The purpose of this study is testing measurement invariance of the school vitality scale across the level of school. For this study, 3,156 elementary school teachers and 4,411 secondary school teachers were surveyed. As a result, school vitality scale was found to have the same factor structure in the structure regression model. Second, the factor load of the measurement model was found to be the same. Third, the structural path coefficients were the same. Fourth, structural covariance was found to be the same. Fifth, the structural residuals were the same. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that we can use school vitality scale both elementary school and secondary school. This study will contribute to diagnosing school vitality levels and finding ways to improve school management.

This paper looks into the measurement of modeling ability in different fields like science, mathematics, operations research and management science and emulates the ideas to system analysis and design where modeling is a very useful skill. An assessment tool was designed to measure the graphical modeling ability in systems analysis and design. It was administered to 92 students and submitted to 10 MIS experts and tested statistically for its reliability and validity.

정보사회의 도래와 인터넷의 확산으로 정보보호의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 기업과 조직에 있어서 정보보호는 경쟁적 우위를 확보하기 위한 도구임과 동시에 비즈니스를 안정적으로 수행하기 위한 필수 경영요구사항으로 등장하고 있다. 또한 기업자산의 일원으로써 보호되어야 하는 유 무형 정보자산의 가치는 더욱 높아지고 있으며, 이를 관리하는 조직과 기업의 효율적이고 효과적인 정보 자산 관리 및 정보보호 투자에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 그러나 조직의 정보보호 투자가 증가함에도 불구하고 이에 대한 성과측정을 위한 체계적 방법이 제시되지 않아 정보보호 투자 의사결정 및 개선방향 도출에 어려움이 있다. 기존의 재무적 측면위주의 정보보호 투자효과 분석은 정보보호 투자의 기회비용적인 특징으로 인해 체계적인 효과 분석 및 현황을 파악하기에는 부족하며 향후 정보보호 투자의 전략추진방향을 제시하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호 투자효과의 특성을 고려하여 균형성과표(Balanced Scorecard, BSC)관점의 정보 보호 투자 전략과 성과에 대한 인과관계를 분석하고자 한다. 따라서 기존 정보보호 투자효과 분석의 선행연구를 중심으로 핵심성공요인과 측정지표를 도출하고, 관련 기업 및 조직을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료를 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Model, SEM) 분석기법을 활용하여 실증분석 하고자 한다.

급속하게 변화하는 현대적 경영 환경속에서 Web 기반 정보기술은 시장에 용이한 접근을 제공하고, 상품의 차별화를 창출하며, 비용 효율성을 제고하고, 또한 너무 비용이 많이 들어 엄두를 내지 못할 정도의 전환 비용 때문에 동업자나 고객들 간의 의존성을 증가 시킴으로써 기업의 경쟁우위를 성취하는데 적극 활용되고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 기존 정보시스템의 전략적 활용에 관한 연구는 기업 내부 프로세스의 통합을 통한 경영력 제고에 치중되는 경향을 보여왔으며 협력사간의 조직간 정보교류를 위한 정보인프라의 구축과 같은 조직간 정보시스템의 전략적 활용에 관한 연구는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는(1)포터91985)의 가치체인과 가치시스템 개념을 정보기술의 가치활동에서의 연계강도와 형태에 따라 분류하여 분석모형을 설정하고, (2) 경영전략의 운용과 혁신사이에서 다리를 놓아주는 학습도구로써 정보시스템 역할을 조직내 /외적인 정보 공유의 형태와 프로세스의 통합유형에 따라 정보시스템을 분류함으로써 (3) 각 부류에 속한 Web 기반 정보시스템의 전략적 의미를 사례연구를 통하여 재조명하는데 그 목적을 두었다.

Since information systems have been treated as a management tool, a model is required to express and analyze and organizational point of view. Futher, a systematic methodology is required to analyze and diagnose organizational processes to improve them. To improve existing organizational processes, it is needed to describe all the processes performed in each department and their relationships to staffs, resources, and other processes of the organization. However, because of the complexity and unstructureness of the processes, this task is very difficult. We proposed an organizational process model which expresses organizational information on processes, departments, staffs, and resources. Based on this model, we have developed a management information database and a computerized tool which help analyze and diagnose organizational processes. The organizational process model, management information database, the automated tool may be used for BR(Business Re-engineering).

최근 들어 제조가 발생되는 모든 분야에서 정보의 의미론적 전달방법 및 체계를 정형화하는 작업이 표준화와 더불어 활발히 진행되고 있다. 제조시스템에서 문제가 발생하였을 때 간결하고 정확한 문제 진단에 대한 정보전달은 비용의 절감은 물론 생산성 향상을 위해서도 필수적인 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 제조시스템에서 최적화된 정보전달을 위한 상황이론적 방법론을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법론의 궁극적인 목적은 실제 제조공정이나 현장에서 발생되는 복잡한 정보의 흐름, 표현, 관리를 효율적으로 할 수 있고 작업자, 관리자, 경영자 모두가 공통적으로 활용할 수 있는 정형화된 틀을 만드는데 있다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법론은 제조 현장에서 공정상의 문제점을 분석하고 검사할 수 있는 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

인터넷 기술의 발달과 인터넷 비즈니스의 발전으로 인해 오늘날 사람들은 더욱 많은 시간을 인터넷 상에서 보내고 있다. 사용자가 기업의 웹 사이트를 방문한 기록은 웹 로그파일이라는 형태로 기업의 서버에 남게 되는데 이러한 로그 파일을 이용해 고객의 행동을 더욱 잘 이해하는 것이 매우 중요한 경쟁력의 요소로 자리 잡게 되었다. 이제까지는 웹 로그를 분석하기 위해 웹 로그 분석 도구를 이용해 왔는데, 경영 의사 결정에 도움이 되는 지식을 발견하기보다는 단순한 기술적인 통계량을 구하는데 그쳤다. 본 연구에서는 통계와 데이터마이닝 기법을 웹 데이터에 적용하여 경영 의사 결정에 도움이 되는 의미 있는 정보를 추출한다. 이를 위해 실제 인터넷 기업의 데이터를 기반으로 하여 대량 데이터를 데이터마이닝을 위해 전처리 하는 과정과 준비된 데이터를 분석하는 과정을 소개한다. 웹 사이트의 분석은 경영 지식을 찾아내기 위한 과정으로 개별 사이트가 처한 상황에 따라 분석과정이 상이해 질 수 있기 때문에 실제 기업의 데이터를 가지고 분석해 나가는 과정을 보이는 것은 의미 있는 연구라 생각된다.

This study develops a framework and instruments to diagnose the current knowledge management(KM) status of an organization and to suggest future KM implementation directions. Based on the comprehensive review of KM literature and KM case studies, we derive three main aspects(strategic, social and technical aspect) and seven critical factors(KM strategy, knowledge worker, organizational strucuture, organizational culture, KM processe, organizational knowledge, and information technology) for the successful KM implementation. The instruments developed in this study include every specific measurement items of each critical success factor, which are expected to help not only suggest a context-sensitive KM strategy but also evaluate current KM status of a designated organization. By introducing two dimensions of KM evaluation(effectiveness and necessity), a more holistic and contingent view of KM can be assured. Academic contributions as well as practical implications are discussed. Study limitations and future research directions are also provided.

품질의 집(HoQ, House of Qualify) 모형은 1960년대 후반에 개발된 이래, 거의 모든 제조업에 적용되어 왔으며, 이제는 서비스업에서도 HoQ 모형을 응용하여 서비스를 개발하거나 서비스전달과정을 개선하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 50년에 가까운 역사를 가짐에도 불구하고, HoQ 모형을 수리적 관점에서 엄밀하게 분석하여 그 이론적 기초를 공고하게 다지는 연구는 매우 드물다. 본 연구에서는 TQM이나 6-시그마 프레임워크의 핵심적 도구로 등장하는 HoQ 모형을 선형대수학(linear algebra)적 관점에서 해석하고 분석하여, 방법론으로서의 가치를 재조명한다. 이러한 접근을 통하여 HoQ 모형이 품질경영에 기여하는 바와 함의 및 한계점 등을 명확히 밝혀, 모형의 올바른 활용을 유도할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analysis and improve working posture using hazard factor analyzing tools. SI(The Strain Index) came up with the conclusion that RWDR1 and RWDR3 was a dangerous job, but not as dangerous as RWDR2. According to REBA. RWDR3 required some improvements; A mat to prevent fatigue(WIRE/PRESS 2), electric bogie(RWDR1), and waist/wrist protector(RWDR3). Additionally a correct sitting posture m WIRE/PRESS1 and stretching on a regular basis in RWDR2 were recommended.
