국가의 미래지향적 정책을 위해서는 무엇보다도 이를 선도해나아갈 핵심인재의 확보가 매우 중요하다. 이러한 핵심인재 확보를 위해 각 부처에서는 지역 R&D 인력양성과 관련된 사업이 진행 중에 있다. 지역 R&D 인력양성사업의 전담기관은 시기와 목적에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경될 때마다 사업목적과 수단이 부합하는지를 점검하기 위하여 사업성과를 객관적으로 분석 및 평가하고 그 결과를 새로운 사업계획 설계에 반영할 필요성이 제기되어 왔다. 그러나, 지역 R&D 인력양성사업은 전담기관 및 사업의 성격에 따라 성과분석 모형을 다르게 적용해 왔으며, 객관적 성과 분석 프레임워크가 부재하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 인력양성사업의 특성을 파악하여 객관적으로 분석 및 평가에 활용할 수 있는 성과 분석 모형을 설계하고자 한다.

This study started to identify the "Forward-looking" of the technology appraisal model introduced to diversify financing methods of SMEs and improve financial accessibility. The multivariate regression analysis was performed by setting the business performance(growth, profitability, and stability) of technology financing companies as dependent variables, technology appraisal items as independent variables, number of employees, age of the company, asset and the Korea Standard of Industry Classification related to firm size and industry characteristics as control variables. As a result of the analysis, the technology appraisal items did not explain the profitability of the company significantly and had a limited explanatory power on growth potential. However, in terms of stability, we confirmed that R&D capacity is a significant variable explaining the debt ratio of technology financing companies. Therefore, it is concluded that the 'Forward-looking' reflection on the growth and profitability of the company should be strengthened in the future adjustment of the technology appraisal model and the development of the technology appraisal model for investment.

체계적인 정보화 투자 및 관리를 위한 전사적 아키텍처(EA)를 도입한 기관과 기업이 늘어남에 따라, EA 도입의 성과를 명확하게 평가해야 할 필요성도 높아지고 있다. EA를 도입한 나라의 약 36%에서 EA의 도입 현황과 성과를 측정하고 있으며, 국내에서도 범정부 정보기술아키텍처 성숙도 평가모형을 개발하는 등, 다양한 접근 방법으로 EA 평가를 위한 방안을 연구하고 있다. 그러나 EA를 통해 추구하는 목적이 매우 다양하고, EA의 활용과 관리에 대한 표준체계가 없어 EA 평가모형의 적용 범위와 효용성은 매우 제한적이다. 본 연구는 조직의 EA 평가목적에 적합한 평가 대상 및 척도를 체계적으로 도출하기 위한 EA 평가모형 개발 프레임워크를 제안한다. 프레임워크는 IEEE Std 1471의 아키텍처 표현 개념 프레임워크를 EA에 적용하여 EA 평가모형 체계를 구성하고, EA 내부와 외부 이해당사자의 관심사항을 토대로 GQM 기법을 적용하여 EA 평가의 대상인 관점(viewpoint)과 평가 척도(metric)를 도출한다. 제안된 프레임워크를 적용하면 기업 및 조직의 EA 이해당사자가 의도하는 목적이 반영된 EA 평가모형을 개발할 수 있다. 모형의 상세화와 더불어 프레임워크를 실무에 적용하기 위해서 필요한 객관적인 평가기준과 모형 개발과 적용을 지원하는 도구에 대한 연구가 향후 과제이다.

Recently, many korean construction companies have faced many environmental changes and demands for external changes. This demand for external changes is necessary for all companies that is under the survival of fittest. The internal/external of environmental changes affect the organizations of company largely, and these management organizations have relation with the corporate of management performance closely. In response to that, to be adapted to the environmental change and to raise the corporate of management performance, the construction companies have tried to change the organizations such as organization re-design, organization re-build, organization innovation. Because the organizational structure that is preventive in the growth of companies bring a negative effect, the companies need to have the effective organizations to raise the corporate value. The effective organizations could be used the important indicator that builds the corporate goals and manages the organizations. Also, the organization development and organization management can prepare for environmental changes can be the important base to increase the management performance. Therefore, After surveying and analyzing the character of organization structure in respect to the OLC, this study present the Organization Structure Model that can design the appropriate organization by the growth of companies.

본 연구는 최근 공공부문에 급속히 확산되고 성과 관리시스템을 수용하는데 있어 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증분석으로 검증하기 위한 연구 이다. 정보시스템 형태로 구현된 BSC(Balanced Scorecard)기반의 성과관리시스템을 수용대상으로 하고 있어 Davis(1986)의 TAM (Technology Acceptance Model)을 기본 틀로 Venkatech et al.(2003)의 UTAUT(the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology)를 접목하여 연구모형으로 활용하였다. 설문조사는 BSC시스템을 도입하여 사용 중인 공공부문 기관(회사)을 대상으로 251부의 유효표본을 확보하였다. 구조방정식 모형의 경로분석을 통한 가설검정 결과 13개의 가설 중 9개의 가설이 채택되었다. 교육훈련, 정보시스템 지원, 최고경영자지원, 개인의 혁신성은 노력에 대한 기대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사용 자들이 새로운 기술 수용에 있어서 보다 쉽게 사용 할 것으로 기대하는데 교육훈련, 정보시스템 지원, 최고경영자지원 등 조직차원의 다양한 지원과 사용자 개인의 혁신성이 요구되는 것으로 해석된다. 성과에 대한 기대의 경로분석 결과 BSC시스템 수용 요인들 중에서 최고경영자지원과 개인의 혁신성만이 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 공공부문의 실제 BSC시스템 구축에 대한 사례연구들에서도 지적된 사항이기도 하다. 한편, 노력에 대한 기대는 성과에 대한 기대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기존의 TAM 관련연구들의 결과를 지지하는 것으로 공공부문 BSC시스템 수용에 있어서도 노력에 대한 기대가 높을수록 성과에 대한 기대가 높은 것을 보여준다.

중소제조업체들은 원가 절감과 생산성 향상을 위해 생산정보시스템을 도입, 운영하고 있으나 이에 대한 성과평가 연구가 전무하여, 최고경영자는 생산정보 시스템 투자여부 등을 결정하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 DeLane and McLean(2003)의 연구 모형을 바탕으로, 생산정보 시스템 투자에 대한 성과평가 모형을 제시하고, 모형 검증을 위해 생산정보시스템을 도입한 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 분석결과 생산정보시스템의 도입을 통해 기업의 순효익(Net Benefjts)이 향상된 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 분산화된 공급체인상황하에서 효과적인 조정 메커니즘으로 제시되고 있는 공급체인계약의 유형들 중에서 서적, 음반 및 컴퓨터 산업등에서 주로 사용되는 반품계약(Return Policy)에 대한 동적 시뮬레이션 모형을 구축하고, 반품비율 및 환매가 등의 계약 파라미터들이 모형의 성과에 미치는 영향과 구매자의 판매노력 및 판매자의 위험성향이 고려되는 상황하에서 반품계약의 효과성이 어떻게 바뀌는지를 분석하고자 한다. 연구의 목적은 판매노력 및 위험성향과 같은 요인들이 반품계약의 효과성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는 것이며 부가적으로는 공급체인계약에 대한 동적시뮬레이션 모형을 구축하고 연구함으로서 최근 관심이 증대되고 있는 시스템다이내믹스 접근이 공급체인관리 분야의 연구에 유의하게 기여할 수 있음을 제시하고 향후 연구를 위한 기반을 다지고자 한다. 연구결과 반품계약을 시행하는 경우에 공급체인의 성과가 높으며, 반품계약과 더불어 판매자의 판매노력이 고려되는 경우에는 성과가 더욱 향상되었다. 또한 판매자가 위험회피성향을 가진 경우에는 공급체인성과가 감소하였다.

This study intends to analyze the impact of technology commercialization activities in the area of basic research on the technology utilization performances and the corporate business performances. The technology commercialization activities are divided into the experiences of promoting technology commercialization, the department dedicated to technology commercialization, and the technology commercialization consulting. Additionally, this study has used the tracked information of the companies that adopted the basic research-related technologies. Therefore, we conducted the analysis on the mediating effects under the assumption that it can be extended to the business performance of companies in addition to technology utilization performance. To do this, we developed the empirical model through previous studies and developed various research models by subdividing the types of technology commercialization. As the result, it was analyzed that all the variables of activities involved in the technology commercialization utilizing basic research results had positive effects on the technology utilization performance and business performances, and there were also mediating effects on the technology-related performance.

In this paper, I try to develop a model the effects on organizational behavior and job performance of members of the organization's Information Management System. I conduct a survey on organizational performance received IMS and analyze the correlation between the variables. By the results, as the level of awareness of IMS determined the level of organization's performance. I proposed an alternative for improving performance and management improvements. How a positive influence on organizational performance analysis and efficient operating IMS.

기업이 비용절감과 경쟁우위 등을 목적으로 정보시스템에 대한 투자를 확대함에 따라 정보시스템 성과는 경영자뿐만 아니라 연구자에게도 중요한 관심사항이다. 기존 연구는 정보시스템 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 정보시스템의 자원이나, 능력, 품질 등 개별적인 관점에서 접근하였다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 자원과 조직자원이 정보시스템 능력에 영향을 미치고, 정보시스템 능력이 높아지면 정보시스템 품질과 업무프로세스 성과가 향상되어 기업성과도 높아질 것이라는 통합 연구모형을 제시하고 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다.
