The library manager's communication ability can influence organizational management because the types and ways of organizational management is carried out can be determined by the manager's communication ability. In that, this study intends to examine the influence of the library manager's communication ability on job performance and role-conflict of the library staff. To do so, on top of the conceptual framework of communication and the library as an organization, this study builds theoretical underpinnings on the library manager's communication ability, job performance and role-conflict of the library staff. Using a questionnaire survey method, this study surveys 127 library staff from 8 public libraries in Seoul, statistically analyzes the response through the SPSS20 statistical package, and examines the relationship between and among the variables. Based on the analysis, a discussion on the influence of the library manager's communication ability on job performance and role-conflict of the library staff follows.

This study provided implications for applying learner-centered teaching methods in the field of management education by adopting flipped learning and team-based learning to Business Communication classes and operating the classes according to its characteristics. Business communication capability, especially related to drawing up a document or a written report, is considered one of the crucial factors for making individuals valuable in an organization. For the identification of the subject outputs, a total of 64 students from the first and second semesters in 2018 were sampled, and the Wilcoxon signed rank test and paired t-tests were carried out. The results show that all types of communication capabilities have significantly increased at the end of each of the semesters. Also, the overall satisfaction level proved to be higher at the end rather than at the beginning of each semester. This study is especially meaningful because the results suggest concrete ways to apply learner-centered teaching methods for business education.

This study is a comparative study before and after a single group to identify the effect of convergence class operation on the self-directed learning ability, problem-solving ability and major satisfaction of nursing students in the social-tailored curriculum. The survey was conducted on 79 nursing students from C University. Self-directed learning ability, problem-solving ability and major satisfaction level have been improved since application before applying convergence class. Through this study, we hope to open and operate various curricula in nursing colleges that meet the needs of the community, provide students with various opportunities, cultivate self-directed learning skills, problem-solving skills, and major satisfaction so that learners can solve problems themselves in order to maximize their effects, and develop various contents in the university.

Since the mid-1990s, small and medium distribution and retail businesses have been experiencing difficulties due to the active entry of domestic and foreign distribution companies into the distribution industry. Accordingly, in 2003, the government established a small and medium distribution logistics center to secure self-sustainability and strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium distribution and retail businesses. However, in the rapidly changing distribution environment, small and medium distribution logistics centers were becoming increasingly difficult. To strengthen the management capabilities of small and medium distribution logistics centers, 4 primary factors (management operational ability, employee professional competency enhancement, product delivery, customer CS management) and 16 secondary factors were established based on literature research and FGI. We intend to derive the final weight and priority of these factors using AHP, and establish strategies to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium distribution logistics centers.

The suggestions that follow are about the effectual operating device for private security service. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develop the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.

고객이 서비스상의 실패에 대해 때로는 강한 부정적 반응을 보이기에 서비스를 제공하는 조직의 서비스회복능력은 고객만족을 달성하기 위해 강력하고 효율적으로 운영되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 온라인상의 서비스인 ISP업체(10개의 회사)를 대상으로 온라인 서비스 상에서 고객이 서비스상의 불만을 경험할 때 기업이 고객의 불만을 회복시켜 만족으로 전환시키려는 회복속성들이 실제로 고객이 가지는 분배상의 공정성, 절차상의 공정성 및 상호작용 공정성에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 실증적으로 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 10개의 ISP업체를 선정하고 해당 업체에 대해 불만을 가진 고객들이 기업의 불만제거 노력에 대해 평가하도록 하였다. 가설 검증을 위해 LISREL을 이용하여 서비스의 회복속성인 보상, 신속한 반응, 무반응, 사과, 사전보상제공 등이 분배상공정성, 절차상 공정성, 상호작용 공정성에 직접적으로 미치는 효과를 파악하고 이 공정성의 요인들이 만족에 미치는 영향도 실증적으로 검증하였다. 온라인 상이라는 새로운 환경을 고려하여 기존의 모델에서 간과된 부분을 확인하기 위해 확장 모델을 제시하여 새로운 의미를 가진 경로가 존재하는지 확인하고 이 부분에서 유의적인지 않은 경로를 배제한 수정모델을 제시하였다. 기존의 연구를 바탕으로 제시된 가설은 연구모델에서 경로 계수를 추정하고 이에 대한 t값을 통해 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 시사점으로는 고객의 서비스 실패 및 회복상황에 대한 평가의 이론적 원칙을 설명하고 관리자에게 각각의 서비스 실패와 일치하는 서비스 회복전략을 제시하여 운영상의 가이드 라인을 제시한다고 할 수 있다

1970년대 이후 도시 중심의 급속한 공업화 정책을 추진한 결과, 농촌의 저발전 문제에 직면하고 있다. 1980년대 중반부터 이에 대한 대응전략으로서 농공단지 개발을 통한 산업유치, 농산물 가공산업 개발 및 유통체계 개선, 관광농업 개발 등이 논의되어 왔다. 오늘날에 와서는 WTO 체제 하에서 농산물 무역자유화가 보편적인 규범으로 자리잡아 가면서 이러한 변화를 더욱 재촉하고 있다. 이 글의 목적은 농공단지와 관광농원을 중심으로 우리 나라 농산업 발전과정을 고찰하고, 향후 발전 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 농공단지와 관광농원 육성사업의 특성과 성패요인을 분석하는 데 있어서 이용된 자료는 주로 2차자료이다. 농공단지조성사업의 성과에 대한 많은 논란에도 불구하고, 개량적인 지표는 그것이 농촌지역경제 활성화에 직간접적으로 공헌하였음을 보여준다. 농촌노동력의 66.1%를 고용하고, 이들에게 1인당 월 평균 70만원 이상의 소득을 제공해 주었으며, 서비스업 등 관련산업의 성장에도 영향을 미쳤기 때문이다. 그러나 농공단지조성사업은 많은 문제점도 안고 있다. 농촌지역에 숙련 노동자가 부족하며 직업훈련 기회 및 창업지원 프로그램이 도시지역에 집중되어 있다. 또한 입주 기업이 농산물이나 골재 등 현지 자원을 활용하는 경우가 매우 적은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이에 대한 대응책으로서 농촌 주민들이 손쉽게 참여할 수 있는 직업훈련 프로그램을 개발하여 제공해야 하며, 경영과 시장정보 분석 등을 기술적으로 지원할 수 있는 효과적인 지도체계를 구축해야 한다. 관광농업은 새롭게 떠오르는 산업이다. 아직 기반이 취약하지만 국가 경제성장과 도시화 진행 추이에 비추어 볼 때 관광농원은 점차 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 하지만 이 산업의 지속적인 발전을 위해서는 정책의 유연성을 확보해야 하고, 농원운영자의 경영능력이 향상되어야 하며, 수요의 계절성을 극복해야 하는 등의 과제를 안고 있다. 또한 공동운영 형태의 농원에 있어서는 참여자들을 효과적으로 조직하고, 토지소유권 분쟁을 해소해야 하는 문제가 있다. 무엇보다도 아직 이 산업의 기반이 취약하다는 전제 위에 점진적이고 지속적인 재정과 기술지원이 요청되고 있다. 다양한 운영 프로그램의 개발과 지역내 네트웍 형태의 연계개발 방식의 채택이 필요하며, 관광농원이나 농어촌휴양지 개발지역에서는 산업개발 및 주거지 개발계획이 관광여건 조성과 총체적으로 연계되어야 할 것이다.

최근 B2B 전자상거래 확산에 따른 물류문제를 해결하고 오프라인 물류와의 차별화롤 시도하기 위한 목적으로 다양한 물류측면의 대안이 제시되고 있다. 먼저 물류산업 자체의 e-business화를 추진함으로 기존 물류체계에서의 고비용 문제, 책임 소재가 불분명한 서비스 문제를 해결하고 운송정보의 실시간 제공을 통한 발주자, 화주자 간의 긴밀한 커뮤니케이션 형성과 해외시장을 겨냥한 글로벌 물류체계를 구축해야 한다. 다음으로 물류업종의 지나친 세분화, 기존 물류업체의 영세성과 혁신마인드의 부족, 그에 따른 제조 유통업체의 경쟁적 자가물류 확충의 악순환으로 제3자 물류시장 성장기반이 제한되어 오는 등 구조적인 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 주요 운송업체가 영세한 화주나 창고관리 위탁업무까지 대행하여 주는 지금까지의 제3자 물류 체제에서 대기업이 물류시장에 새롭게 진출하면서 사이버 물류시스템을 기반으로 기존 주요 운송업계와 VAN 사업자가 장악하고 있는 물류정보 서비스를 주도하는 제4자 물류체제로의 전환이 요구된다. 왜냐하면, SCM과 전자상거래 환경 하에서는 공급 망 내의 물류를 최적화하여 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서 기능적 아웃소싱의 단계를 거쳐 물류기능의 통합과 운영의 자율권이 증대, 전체적인 공급연쇄 솔루션을 제공하는 서비스 제공자와 함께 기업의 경영자원, 능력, 기술을 관리하고 결합하는 공급연쇄 통합자로서 제4자 물류가 필요하기 때문이다. 이와 같은 제4자 물류체제가 본격 형성될 경우 물류정보와 인프라가 복잡하게 업혀있는 기존 물류산업이 재편되고, 특화된 물류솔루션을 바탕으로 한 산업별 물류체제 구축이 가속화될 것으로 예견되며, 일반기업 입장에서 물류부문의 아웃소싱이 촉진되어 물류산업기반이 확충될 수 있을 것이다.

컴퓨터와 통신의 급속한 성장은 방대한 양의 정보를 서로 공유하는 정보화 시대를 출현 시켰고 이러한 다양하고 많은 정보들로부터 유용한 정보를 얻어 내는 필요성이 대두되었다. 그리고 기업들은 효율적인 경영을 위해 전통적인 자원들을 효과적으로 운영하고 관리해야할 뿐만 아니라 고객만족을 위해 제품, 서비스의 질을 향상시켜야 하는 문제에 봉착했다. 효과적인 고객관리 전략을 수행하는 능력이 중요한 시점에서 데이터베이스 마케팅의 진보된 형태로서 데이터 마이닝 기술의 활용이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 마케팅에 이용되는 구매정보를 효율적으로 조회하는데 적용할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법을 통해서 판매자는 마케팅에 적용하여 서비스 향상을 꾀할 수 있을 것이다.

Although poultry industry in Japan has been much developed in recent years, it still needs to be developed , compared with developed countries. Since the poultry market in Korea is expected to be opened in the near future it is necessary to maximize the Productivity to reduce the production costs and to develop the scientific, technologies and management organization systems for the improvement of the quality in poultry production. Followings ale the summary of poultry industry in Japan. 1. Poultry industry in Japan is almost specized and commercialized and its management system is ： integrated, cooperative and developed to industrialized intensive style. Therefore, they have competitive power in the international poultry markets. 2. Average egg weight is 48-50g per day (Max. 54g) and feed requirement is 2. 1-2. 3. 3. The management organization system is specialized and farmers in small scale form complex and farmers in large scale are integrated.
