입지정보가 통계적으로 유의한 지 확인한다. 또한, 세부 성공요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향은 고객특성 등 상황에 따라 차이가 있는 지도 확인해 본다. 본 연구는 외식업 창업을 준비하는 예비창업자들에게 성공을 위한 지침을 제공하고 창업 전에 반드시 준비해야할 요소를 점검하여 실패를 줄이는데 기여하고, 소상공인시장진흥공단이 제공하는 상권정보시스템을 적극 활용하기를 기대한다.

Both universities and professors are eagerly seeking effective communication method for e-learning under the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to understand the differences in requirements according to the characteristics of students. In this study, the relationship between the demographic characteristics of learners and important/preferred types and methods of communication in terms of learning or expression of opinion was analyzed through chi-square tests. The results showed that communication importances/preferences vary significantly based on learner's characteristics.

본 연구는 청년창업자를 대상으로 청년창업자의 역량과 경영성과 사이에는 어떠한 관계가 있는지에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구의 자료는 한국노동연구원의 '청년패널조사(2015)' 9차년도 자료를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 표본은 비임금 근로자 중 학력은 전문대졸이상 이며, 가업을 물려받은 경우를 제외한 창업을 한 청년 182명을 최종 분석대상자로 선정하였다. 조사대상자의 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위해 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차를 산출하였고, 변인들 간의 다중공선성을 살펴보기 위해 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 또 청년창업자의 경영성과에 미치는 영향요인을 살펴보기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistic 22.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 청년창업자의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 청년창업가의 역량으로 창업준비역량, 기업가역량, 관리역량 등 결정요인을 도출하고, 이들 요인과 경영성과 간의 가설을 설정하고, 이를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 청년창업자의 경영성과에 영향을 미친 요인은 교육수준 대비 일수준이 낮을수록, 전공이 일치하지 않을수록, 직무만족이 높을수록, 창업총자본금이 많을수록 경영성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The world has become the most globalize in the new millenium since the beginning of the human being history. In proportion to female economic activity has increased, we have seen many women CEO. Top class sociologists have already started to study female Cooperation. Gradually, they are using highly advanced statistical methods and scientific tools to demonstrate their theory. As survey, this study of relations between CEO characteristics and performance of Woman's Enterprise, we are looking forward to provide a implication about between strengthen the competitiveness and improvement in outcome theoretically and practically. This study executed to woman establishment enterprise among national woman enterprise and to collect achieved data. Analysis result, Woman founder's characteristic and enterprise have been shown to influence school ability among demographic characteristic. Also, management ability, entrepreneurship, technological ability have been shown to influence sales, market share, profitability. According to research, it IS important for business women to know management, improving of technology ability and entrepreneurship.

본 논문의 목적은 안전성과와 경영성과의 영향관계를 체계적으로 설명할 수 있는 모형을 개발하고, 근로자수 300인 이상인 기업 43개와 300인 미만인 30개 기업을 구분해서 개발한 모형을 실증적으로 분석함으로써 모델의 타당성을 분석하는데 있다. 안전성과에 대한 변수는 노동부산하의 한국산업안전공단에서 집계한 재해자 수와 근로손실일 수를 선정하였으며, 경영성과에 대한 자료는 (주)한국신용정보와 (주)매일경제에서 출간하는 상장기업분석자료를 근거로 하여 1인당매출액을 선정하고 조절변수로 사용된 노무비, 경비, 부채비율, 수출비중을 업계평균에 비해 상대적으로 높고 낮은 정도를 높은 기업은 1, 낮은 기업은 0의 값을 지정하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 기업의 특성요인들에 따라 안전성과가 경영성과에 미치는 영향이 다르다는 본 연구의 이론적 모델은 근로자 수가 300인 이상인 국내 대기업의 경우에는 그 타당성을 지닌다고 볼 수 있었다.

2000년 말 현재 이동전화기가입자 중 약 $91\%$가 무선 인터넷 가능 단말기를 보유하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 단말기의 보급에도 불구하고 무선인터넷 서비스 이용률은 매우 저조란 실적이다. 여러 가지 이유가 있겠지만 그 중의 하나로서 본 연구는 소비자 특성인 무선인터넷 이용에 미치는 영향에 초점을 맞추었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 1)무선인터넷 이용에 영향을 미치는 소비자의 인구통계학적 특설변수는 무엇인가? 2) 무선인터넷 단말보유자는 라이프스타일에 따라 어떻게 유형화되는가? 3) 무선인터넷 단말 보유자의 유형별 특성은 무엇이며 무선인터넷 인용에 있어서 어떠한 차이가 존재하는가? 이 문제에 대한 답을 구하기 위해 본 연구에서는 전국의 무선인터넷 단말기 보유자 1500면을 대상으로 일대일 면접방식으로 설문을 실시하였다. 분석결과 인구통계학적인 변수 중에서는 연령과 직업, 결혼여부, 학생, 개인용돈 등인 무선인터넷 이용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 종합적으로 요약해 볼 때 무선인터넷 서비스를 이용하고 있는 소비자들의 인구통계학적인 특징은 학생 중심의 젊은층이었다. 한편 성별이나 가족의 월수입은 무선인터넷 이용여부에 통계적으로 유의란 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 라이프스타일에 따라 무선인터넷 가능 단말 보유자 집단을 세분화해 본 결과 선구자형, 실용성추구형, 보수추구형, 자기과시형 둥 네 유형으로 분류할 수 있었으며, 집단 간에 무선인터넷 이용에 있어서 유의한 차이가 있음이 나타났다.

고용노동부 산업재해분석 자료에 의하면 최근 5년간 (2006년~2010년)의 총 재해자수(사망자수) 472,329명(11,662명), 경제적 직접손실액 16,814,806백만원, 경제적 손실 추정액(직 간접) 84,074, 030백만원으로 인적 물적 손실이 크다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에는 산업안전보건법상의 안전관리자 선임된 사업장 211개소 대상으로 안전관리자의 직무특성에 따른 산업안전정책방향 이해도에 관한 조사를 하였다. 연구대상자의 기업체의 특성을 보면 지역별, 업종별, 규모별, 노조설립 여부에 따라 산업안전정책방향에 대한 인식도 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 연구대상자의 직무특성을 보면 연령, 경력, 근무부서에 따라서도 산업안전정책방향에 대한 이해도 차이가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 기업체 산업안전관라자 직무특성에 따른 산업안전정책방향 이해도 분석을 통해 정부의 정책변화, 경영자 안전관리자의 안전의식 변화가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

The domestic unemployment rate is now seriously increasing due to the impact of the international trend of incurring high costs using only a small number of manpower in a situation where the business has been being reduced in size. The nation is taking start-up promotion policies as a way to overcome the problem, but with the advent of excessive entrepreneurs and their concentration on specific areas, their survival is in an unclear situation. Thus, this study was intended to provide a useful direction for successful start-ups by identifying the impact of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurship, internal characteristics of entrepreneurs, and of competency characteristics, external characteristics of them, on sustainability through business performance. Thus, the purpose of this study was to provide a useful direction for successful start-ups by identifying the impact of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurship, internal characteristics of entrepreneurs, competency, and external characteristics, on sustainability through business performance. The result of verifying the hypothesis has showed that entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurship, and competency characteristics had a positive effect on business performance, and on the other hand, the business performance had a positive effect on sustainability. In addition, in terms of the impact of entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurship, and competency characteristics on sustainability, all of them had mediating effects on business performance. It is obvious that studies on the factors affecting business performance and corporate sustainability up to now have been carried out by only collecting the independent variables of this study individually or two of them. so it is judged that if the study, which has verified the practical direction in general through the verification of entrepreneurs's internal and external characteristics from various angles, is performed more comprehensively along with the addition of background characteristics of entrepreneurs, such as characteristics of start-up preparation, etc., in the future, more in-depth results will be able to be obtained.
