기능적 다리 길이 차이가 압력 중심점과 안정성 한계에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Functional Leg Length Inequality in Center of Pressure and Limits Of Stability)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was functional leg length inequality effect on COP(Center Of Pressure) and LOS(limits Of Stability) and EMG activation. Methods: The participants were consisted of fourteen. Subjects were distributed 2 groups; control group, leg length inequality ${\leq}3mm$, n=8), experimental group(leg length inequality${\geq}10mm$, n=8). The participants were measured leg length wearing comfortable clothes through tape measure method(TMM). All subjects was measured COP(Center Of Pressure), LOS(limits of stability) using by Balance Trainer BT4(HUR, Finland). Results: The results COP was not exist statistical significant differences(p>0.05). LOS was not exist statistical significant difference(p>0.05). Conclusion: The results was not statistical significant differences COP and LOS depending on Leg Length Inequality. But between experimental group and comparison group was exist mean differences on COP, LOS(COP:Ex.>Com, LOS:Ex.

발목관절 근력훈련과 균형조절 훈련이 발목전략을 이용한 균형반응에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Adjusted Balance Training and Muscle Training on Balance Using Ankle Strategy)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of balance using ankle strategy during adjusted balance training and muscle training in normal young female adults. Methods: There were eighteen participants. All subjects were randomly assigned to three groups, the control group (n=6), the adjusted balance training group (n=6) and the muscle training group (n=6). Subjects were assessed for each subject by a pretest and a posttest at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 3 weeks, measuring the anterior-posterior limit of stability, trace length and EMG data for the tibialis anterior and lateral gastrocnemius. Results: The anterior-posterior limit of stability significantly increased in the training group (p<0.05). The trace length significantly decreased in the training group (p<0.05). The muscle activity of the tibialis anterior and lateral gastrocnemius also significantly decreased in the training group (p<0.05). Conclusion: We confirmed that both the balance training group and the muscle training group significantly increased the anterior-posterior limit of stability and decreased trace length and muscle activity. Further studies are needed to analyze the long-term effects on subjects resulting from these changes.

종자류 식품에 함유된 5종 리그난의 동시 분석법 개발 (Development of Simultaneous Analytical Method for Five Lignans in Edible Seeds)

  • There has been increased interest in lignans due to their potential effect in reducing the risk of developing several diseases. To evaluate lignan contents, sensitive and accurate methods should be developed for their quantification in food. The present study aimed to validate a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the quantification of 5 lignans: lariciresinol (Lar), matairesinol (Mat), pinoresinol (Pin), secoisolariciresinol (Seco), and syringaresinol (Syr). The validation included selectivity, linearity, recovery, accuracy, and precision. The method was proved to be specific, with a linear response (R2≥0.99). The limits of detection were 0.040~0.765 ㎍/100 g and the limits of quantification were 0.114~1.532 ㎍/100 g. Recoveries were 90.588~109.053% for black sesame powder. Relative standard deviations of repeatability and reproducibility were below 5%. Total lignan contents of roasted coffee bean, oat, and blacksoy bean were 105.702 ㎍/100 g, 78.965 ㎍/100 g, and 165.521 ㎍/100 g, respectively. These results showed that LC-MS/MS analysis would be effective in producing acceptable sensitivity, accuracy, and precision in five lignan analyses.

  • 공정거래위원회는 산업연구원(KIET)과 공동으로 지난 9월 3일(수) 대한상공회의소에서 300여명의 학계, 업계 및 관계부처 공무원들이 참석한 가운데$\lceil$카르텔 국제규범화의 영향 및 대응$\rfloor$이라는 주제로 $\lceil$제2회 국제경쟁정책 세미나$\rfloor$를 개최하였다. 동 세미나는 내년 4월에 확정될 카르텔관련 OECD 정책권고에서 각국의 경성카르텔(가격 고정, 생산량 제한, 시장분할 등) 금지원칙의 확립과, 적용제외 카르텔의 축소 및 제거 등을 통해 효과적인 경쟁법 집행체제를 확립하고, 회원국 양자 또는 다자협정을 통해 비밀정보를 공유하는 등 카르텔에서의 국제 협력의 강화, 특히 경성카르텔에 대한 국제적 공조조사 등의 법집행을 강화한다는 내용이 담길 것으로 예상됨에 따라, 경쟁정책 국제규범화(소위 경쟁라운드:CR)에 대한 정부와 기업의 적절한 대응방안 모색을 위한 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 동 세미나에는 경쟁정책 분야의 세계적인 권위자인 하버드대 프레드릭 쉬어러(F.M. Scherer) 교수의 기조연설에 이어 테리 윈슬로(Terry Winslow) OECD 사무국 자문관과 KDI의 신광식 연구위원 등 4명의 국내외 전문가들의 주제발표와 지정 및 자유토론이 이루어졌다.

국제통상법과 경쟁법 - 역외적용 및 경쟁법의 수렴 -

  • 국제경쟁사건을 해결하기 위하여 동원 가능한 일차적 수단은 법정지법인 경쟁법을 역외적용 하는 방안이지만 이 경우 국가간 마찰이나 외국 주권에 대한 침해논쟁이 유발될 수 있고, 관련 외국정부의 협력을 얻을 것도 필요하다. 국제경쟁사건을 해결하기 위한 근본적 수단으로는 각국 경쟁법을 조화시키거나 수렴하는 방안이 있다. 이는 우수한 규범형성에 관한 컨센서스 형성과 개별 법영역이 공통의 규범을 국내법으로 수용하는 절차라는 요소들로 구성된다. 후자는 연성수렴, 경성수렴 등 여러 방식으로 행해질 수 있다.

  • 고려대학교 아세아문제연구소의 '구 조선총독부 경무국 항일 독립운동관계 비밀기록'과 국사편찬위원회의 '경성지방법원 재판기록'(A)과 '경성지방법원(검사국) 편철문서'(B)는 경성지방법원 검사국이 접수 또는 작성하여 보관한 동일한 기록군이다. 'A'는 경성지방법원 검사국의 사건기록, 'B'는 동 검사국의 서무기록이며, 아세아문제연구소의 기록은 동 검사국의 사건기록과 서무기록이 함께 수집된 것이다. '사상' 탄압 통제와 관련된 내용이 많으며, 편철자명이나 열람자 보고자명, 접수문서의 분류로 보건대, 생산자는 경성지방법원 검사국 '사상부(思想部)'인 것 같다. 경성지방법원 검사국 서무기록에는 1925년 치안유지법 시행과 1928년 사상계 검사 배치, 사상부 설치라는 변화 과정이 담겨 있다. 이전에 비해 관할 경찰서의 일상적인 정보 보고가 많아졌고, 내용이 사상에 집중되었다. 사상 정보는 일반 민정(民情)에서 분리되었으며, '사상(계)' 우선의 기록관리가 이뤄졌다. 이제 검찰의 사무는 사상과 사상 아닌 것으로 나눠지며 전자에 비해 후자는 '경미'한 것으로 치부되었다. 또한 전 조선과 일본의 지방검사국 간에 사상사건 정보의 공유체계가 구축되었고, 간도관련 정보의 수집이 늘었다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to show the effects of voluntary change of weight bearing on the vastus medialis oblique and the vastus lateralis ratio during squat exercise. Methods: Twenty-four healthy adults were recruited for this study. The subjects performed squat exercise with median weight bearing, lateral weight bearing and non-changed weight bearing. The muscle activities of the vastus medialis oblique and the vastus lateralis were measured during the squat for all three conditions. The measured data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA to investigate the effect of muscle activation on the each condition. The statistical analyses were performed using SPSS ver. 17.0, and a p-value of less than 0.05 was considered significant for all cases. A post-hoc test was performed using Tukey's test. Results: The study showed that the vastus medialis oblique and the vastus lateralis ratio significantly changed according to the voluntary change of weight bearing during a squat. The vastus medialis oblique and the vastus lateralis ratio significantly decreased under the condition of voluntary lateral weight bearing. Conclusion: We suggest squat exercise on median weight bearing to increase the vastus medialis oblique and the vastus lateralis ratio. If your patient has.

경직형 뇌성마비 아동의 신체기능과 하지 촉각의 상관관계 연구 (The Correlation between Physical Function and Lower Limb Tactile Sense in Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate tactile sense perception of the lower extremities according to physical function in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods: This study was conducted on 15 children diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy. Physical function measurement items included dynamic balance ability, gross motor function level, and lower extremity ankle spasticity. The lower extremity tactile sensation uses a monofilament to measure the sole of the first metatarsal head, the sole of the fifth metatarsal head, the heel, the anterior part of the shin midway between the patella and the ankle joint, the kneecap, the upper anterior iliac spine, and the knee. A total of six measurements were taken in the mid-femoral region of the bone. Spearman correlation analysis was performed to determine the degree of body function and lower extremity tactile perception. Results: As the physical function of children with spastic cerebral palsy deteriorated, there was a decrease in tactile sensation in the thigh area corresponding to the proximal lower extremity. Conclusion: Children with spastic cerebral palsy and poor physical function have sensory loss not only in the distal part but also in the proximal part, so a treatment approach that recognizes and improves it is necessary.

COVID-19로 인해 발생한 업무의 피로도와 직무소진의 상관관계 및 직무스트레스와의 회귀분석 연구 -물리치료사를 대상으로- (Correlation Between Work Fatigue Caused by COVID-19 and Occupational Burnout -Regression Analysis of Occupational Stress in Physiotherapists-)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the type of physical therapist response work and its intensity, along with the prolonged prevalence of COVID-19, to determine the impact on physical therapists' occupational stress and occupational burnout. Methods: An online survey was conducted with 118 physiotherapists and collected the participants' gender, final educational background, clinical work experience, workplace type, additional workload, and fatigue associated with COVID-19. After excluding one participant who submitted an incomplete questionnaire, 117 respondents were included in the final data. Results: Additional COVID-19-related workloads and response reliability for fatigue, occupational burnout, and occupational stress were shown to have Cronbach's alpha measures of 0.76, 0.89, and 0.87, respectively. Groups who had experienced a new epidemic in the past showed higher fatigue levels (3.06±0.94) than those groups who had no such experience (2.49±0.84; p < 0.05). Correlation analysis of COVID-19 work fatigue and occupational burnout scales showed a positive correlation (r = 0.19; p < 0.05). The regression of occupational burnout and occupational stress showed a regression model of Y = 20.00+0.43X1 (X1: job stress; p< 0.05) and an explanatory power of 24.8% with an adj.R2 = 0.25. Conclusion: Based on the results, it is suggested that various institutions, such as medical institutions, educational institutions, and physiotherapists' associations, should seek ways to manage and alleviate physiotherapists' stress.
