In this paper, we will make a model that finds optimal phase for each crossroad. When the traffic volume, traffic capacity, and the lane width of every direction is given for each crossroad, we aim to find the most efficient phase. We established an evaluation function that evaluates the efficiency of each phase using the values of the average waiting time in one direction, the average delay time, the standard deviation of the delay time, and the average delay time in each direction. The time allocation to optimize a phase pattern can be obtained by using the gradient decent method. Through this research, we hope to decrease the waiting time in transporation, thus improving the overall traffic condition in cities.

This paper documents a holistic study of the kidney and its symptom. To this end, the relationship between internal organs and its diseases have been studied from th e viewpoint of the connecting role of the kidney channel of foot-shaoyin. The results of this study are as follows; The function of the kidney has specific re lations with the liver, lung, heart, urinary bladder, throat, tongue, chest, sole of the foot, inside of the thigh and waist. These mutual relations reflect the pathological changes of the kidney. So physiological function and symptom of the kidney can be better understood throu gh the connecting role of the kidney channel of foot-shaoyin on the concept of the organism as a whole. This is the key of the clinical treatment based on the precept sof oriental medicine.

Most accidents caused by road icing in winter lead to major accidents. Because it is difficult for the driver to detect the road icing in advance. In this work, we study how to accurately detect road traffic emerging risk using AutoML and CNN's ensemble model that use both structured and unstructured data. We train CNN-based road traffic emerging risk classification model using images that are unstructured data and AutoML-based road traffic emerging risk classification model using weather data that is structured data, respectively. After that the ensemble model is designed to complement the CNN-based classification model by inputting probability values derived from of each models. Through this, improves road traffic emerging risk classification performance and alerts drivers more accurately and quickly to enable safe driving.

The bus transfer system has been extended from Seoul to Gyonggi province to provide better Seoul metropolitan area transit service in September, 2008. Moreover, the curved bus routes, except existing rapid bus routes, which cause longer travel time have been straightened out. Also, the Skip Stop operation suggested by passengers has been introduced to main stops in the newly added express bus lines. This study surveyed passengers service satisfaction for the recent adopted bus policies such as the transfer discount system and the express bus system in Seoul Metropolitan area. The survey results may be important foundation for future strategies for improvement. The survey included questionnaires about the importance and the satisfaction level on both quantitative and qualitative factors. The results were statistically analyzed by the modified IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). As the result of the survey, the newly adopted services such as fare system, fare discount on transferring, travel time savings and increased number of stops are economically feasible and satisfactory, whereas the accessibility to stops, ventilation and air quality in vehicles are the priorities to be improved. Also, the safety and the information system is in need of improvement.

한진중공업에서 시중 중인 남양주시 관내 국도대체 우회도로 사능-호평 도로공사는 서울 지방 국토 관리청에서 발주한 공사로서 국도 46호선 중 경기도 남양주시 진건읍 사능리에서 남양주시 호평동까지의 도로공사이다. 기존도로가 시가지 팽창으로 인해 교통체증이 점차 극심하게 됨에 따라 이를 해소하고 경기북부 및 강원도 지방의 위락시설과 관광시설의 효과적인 접근 및 이동, 호평택지개발 입주민들의 원활한 교통소통을 도모할 목적으로 건설되고 있는 현장을 찾았다.
