박물관 3.0시대의 도래와 함께 박물관 경영 측면에서 빅데이터 분석, 그리고 공유와 개방의 관점 및 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼과 마케팅 도구로써 소셜 미디어의 영향력이 증대되고 있다. 모바일 애플리케이션이나 비콘에 의존했던기존의 박물관 빅데이터 분석과는 달리, 본 연구에서는 전시에 대한 인스타그램의 해시태그를 분석함으로써, 관람객 분석도구로써 인스타그램 해시태그의 효용성과 가치를 입증하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 최근 2년 동안 국내에서 개최된 다섯 개의 전시의 인스타그램 해시태그를 수집 및 시각화했다. 그 결과, 모든 전시의 인스타그램의 해시태그는 전시명, 전시장소, 전시회, 지역명, 작가명에 집중되었다. 결론적으로 인스타그램의 해시태그는 전시관람 경험에 대한 분석을 위한 빅데이터로 사용하는 것이 부적합했다. 또한 관람객 개발을 위한 도구로써 인스타그램 해시태그의 효용성과 가치는 입증되지 못한 반면, 노출형에 해당하는 해시태그의 정보 확산에 대한 잠재력은 확인되었다.

Researches in the services field have evolved tremendously in the last 20 years. However, researches in service innovation still follows the traditional approaches of product quality improvements. The current research reviews the relevant literature from the past, and analyzes limitations each research possess, thus suggest a service innovation framework. Also, we have developed a diagnostic tool that measures the level of service innovation driven from actual cases. The current research suggests a new road map to organizations that pursue service innovation as well as a new research direction to the researchers in the field of service innovation.

Data analysis methodology in the healthcare field is shifting from traditional statistics-oriented research methods to predictive research using machine learning. In this study, we survey various machine learning tools, and compare several programming models, which utilize R and Spark, for applying R, a statistical tool widely used in the health care field, to machine learning. In addition, we compare the performance of linear regression model using scala, which is the basic languages of Spark and R. As a result of the experiment, the learning execution time when using SparkR increased by 10 to 20% compared to Scala. Considering the presented performance degradation, SparkR's distributed processing was confirmed as useful in R as the traditional statistical analysis tool that could be used as it is.

글로벌 비즈니스 환경에 있어서 경쟁력을 유지 혹은 강화시키기 위한 방법으로 많은 기업들이 경영혁신 활동에 주력하고 있다. 식스 시그마는 이러한 활동을 가능케 하는 핵심적인 방법론이자 도구로써 주목 받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 식스 시그마의 도입에 따른 성과요인을 분석하여 보다 체계적인 프레임워크를 제시함으로써 그 성공 가능성을 관리할 수 있도록 하는 것이 주요한 목적이라 하겠다. 이를 위해 전문가 집단을 대상으로 한 델파이 조사방법과 이를 분석하기 위한 도구로써 계층적 분석기법(AHP)을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 총 12개의 요인들이 도출되었으며 중요도에 따라 가중치를 계산하여 이를 실제 식스 시그마 프로젝트에 적용하여 연구에 제시된 프레임워크를 검증토록 하였다. 본 연구는 다양한 산업 및 기업에서 식스 시그마 방법론의 적용이 급속히 확대되어 가는 추세에서 프로젝트의 성패를 가늠짓게 하는 중요 요인들을 보다 객관적인 프레임워크로 제시되었다는 점에서 그 의의가 있을 것이다.

Today, the analysis of big data hae been used as an essential tool for finding customers' needs. Various big-data analysis sites have provided the analysis results with their own forms and styles according to their service and characteristics. Therefore, to use the analysis results for marketing fields, we have to understand the major characteristics on big data analysis tools. In this point, this study attempts to compare the characteristics of big data analysis results and styles from big data analysis sites.

최근 중대재해처벌법의 목적은 건설업 주체 구성원들의 안전불감증을 방지하기 위해 CEO의 안전참여 문화를 강조하고 있다. 선행연구에서는 리더의 감성 수준이 높을수록 업무 능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 감성능력을 요구하는 추세라고 주장하였다4). 본 연구에서 경영자 (CEO) 리더십 및 안전관리 연구에 사용할 수 있는 감성안전 측정으로 건전하고 간단한 EI 측정개발도구에 대해 신뢰도를 검증한다. Schutte Self-Report Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT)의 감정 조절 모델을 적용하면 리더와 안전관리자의 EI가 안전업무 수행과 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐야 한다. 또한 건설 안전관리 직업의 재해피해가능성스트레스 감정 노동이 EI-활용훈련 결과 감정조절이 가능하다는 것을 제안한다.

E-Learning 환경에서 학습자에게 보다 정확한 맞춤형 교육 시스템을 제공하기 위하여 평가 문항 및 학습 문항의 난이도, 변별도 등과 같은 문항 정보 활용이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 문항 난이도, 변별도의 수치를 메타데이터에 저장하고, 평가 문항 및 학습 문항을 저작할 수 있는 템플릿(Templates) 및 GUI(Graphical User Interface) 기반의 SMIL(Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language) 저작도구를 설계 구현 하였다. 구현한 시스템은 SMIL 문법을 모르는 교수자가 문항 난이도, 변별도를 메타데이터에 저장하고, 학습 문항을 쉽게 저작하는데 효율적이다. 또한 저작된 문항은 XML(Extensible Markup Language) 기반 메타데이터를 활용함으로서 다른 플랫폼과의 통합 관리 및 재사용에 용이하다.

In the past, executive managers made a decision based on personal experience and knowledge due to lack of the appropriate and timely information. With the development of information systems and technologies, efficiency and productivity of business operation has been enhanced. In this study, we propose a system design and architecture blue-print related to strategic decision making support system. The proposed system consists of 3 key parts; individual business feasibility test, business portfolio feasibility test, business portfolio management. The three key parts are comprised of 11 components to generate information and knowledge based on various data input from inside and outside of firm. This system is expected to provide objective and reliable output to users. In addition, the proposed strategic decision support system would help respond to a rapidly changing business environment.

This study has the purpose to increase the suitability for the introduction and operation of the curriculum utilizing business simulation games from university education. So we investigated about the usage in management education department of domestic and foreign universities, institutions target for enterprise level education, and giant companies such as Samsung and LG. We surveyed about the demand of it from college students at the management and engineering departments and then designed two basic course models. As research methods, literature research, on-site experts and operators interview on domestic enterprises and institutions of representative companies was conducted. We analysed the course syllabi of some domestic and about 50 foreign universities utilizing it with the literature review. Then we analysed the result of usage investigation and demand survey. According to the results, the relatively small number of universities and corporate institutions compared to U.S. were utilizing it for their training courses in short-term and partial Lab. Results are expected to be used in the training courses of business administration in universities and corporate.

자본주의가 인류사회의 행복과 공동번영에 기여하는 경제체제로서 역할을 다하려면, 자본주의 역시 시대의 변화에 맞추어 진화해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 새 시대에 걸 맞는 자본주의의 대안을 논의하고자, 저자 이재윤이 창시한 깨달음경영학(MOSEE; Management Of allSelves' Enlightenment and Empowerment)의 새로운 과학적 학문연구를 통해 새로운 실현성 영역을 추구하는 동시에, 깨달음경영의 새로운 5차원 요소인 영적 자원 및 자산(SRA: Spirit Resource and Asset)과 본질적으로 무(無)에서 유(有)를 창조하는 창조경영(MOC: Management Of Creation)에 대한 연구 및 인간의식 성장 방법론에 대하여 발표 하고자 한다. 따라서 깨달음경영학(MOSEE)에 관한 고유한 철학, 고유한 탐구 영역, 이론, 방법, 기법, 도구, 운영 원리 및 활용 분야 등을 체계적으로 설명하는 것이 목적이다. 이로써 현대의 주요한 여러 경영철학들 예컨대 CSV(마이클 포터) SI(개리 함멜) 복잡계 철학 미덕(美德)경영 등의 내재된 구조적 제약들을 분석 평가하고 한계를 극복하는 방안들을 제시함으로써 이들을 5차원의 깨달음경영학(MOSEE)의 의식(영성)경영철학으로써 통섭을 고찰하고 21세기 우주 인류 신문명 창달을 위한 5차원의 깨달음경영 혁명을 성취하고자 한다. 즉 2040년 전에 지구 인류의 고도 영성 초 과학기술 문명을 넘어서 우주 인류의 초 영성 초 과학기술 문명 창달을 선도하는 학문연구 교육 인류 사회활동을 지속적으로 해갈 것이다. 위와 같이 21세기 우주 인류의 영원한 평화 자유 지속적 번영을 이루고자 한다. 본 연구는 통섭 고찰 제1회로 마이클 포토의 공유가치(CSV: Creating Shared Value)의 통섭을 고찰한다.
