Noise Analysis and Warning System Using Arduino (Arduino를 활용한 소음 분석 및 경고 시스템)

  • 본 연구에서는 소음 센서와 진동 센서를 사용하여 층간소음 정보를 받아 기준치를 초과하면 소음 제공자에게 경고를 할수 있는 소음관리 시스템을 제안하였다. 소음 정보를 입력 받아 경고를 하는 알고리즘을 처리하기 위해 아두이노 보드를 사용하였고, 여러 주소로부터 전송되는 다수의 센서들을 적은 전력으로 전송할 수 있도록 Wi-fi shield와 MQTT 앙상블 데이터 전송방식을 적용하였다. 전송된 정보들은 Firebase 플랫폼을 통해 사용자들이 쉽게 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 또한 저장된 대용량의 데이터에 대한 체계적인 관리를 위해 R 프로그램을 이용하여 데이터의 특징을 분석하였다. 제안된 시스템의 기능 및 동작을 실험한 결과 정상적으로 동작함을 확인하였다.

A Study on the Vehicle Black Box with Accident Prevention (사고예방이 가능한 차량용 블랙박스 시스템에 관한 연구)

  • A vehicle black box helps to investigate the cause of accident by recording time, and videos as wells as shock information of the time of accident Lately, intelligent black box with accident prevention as well as existing functions is being studied. This paper proposes an applicable algorithm for vehicle black boxes that prevent any accident likely to occur while a car is parked, like robbery, theft or hit-and-run. Proposed algorithm provides object recognition, face detection and alarm as the object approaches car. Tests on the algorithm prove that it can recognize an approaching object, identify and set alarm if needed, depending on each risk level.

  • Variable message signs (VMS) are a useful tool for providing real-time traffic information to drivers. In particular, effective warning information provision leading to safer driving would be an important countermeasure to prevent traffic accidents. The purpose of this study was to identify users' preferences for traffic safety warning information formats. A variety of warning information scenarios using text and pictograms were devised and investigated for the purpose of selecting more effective methods to provide warning information. A portable variable message sign (PVMS) was used to evaluate users' preferences. The results of this study can be used for designing better warning information for the enhancement of traffic safety.

  • 본 논문은 침입 시나리오를 모델하고, 침입의 진행을 시뮬레이션할 수 있는 IDPN을 제안한다. 제안된 IDPN은 기존의 상태변환 다이어그램[1]이나, 퍼지 페트리 넷[2]의 기능을 강화한 것으로, 협동침입과 재침입을 탐지할 수 있고, 침입의 진행에 따른 경고를 발생할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

  • Advanced safety vehicle (ASV) equipped with intelligent drivers advisory functions for controlling vehicle to follow the lead vehicle and/or warning drivers on forward traffic impediments according to the roadway and traffic circumstances has been recently developed and on the market internationally. Standardization processes for ASV system functions have been issued in IS0/TC204 Working Group 14 (Vehicle/Roadway Warning and Control System) since 1995. Research projects developing test and evaluation technologies for ASV in establishing safety standards and/or conformity related to the national roadway and traffic circumstances are under study internationally. In Korea, an integrated test and evaluation Program was developed for the assessment of adaptive cruise control (ACC) system under the ITS research and development projects funded by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation (MOCT). This paper demonstrates the integrated test and evaluation Programs for ACC system based on the draft international standard with related to the domestic roadway and traffic conditions. Field tests fulfilled under the scenarios based on the integrated test & evaluation programs for ACC system are discussed along with a review of earlier research work regarding international standards and the safety regulations.

  • Two perspectives on developing better decision capabilities for a warranty system can be identified: one involving the inclusion of a 'learning' module and the other the inclusion of a 'prioritization' capability. This paper demonstrates how a warning process can be included in a warranty system by coupling with a neural network's learning capabilities. In addition to the neural network, a method is employed for assigning priorities to warning criteria by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Thus, it is possible to construct an integrated system with three components: the warranty system, the AHP module, and the neural network system. A case study is provided to enhance the accuracy of warning/detection judgment in a warranty system for automobile companies, having many factors related to the warranty system.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 휴대폰이나 무선호출기가 가진 양방향 데이터 전송기술을 활용하여 혈압자료를 주기적 혹은 수시로 송신하고 개인별로 축적된 건강관련데이터를 이용하여 혈압과 관련된 심혈관 질환을 예측하는 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 크게 5가지 모듈로 구성되어 있다. 첫째는 가정용 혈압측정기에 무선 데이터 전송 기능이 부가된 혈압측정 및 전송장비이다. 둘째는 무선데이터 송수신을 위한 데이터 전송과 관련된 시스템을 구축하는 부분이다. 셋째는 수신된 개인별 혈압 데이트를 DB화하고 이를 자동으로 검사하여 혈압 이상변동 여부를 수시로 확인하고, 필요시 본인에게 경고 메시지를 보내어서 담당의사와 상의하거나 병원에 가서 정밀진단을 받도록 사전에 건강 이상상태를 경고해 주는 조기경보시스템이다. 넷째는 의사의 전문지식과 개인별 혈압자료를 기초로 하여 인터넷 상에서 스스로 심혈관 관련 질병을 진단해 볼 수 있는 인터넷 기반 심혈관 질병 진단 시스템의 구축이다. 다섯 번째로는 이러한 모든 기능이 복합된 전체 시스템을 통합하고 각 부분을 연결하는 시스템 인터페이스 및 사용자가 아주 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 하는 사용자 인터페이스 부분이다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위한 전체 시스템의 프레임웍을 제시하고 혈압과 의사의 전문지식에 기초한 심혈관 질병 진단 전문가 시스템에 대하여 구축하고자 한다.

  • Situation awareness means recognizing everything necessary to understand progress in a flight or aircraft maintenance work. Situation awareness is based on more than simply recognizing important about the environment, and it is important to provide the meaning of information in an integrated form. The KHP provides the pilot with integrated situation display for an integrated form of situation awareness and warning that synchronizes the priority based audible signal with the visual signal. Provide integrated display and warning to reduce operator error and enable operators to focus on mission critical tasks and events. This paper introduces the integrated situation display and warning design implemented in the KHP.

  • An aircraft collision accident is a disaster that causes great losses of inventories and lives. Though a collision avoidance warning function is provided automatically to pilots in the aircrafts by the enhancement of the aircraft capability, achieving fast decision-making to escape a collision situation is a complex and dangerous work for pilots. If an in-flight collision situation is controlled by the air traffic control system which monitors all airplanes in the air, it would be more efficient to prevent in-flight collisions because it can handle the emergency before the pilot's action. In this paper, we develop the collision avoidance warning function in the air traffic control system. Specifically, we design and implement the five stages of the collision avoidance function, and propose a visualization method which could effectively provide the operators with the trajectories and altitudes of the aircrafts in a collision situation. By developing an in-flight collision warning function in the air traffic control system that visualizes flight patterns through the state transition data of in-flight aircrafts on the flight path lines, it can effectively prevent in-flight collisions with traffic alerts. The developed function allows operators to effectively select and control the aircraft in a collision situation by providing the operators with the expected collision time, the relative distance, and the relative altitude while assessing the level of alert, and visualizing the alert information which includes the Attention-Warning-Alert phase via embodying the TCAS standard. With the developed function the air traffic control system could sense an in-flight collision situation before the pilot's decision-making moment.
