A study on internal flow field of supersonic nozzle by needle type pintle position (Needle형 Pintle의 위치에 따른 초음속 노즐 내부 유동장 연구)

  • Internal flow field of supersonic nozzle with pintle, which control thrust of solid rocket motor, is very complicated by pintle tip shape and contour of nozzle. For studying of pintle nozzle performance by effects of internal flow field variation with pintle position, cold flow test and numerical analysis about needle type pintle shape were performed and results were presented in this paper. As the results of this study, three types of internal shocks exists in the pintle nozzle and oblique shock is oscillated by pintle position

Effect of Direct Solar Radiation with Sloped Topography in a Mesoscale Meteorological Model (중규모 기상모형에서 지표면 경사를 고려한 직달 복사량의 효과)

  • In this study, the effects of the surface topographical characteristics on the meteorological fields are examined in a mesoscale meteorlolgical model. We calculated the direct solar radiation using the illumination angle considering the inclination of topography and tried to find out its effect on meteorological fields. In above experiments, we selected two cases for the clear day and the cloudy day to show the effect of weather and represented the results for two cases. In the correction of the direct solar radiation, the results of two cases indicate that there are obvious differences on the steep Taeback and Soback mountains. And on the time-series analysis the east-facing slope of these mountains receives the more direct solar radiation about $10-60W/m^2$ in the morning hours but lesser in the afternoon hours than the horizontal surface while it is opposite on the west-facing slope. And the results mentioned above are more obvious at clear day. With the same analysis method, at clear day, the surface skin temperature is higher at all hours than that on horizontal surface on the both of slope. At cloudy and rainy day, the surface skin temperature on the east-facing slope is higher in the morning hours but lower in the afternoon hours than that on horizontal surface. But on the west-facing slope, it is higher at all hours than that on horizontal surface. In the two cases, the temperature considering the slope of surface is almost higher than that on the horizontal surface. The wind is stronger than that on the horizontal surface with increasing pressure gradient force according as increasing temperature gradient around the Taeback and the Soback mountains.

  • For the prediction on the onset of oblique shock wave-induced vortex breakdown, computational studies on the Oblique Shock wave/Vortex Interaction (OSVI) are conducted and compared with both experimental results and analytic mode1. A Shock-stable numerical scheme, the Roe scheme with Mach number-based function (RoeM), and a two-equation eddy viscosity-transport approach arc used for three-dimensional turbulent flow computations. The computational configuration is identical to available experiment, and we attempt to ascertain the effect of parameters such as a vortex strength, streamwise velocity deficit, and shock strength at a freestream Mach number of 2.49. Numerical simulations using the k-w SST turbulence model and suitably modeled vortex profiles are able to accurately reproduce many fine features through a direct comparison with experimental observations. The present computational approach to determine the criterion on the onset of oblique shock wave-induced vortex breakdown is found to be in good agreement with both the experimental result and the analytic prediction.

  • 본 연구는 국내 대표적인 산지 소하천 유역인 설마천 유역을 대상으로 한국형 준분포형 장기유출모형인 SWAT-K를 이용하여 각 수문성분별 특성을 살펴본 것이다. 설마천 유역은 현재 한국건설기술연구원의 시험 유역으로 운영되고 있으며 다년간의 수문성분 관측값을 보유하고 있어 소규모 산지 유역의 수문특성을 분석하기 위한 적지로 판단된다. 분석기간은 2004년 $\sim$ 2006년까지로 정하였으며, 강수와 증발산은 현지 계측자료를, 기상자료는 최인접 기상관측소인 동두천 관측소의 자료를 활용하였다. 특히 급경사 산지에서의 적절한 유출해석을 위해 경사와 경사장간의 회귀식을 반영하여 HRU별로 보정을 수행하였다. 전적비교의 관측유량자료를 이용한 검증결과는 매우 양호하였으며, 증발산 관측치와 모의치를 비교하여 계산된 수문성분비의 적정성을 검토하였다.

Runoff of Azoxystrobin Applied in Pepper Field-lysimeter (고추 재배 포장 라이시메타를 이용한 Azoxystrobin의 유출 평가)

  • To investigate runoff losses of azoxystrobin from the field by rainfall, the influence of slope degree and length on runoff rate of azoxystrobin from the pepper field were measured. The SC type formulation was applied at the pepper field lysimeter in 2004 and 2005. The azoxystrobin washed down from plant were from 21% to 68% of what the applied. Concentrations of azoxystrobin in the first runoffs were less than $50{\mu}gL^{-1}$. Runoff losses were from 0.26% to 0.59% for 10% slope-plots, from 0.66% to 0.96% for 20% slope-plots, and from 0.84% to 1.78% for 30% slope-plots. Then they decreased with increasing slope-length. Runoff loss of azoxystrobin was closely related to volume of runoff, it was reduced by the ridge and the mulching effect.

Frequency-domain Waveform Inversion using Residual-selection Strategy (잔여 파동장 분리 기법을 이용한 주파수영역 파형역산)

  • We perform the frequency-domain waveform inversion based on the residual-selection strategy. In the residual-selection strategy, we classify time-domain residual wavefields into several groups according to the order of absolute amplitudes. Because the residual wavefields are normalized after regularization of the gradient directions within each group, the residual-selection strategy plays a role in enhancing the small-amplitude wavefields, which contributes to improving the deep parts of inverted subsurface images. After classifying residuals in the time domain, they are transformed to the frequency domain. Waveform inversion is performed in the frequency domain using the back-propagation technique which has been popularly used in reverse-time migration. The residual-selection strategy is applied to the SEG/EAGE salt and IFP Marmousi models. Numerical results show that the residual-selection strategy yields better results than the conventional frequency-domain waveform inversion.

Bragg Reflection of Long Waves Generated by Short Wave Groups on a Sloping Beach (경사지형에서 파군에 의해 생성된 장파의 Bragg 반사)

  • Numerical analysis for the Bragg reflection due to sinusoidally varying seabeds tying on a sloping beach was performed by using a couple of ordinary differential equations derived from the Boussinesq equations. Incident waves were wane groups generated by two short waves with slightly different phases. Effects of the slope of a seabed to the reflection were investigated in detail. It is shown that the reflection of long waves enhanced by increasing the slope of a seabed. This phenomenon caused by increase of wave amplitude due to increase of nonlinearity and shoaling.

  • 지금까지 실무에서는 경사식 방파제 적정 단면 결정시 피복재 산정 및 설계파에 대한 파력을 산정하여 상치콘크리트 구조물의 안정성을 검토하는 것이 전부였다 하지만 현장에서 발생하는 상황은 더 많은 변수들이 작용하는 것을 보여 주고 있다. 예를 들면 파에 의하여 발생하는 투과파 및 월파로 제체의 내부 및 배면 석재의 이탈이 발생하는 경우는 익히 보아 왔던 일이지만, 반대로 월파가 발생하지 않았는데도 불구하고 제체의 침하와 배면의 석재에 이탈 즉 세굴이 발생하는 경우도 있다. (중략)

Effects of Waste Leachate on Permeability of Marine Clay (해성점토의 투수성에 대한 폐기물 침출수의 영향)

  • The laboratory hydraulic conducti vita tests with rigid wall permeameter were performed to study the effects of waste leachate on the permeability of a marine clay. The marine clay and waste leachate for this study were sampled from Kimpo Wastefills, and the hydraulic gradients applied to the clay specimens aTe relatively high from 37.5 to 225. The test results show that the permeability of a marine clay is increased with increasing the concentration of leachate and with decreasing the hydraulic gradient. And also both the liquid limit and the plasticity index of the marine clay miRed with waste leachate decrease with increasing the concentration of leachate.

연소실 냉각성능 개선을 위한 경사슬롯 막냉각에서의 유동 및 열전달 특성

  • 추진기관의 연소실과 같이 큰 열부하를 받는 경우 막냉각은 연소실을 보호하기 위해서 사용되는 대표적인 냉각기법이다. 막냉각의 성능을 극대화하기 위해서는 냉각유체를 2차원 슬롯을 통해서 분사시키는 것이 가장 효율적이지만 여러 가지 이유 때문에 실제 적용에 있어서는 슬롯입구 부근에 작은 구멍을 만들어 이로부터 분사되는 유체를 통해서 냉각시키게 된다. 본 연구에서는 주어진 덕트에서 분사율, 분사방법, 슬롯의 형상에 따른 슬롯 출구에서의 유동장 및 온도장 측정과 함께 물질전달 방법을 이용하여 슬롯 립(slot lip) 내벽에서 자세한 국소 열/물질전달계수를 구하였다. 분사율 0.5와 1.0에 대해서 주유동과 같은 방향으로 분사시켜줄 경우와, 유동을 제한시켜 주고 이차유동의 방향을 각각 주유동과 같은 방향과 반대방향으로 분사시키는 방법에 대하여 실험하였으며, 슬롯 입구에 경사슬롯을 설치하여 냉각유체를 분사시키는 방법에 대해서 실험하였다.
