This study certified that the mentality training that utilized ICT learning has been working as an important base having much effect on learner's basic attitude on physical education class, improvement of bodily exercise function, and class satisfaction, and that the exercise ability was improved in the scope of speed, form(posture), accuracy(shooting success rate), and adaptability(performance ability). It means it is a much more step-forwarded educational method that the advantages of ICT learning and mentality training at the existing learning method were applied to the reality. Regarding the object of this study, it is a little bit unreasonable to generalize its study results in that it wasn't intended for national unit sampling. Therefore, in the future study, it is necessary to continue to advance the study that its representative-ness was supplemented through the balanced sampling between area and area, and between grade and grade.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the industry infra competence status between game and character industry and to investigate relational industry cluster by LQ index. Applying to relative LQ index was no. of company, the no. of employee and the amount of revenue of 2012 years between game industry and character industry. The regional cluster block composed of metropolitan block (Seoul, incheon & Kyunggi area) and regional blocks(kangwon, chungchung, daekung, honam, dongnam and jeju region). The results of this research are as follows. First, the competency level of the quantity estimation of game industry and character industry highly concentrated to Seoul, Incheon & Kyunggi block. In case of the inter industrial competency analysis including metropolitan block, the high competency level indicated among metropolitan block, kangwon, dongnam and jeju region. In case of except metropolitan, dongnam and jeju region indicated high OSMU possibility between two industry. The contribution of this research was assessment of regional game and character culture contents' industry competences. And this research suggested fact based quantitative analysis of OSMU accessibility and validity of game and character industry's competence.

Pavement distress and traffic accidents are caused by pot-hole. In addition, direct and indirect damages of road users are increasing, such as loss of life due to personal injury and damage to vehicles. Generally, the asphalt concrete pavements are continuously aging from the production process to the terminal performance period. Aging causes stripping due to cracks and moisture penetration and weakening the pavement structure to induce pot-hole. In this study, adhesion performance and moisture sensitivity were evaluated according to aging degree in order to investigate the effect of aging on asphalt pavement. As a result of the study, the viscosity of the asphalt binder was increased with aging and the bond strength of the aged was increased 2~3 times than that of the unaged. The results of accelerated aging test showed an increases in indirect tensile strength and the increase in the TSR (Tensile Strength Ratio) by 4.2~8.9 %. As a result, it is noted that the anti-stripping and adhesion performances of the aged asphalt concrete are improved compared to the unaged one under the aging conditions of asphalt binder coated on aggregates.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the penalty types and characteristics of world judo players. Using a total of 19,889 penalties in 9,737 matches at the World Judo Grand Prix, the team draws a difference in the types and time of fouls according to gender, weight class and time. Results Both foul play and warning showed gender differences, and both men and women affected warning rates in weight class and time classification. In addition, fouls caused by non-combat behavior and camouflage attacks have a forward direction of time, and a low time of fouling by heavyweight athletes. Judo athletes and leaders expect to be used as basic data based on scientific data, such as training, skills, tactics and motivation, taking into account the characteristics of the foul type. Requires follow-up studies of scoring relationships and winning factors.

This research applies both point-wise and pair-wise learning strategies within the learning-to-rank (LTR) framework to predict horse race rankings in Seoul. Specifically, for point-wise learning, we employ a linear model and random forest. In contrast, for pair-wise learning, we utilize tools such as RankNet, and LambdaMART (XGBoost Ranker, LightGBM Ranker, and CatBoost Ranker). Furthermore, to enhance predictions, race records are standardized based on race distance, and we integrate various datasets, including race information, jockey information, horse training records, and trainer information. Our results empirically demonstrate that pair-wise learning approaches that can reflect the order information between items generally outperform point-wise learning approaches. Notably, CatBoost Ranker is the top performer. Through Shapley value analysis, we identified that the important variables for CatBoost Ranker include the performance of a horse, its previous race records, the count of its starting trainings, the total number of starting trainings, and the instances of disease diagnoses for the horse.

경기변동(景氣變動)에 대한 중요한 판단자료인 산업생산지수(産業生産指數)는 음력에 따르는 구정, 추석 등의 기간 및 시점변동으로 계절적 요인이 불규칙하게 나타나게 되고, 이로 인하여 지수(指數)의 분석에 혼란이 야기되고 있다. 산업생산지수(産業生産指數)의 계절변동(季節變動)은 일차적으로 근로일수(勤勞日數)에 그 원인이 있는 것으로 판단된다. 본고(本稿)에서는 통상의 계절조정방법 대신에 근로일수를 고려하여 1일당 생산을 기준으로 산업생산을 분석하였다. 근로일수(勤勞日數)는 확정적(確定的)(deterministic)인 성격을 가지고 있어 계절성(季節性)의 변동에 대한 예측(豫測)이 가능할 뿐 아니라, 1일당 생산을 고려할 경우 각 관측치의 시간적 길이를 동일하게 함으로써 생산과 재고의 관계를 설정하는 것이 용이해진다. 생산(生産)과 재고변화(在庫變化)만을 이용한 간단한 오차수정모형(error correction model)을 설정하여 생산의 표본외구간(標本外區間) 예측(豫測)(out of sample forecasting)을 수행한 결과, 근로일수(勤勞日數)로 조정하였을 경우 예측력이 현저히 개선됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

Commercial fibers such as two kinds of micro-fiber, flannel, and cotton were analyzed for their nutrient solution absorption capacity to select hydrophilic mat used for the irrigation management by drainage level sensor in perlite bag culture. The selected mat was evaluated in terms of absorption capacity. Cotton had the highest absorption capacity and was revealed to be the most appropriate for the control system.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate PNF exercise, the athletic performances and the ability of exercise capacity in Taekwondo. Methods : This is a literature study with books and articles, seminar note and books for PNF international course. Results : The PNF exercise was efficient at improving flexibility and muscle strengthening in Taekwondo athletes. Kinematic characters of Yupchagi and Dollyuchagi in Taekwondo were analogous to Lower extremity Flexion-Abduction-Internal Rotation patterns in PNF, and the kinematic character of Apchagi was to analogous to Lower extremity Flexion-Adduction-External Rotation pattern in PNF. Movements of Upper extremities and Lower extremities during kicking were similar to PNF patterns. The PNF is efficient at improving athletic performances and the ability of exercise capacity in Taekwondo. Conclusion : The result of this study showed that PNF patterns and kicking that is one of the basic movement in Taekwondo have many similarities. With that PNF patterns was the training methods to improve flexibility and muscle strengthening, PNF patterns are considered to improve athletic performances and the ability of exercise capacity in Taekwondo.

1990년대 후반 정부는 경기부양의 일환으로 창업보육센터(Business Incubatir: BI)를 전국에 설치·운영하도록 지원하였다. 창업보육센터를 통해 벤처기업이 스스로 자생력을 갖출 수 있는 시기까지 시설, 기술, 행정, 경영지원 뿐만 아니라 입주지원까지 다양한 지원 역할을 수행해오고 있다. 특히 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램은 입주업체들의 기업 성장에 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 이러한 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램이 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 최근 조직문화에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 조직문화는 스타트업을 움직이는 심장이며 그 영향력은 실핏줄을 타고 회사의 가장 사소한 결정에까지 미친다. 조직문화마저 없다면 스타트업은 제품, 브랜드 무엇 하나 제대로 갖추지 못한 그저 꿈을 쫓는 집단에 지나지 않을 것이다. 본 연구는 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램 서비스품질 구성요인 인 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성과 스타트업에게 중요한 원동력이 되는 실천중심설계가 교육만족, 조직문화 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 아울러 교육만족이 조직문화에 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구를 진행하고 가설을 검증함으로써 학문적, 실무적으로 유용한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the knowledge, awareness, safety-climate and performance of standard precautions for healthcare-associated infection control and to identify the factors that influence the performance of standard precautions among nurses in small- and medium-sized hospitals. The subjects of this study were 151 nurses who worked for more than 1 year in 6 small to medium-sized hospitals (less than 300 beds). The data was collected using self-report questionnaires from January 15 to February 15, 2018. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS Statistics 22.0 program. The mean score for safety climate and performance of standard precautions showed significant differences according to the working department. There were significant positive correlations among knowledge, awareness, safety climate, and performance of standard precautions. The factors influencing the performance of standard precautions were safety climate and awareness. The explanatory power of the performance of the two variables was 23.3%. Based on the findings, it is necessary to improve the safety-climate and continuous educational program, and administrative support should be provided to improve nurses' performance of standard precautions for healthcare-associated infection control in small- and medium-sized hospitals.
