Management System of Sexual Crime Ex-convict in Police (경찰의 성범죄 전력자 관리)

  • The fear of civilians has recently increased due to sexual crimes. Unlike other crimes, sexual crimes mostly go unreported and are more likely to be repeated. The rape cases, which constitute the highest percentage of sexual crimes, represent that 62% of the sex offenders were ex-convicts in 2009. Therefore this study examined activities to prevent sexual crimes implemented by Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Gender Equality & Family, Police's criminal management as well as 1:1 management of ex-convicts, and sexual offender management of foreign nations as the measure for sexual crimes, which cause social problems. From these, we suggested legal, institutional and practical problems, as well as solutions such as manual production, revision of related laws and special police education.

  • 지난 2000년 4월 발족한 한국후지제록스(주)의 배드민턴 동호회(회장 조태현 과장, 사업추진부 프로그램 관리팀)는 현재 27명의 회원들로 구성, 왕성한 활동과 그에 따른 명성이 사내에서도 자자하다. 특히 회장을 맡고 있는 조태현 과장은 배드민턴 경력 7년 차로 인천시에서 개최되는 클럽대항 인천시장배 40대 부문 금메달리스트로서 실력을 겸비하고 있다. 동호회는 매주 토요일 오전에 정기 모임을 갖고 있으며 매월 둘째 주 토요일에는 연습회와 더불어 월례회로 겸하고 있다. 배드민턴 동호회의 특징은 회원 대부분이 사내동호회 뿐만 아니라 개인 교습, 혹은 지역 클럽 등에서 활동함으로써 모자라는 주 1회의 연습량을 채움과 동시에 실력향상을 꾀하는 등 매우 열정적이라는 것이다.

The Effect of Operating Room Nurse's Patient Safety Competency and Perception of Teamwork on Safety Management Activities (수술실 간호사의 환자안전역량과 팀워크 인식이 환자안전관리활동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of patient safety competence and teamwork on patient safety management activities in operating room nurse. The survey was 110 nurses with in the operating room of the general hospital, using self-report questionnaire. Stepwise regression analysis were used. Older group and those with higher levels of education status were significantly associated with high scores on patient safety competence. Patient safety competence and safety management activities showed a significant positive correlation, and teamwork and safety management activities showed a significant positive correlation. Regression analysis showed that patient safety competence and awareness of teamwork had a significant impact on patient safety management activities and the explanatory power of these variables was 15.7%. In conclusion, efforts are needed to improve patient safety competence and teamwork in order to improve patient safety management activities in operating room nurse, and further studies on other variables affecting patient safety management activities are needed.

  • This study purpose to identifying the roles of Health Information Librarian which its role is increasing according to increase recent interest in wellness and health. In other words, this study will present the Education, careen duties and so on, which should be possed by Health Information Librarian, based on the analysis of Job Site. As as result, first, health information professional librarian's name appears very diverse, and consumer health information librarian will be appropriate name for public libraries and medical librarian will be appropriate for medical library and hospital library. Second, education experience required for health information librarian is master's degree of library and information science and bachelor's or more health related degree. Third, at least two years of health-related field experience, particularly health information service experience, is required. Forth, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are required, expecially higher knowledge for health-related information resources is required. Fifth, the main duties what health information librarian need to perform, are library management services, training services, research services, access to and sharing of information resources, collection management, information management, information management technology, and advocacy.

The Organization Commitment and Perception of Human Resource Management by Employment Types of School Foodservice Employees (학교급식 직원의 고용유형에 따른 인적 자원 관리 활동에 대한 인식과 조직 몰입도)

  • As the foodservice industry is labor intensive, the efficient management of human resources is an essential element for improving operational efficiency. This study was designed to investigate the performance level of human resource management in self-operated school foodservices and to examine the relationship between human resource management, organizational commitment, and productivity. Whether these factors rated differently by employment and job types was also examined. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 dieticians and 240 cooks in Seongnam and Yongin. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, the t-test and multiple regression analysis were tested using Minitab. Human resource management practices rated highly in the dimension of employee training (3.51), followed by working environment (3.39), and turnover management (3.37). In contrast, reward management (1.73) and working condition (1.56) received the lowest score. Organizational commitment scored 3.65 points, and showed that dedication (3.82) was the highest score; however, self-esteem (3.50) was the lowest score. For human resource management, there were significant differences between employment types as full time workers (3.85) rated management more highly than part-time worker (3.43). Overall productivity was fairly high, especially in high school foodservices. Only the performance appraisal had an influence on organizational commitment (${\beta}$=0.292, P<0.05). Productivity was positively correlated with human resource management (r=0.432, P<0.001) and organizational commitment (r=0.36, P<0.01). In conclusion, school foodservices need to establish objective performance standards, and increase employee morale by enhancing reward systems and working conditions. In particular, irregular employees require training with job performance standards and given a proper reward program, depending on their performance, to improve organizational commitment.

A Study on Knowledge, Attitude, Infection Management Intention & Educational needs of New Respiratory Infectious Disease among Nurses who unexperienced NRID(SARS & MERS) (신종호흡기감염병(SARS와 MERS) 간호경험이 없는 간호사의 신종호흡기감염병에 대한 지식, 태도, 감염관리활동 의도와 교육요구도)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the knowledge, attitude, infection management intention and educational needs among nurses with no experience of new respiratory infectious diseases (NRID: SARS and MERS). Data were collected from 162 nurses working at the general hospitals in B city using structured questionnaires from October 10 to 31, 2017. The infection management intention of NRID was high in those who were over 30 years old, married, highly educated, and had a total working experience of more than 5 years. Nurses' infection management intention for NRID showed a positive correlation between knowledge of NRID (r=.27, p<.001) and attitude toward NRID (r=.65, p<.001). In other words, the higher the knowledge score for NRID, the more positive the attitude and the higher the infection management intention. In addition, the knowledge score related to incubation period, treatment, isolation, and release criteria was low while the educational needs were high. Therefore, in preparation for the possibility of NRID relapse and other NRID in the future, a systematic program addressing these educational needs for nurses should be periodically implemented to enhance infection management.

The Impact of Emotional Labor and Job Stress on the Patient Safety Management Activities among Emergency Room Nurses in Small-Medium Sized General Hospitals (중소병원 응급실 간호사의 감정노동, 직무스트레스가 환자안전관리활동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of emotional labor and job stress on patient safety management activities in emergency room nurse. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires from 143 nurses working in the emergency room of small and medium-sized hospitals. As factors influencing patient safety management activities, emotional labor, job stress, demographic characteristics, and work characteristics were investigated. Stepwise multiple regression analysis were used for factors affecting patient safety management activities. There were significant differences in patient safety management activities by age, experience in emergency room, position, work pattern, and intention to move to another department. In the regression analysis, the factors that had a significant effect on patient safety management activities were job stress and choice to work in the emergency room, and the explanatory power of these variables was 27%. It was found that the higher the job stress, the lower the patient safety management activity. In conclusion, it is necessary to manage job stress arrange departments according to individual needs to improve patient safety management activities of nurses in the emergency room of small and medium-sized hospitals.

  • 건설산업에 있어서 건설기술자의 수요는 건설공사업의 면허 및 등록을 위한 기술능력의 평가기준이 되고 또한 건설공사의 관리 및 기술상의 관리를 위해 공사현장에 배치되는 기술자로 활용될 뿐만 아니라 건설산업의 국제화, 고도화에 따른 경쟁력 강화와 노동집약적 산업에서 기술집약적 산업으로 전환하기 위한 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이와 같이 건설기술인력의 중요성을 감안할 때 기술인력의 향상과 전문화를 통한 건설기술의 고도화를 도모하고 또한 건설생산활동에 있어서 원활한 수급을 위한 효율적인 기술인력 관리체계가 구축되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설기술인력의 효율적 및 관리를 위해 현행 건설기술인력 활용 및 관리 제도상의 문제점 분석과 건설기술인력의 교육 및 경력관리에 대한 실태 조사를 통하여 건설기술인력의 관리 및 활용성의 문제점을 파악하고 개선방향을 제시하였다. 또한 양성된 건설기술인력의 능력을 유효하게 발휘시킬수 있도록 환경여건의 마련과 이들을 조직화하여 국가적 차원에서 효율적 활용을 도모할 수 있는 일련의 계획적$\cdot$체계적 관리 방안을 제시하였다.

Relationship between job satisfaction of dental hygienists and patient safety cultural activities (치과위생사의 직무만족도와 환자안전문화 활동의 관련성)

  • Background: This study was conducted to determine the level of job satisfaction and patient safety cultural activities for dental hygienists and to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and patient safety cultural activities. Methods: A survey was conducted on 214 dental hygienists, and data from the final 180 were analyzed. Job satisfaction consisted of a total of 20 questions, and patient safety cultural activities included a total of 25 questions. The survey was conducted on a 5-point scale. Results: The average job satisfaction score of the study subjects was 3.44 points. Among patient safety cultural activities, infection control had the highest average score (4.12 points) and radiation safety management had the lowest average score (3.10 points). Patients with less than 3 years of clinical experience (4.01 points) had higher patient safety culture activity scores than those with 3 to 10 years of clinical experience (3.72 points) and those with more than 10 years of clinical experience (3.69 points). The level of patient safety cultural activities was statistically significantly higher as age, less clinical experience, and job satisfaction increased (p<0.05). Conclusion: In the case of dental hygienists, patient safety cultural activities must be carried out throughout the entire work, so an active will to practice patient safety cultural activities is necessary. In order to improve the performance of patient safety cultural activities, it is necessary to adjust the workload of dental hygienists to improve job satisfaction and create a work environment in which they can focus on patient safety cultural activities.

선진연구기관과의 Benchmarking을 통한 국내 R&D 인적자원관리의 발전방향

  • 인적 자원관리는 경영과정의 한 부분으로서 환경과 경영전략 그리고 조직구조와 밀접한 관계속에서 조직체의 목적 달성에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 특히 연구기관에서 인적자원은 가장 중요한 경영요소이며, "우수한 인력을 채용하여 능력에 맞는 수준 높은 대우를 함으로써 우수한 결과를 얻도록 하는 것"이 가장 기본적인 활동이다. 인적자원의 관리는 훌륭한 리더쉽에 의하여 실천되지만, 우선적으로 리더쉽을 수행할수 있는 제도적 시스템이 구축되어야 한다. 즉 인적자원 시스템을 형성하는 것은 효과적인 조직 성과를 달성하기 위한 제도적 장치를 마련하는 것이며, R'||'&'||'D 인적자원 관리 시스템은 연구목표 달성과 관련하여 개개인이 효과적으로 연구생산성을 제고할수 있도록 지원하여 주는 시스템이다. 조직성과에 영향을 주는 변수는 여러 가지가 있지만, 제도적 장치로 고려될 수 있는 것은 과업 및 조직의 설계, 인적자원 채용 및 배치 전환, 보상, 경력관리, 교육훈련, 능력 평가이다. 본 연구에서는 상기 인적자원의 성과를 높이기 위한 주요 변수(인적자원관리의 서브 과제)를 세계 주요 연구기관의 하나인 Battelle연구소를 대상으로 분석하고, 국내 R'||'&'||'D 인적자원관리 발전방향의 시사점을 제시하였다.
