  • 일반적으로 인간은 외부로부터 정보의 85% 이상을 '시각'을 통해 얻고 있으며 색(色)-형(形)-Texture(質感)의 순으로 사물을 인식한다. 그래서 인간은 예전부터 위험상황에 대응하기 위해 대상의 정보를 신속하게 전달하는 수단으로 색채를 활용해 왔으며, 안전색채는 이러한 색의 속성을 이용 위험으로부터 안전을 확보하기 위해 적용되어왔다. 현재 안전에 관한 정보를 제공하는 시스템에는 언어나 문자사용을 가능한 한 사용하지 않고 안전표지를 국제적으로 표준화하여 사용하는 것이 바람직하며 실제로 국제표준기구(ISO)가 제정한 '안전색채 및 안전표지(ISO3864)'를 채택하거나 자국의 실정에 맞춰 일부 변경 사용하고 있다. 또한 안전표지는 색만이 아니고 그것을 표시하는 형까지 포함 사용되며 형태는 표시 물건에 따라 다양하며 또한 색채가 일으키는 심리 작용을 이용하여 주의를 환기하거나 위험을 경고하며 위험방지 및 긴급사태에 대한 대응을 목적으로 하고 있다. 안전색채 및 안전표지의 목적은 안전 및 건강에 영향을 미치는 대상물 및 장소에 신속하게 주의를 촉구하는데 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 안전색채와 안전표지에 대해 알아보고 이를 사용한 실례를 통하여 안전색채와 안전표지의 색채 및 디자인에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

  • South Korea is advancing the unmanned aircraft private commercial business. Unmanned aerial vehciles industry has been developing for several years also abroad. However, unmanned aerial vehciles industry, can be an accident occurs. Accident of unmanned aerial vehciles to occur material damage and casualties. Particularly if an accident because of a defect in the unmanned aerial vehciles has occurred, it is necessary to analyze the liability for this. The defect accidents unmanned aerial vehciles has been the different manufacturing and design product is intended, whether it is important how to prove to this. This is because, unmanned aerial vehciles are designed in any intent of the original, it is impossible to victims know. So imposing a responsibility to prove the design by the manufacturer intended consumer is not fair. Moreover, the consumer, it is necessary to prove only that the product is one that normally dangerous lacked safety can be expected. This is a detailed issue of judgment of defects of unmanned aerial vehciles, the manufacturer to bear the accountability. In the case where the defect on the display of the unmanned aircraft is a problem, and if it reasonable indication, it is not appropriate to be required to prove that it was possible to prevent damage to the victim.

  • Countries around the world have already taken direct and indirect measures to warn of the harmful effects of mobile phone electromagnetic waves. On the other hand, in the Republic of Korea the installation of Wi-Fi has been expandedwithout restrictions by location, and there is a widespread atmosphere of protesting human rights violations even if young students cannot use mobile phones, ignoring problems caused by the use of mobile phones. Human brain cells are increasingly exposed to electromagnetic waves of mobile phones as the penetration rate of smartphones grows.In order to solve the long-lasting question of whether electromagnetic waves from mobile phones will harm the human body, many studies are being conducted in various countries around the world, andthe recently published findingshave warned of the potential for harm. The labeling of electromagnetic waves alone is not sufficient to raise awareness about the dangers of electromagnetic waves. It is necessary that the Republic of Korea organize and operate a national electromagnetic wave research center in line with its status as an IT powerhouse, along with the revision of the Radio Wave Act, which directly warns the public about the hazards of mobile phone electromagnetic waves and can directly impose obligations on the mobile phone industry.

The relationships of rough & tumble play and children's social language use (유아의 사회적언어 사용과 거친 신체놀이의 관계)

  • This study was designed to examine the relationships between rough and tumble play and children's social language use. The subjects were 90 children in a nursery school in N city. The data was analyzed using the Pearson correlation and stepwise regression. The results were as follows. First, there was a significant positive relationship between rough and tumble play, and the children's social language use. Second, the children's social language use' sub valuables had an effect on rough and tumble play. In particular, 'demand of action' has negative effects on the 'pull and push', and 'catch'. Furthermore, 'rejection' has negative effects on 'collapse' and 'rush'. This suggests that a rough and tumble play program can be developed to enhance the children's social language use.

Development of Slope Information Retrieval and Real-time Warnings System for a Landslide Disaster Reduction from Mobile Environments (모바일 환경에서의 산사태 재해 저감을 위한 사면 정보 검색 및 실시간 경고 시스템 개발)

  • This paper describes a development of next generation information remote retrieval and warning system that enables the user to make slope information retrieval remotely for a rockfall and landslide disaster reduction from mobile environments. And this system will be able to warn with a real-time stability condition about the slope which circumference are contiguous in standard user location. Slope information which provides to the user, become the service which upgrades from depth deep information directness will be able to confirm in order from field with applies multimedia style information which is various. In order to retrieve slope information with the wire and wireless internet from the remote place, we used mobile PC carrying is simple. Also this system attached GPS receiver to mobile PC in order to confirm user location as a real-time from the electronic map from field. Specially this system user location divide the safety of the slope which within the area where are fixed in the center are representative with 'safe area', 'collapse area' and 'collapse forecast area' etc. And to indicate with the icon of each other different color simultaneously in the electronic map. With like that reason, this system which sees the user even while moving safety condition about circumferential slope from the electronic map is having the strong point will be able to grasp with a real-time in one eye. Also warning message leads at the case real-time when the collapse will occur in specific slope, to inform to the user. Therefore this system which sees will be able to reduce the disaster which is caused by in landslide a very big strong point and has.

접착 테이프형 액체 누설 감지 박막 센서

  • 액체 누설을 감지하는 센서를 개발하였다. 이 센서는 경보 장치를 포함하며 접착 테이프형태의 박막 센서이다. 센서는 총 4개의 층으로 구성되어 있다. 각 층의 명칭은 접착제층, 베이스 필름층, 기판 필름층, 보호 필름층이다. 감지선의 사용량을 최소화하여 기판 필름층 위에는 총 4개의 선이 있다. 전도선 3개와 저항선 1개이다. 4개의 선들은 기판 필름층에 전도성 은나노 잉크를 그라비어인쇄기를 이용하여 센싱 회로를 인쇄하였으며 이 기술의 이 센서의 가장 큰 특징이다. 누수 발생 시에 저항선과 전도선에 액체가 접촉되어 회로 상에 교차하는 내부저항의 전압 변화를 모니터링하여 누수를 감지하는 방식의 센서이다. 감지선에 전원을 양방향으로 번갈아 인가함으로써 수분의 저항 값 증가 및 양극화를 방지하였다. 그로 인해 기존의 센서에 비해 좀 더 안정적이고 정확한 감지를 할 수 있다. 설치 후 센서가 마모되거나 손상될 시 간단하게 재설치 할 수 있다는 장점도 있다. 액체 누설 후에도 별도의 건조시간이 필요하지 않다. 표면에 남아있는 액체를 제거하여 즉시 재사용하는 것이 가능하다. 액체누설 감지 시스템은 액체누설 감지 필름 센서를 포함하며, 표시부와 경고음 발생부 등 전체를 제어한다. 표시부의 누설 위치 표시 단위는 미터(m)이며 최소 0.1 m 단위까지 표시한다. 이 액체누설 감지 시스템을 이용하여 누설 위치 감지 실험 및 액체별 누설 위치 감지 실험을 진행하였다.

  • A ship can be considered as a large human-machine system and the interaction between worker and system affects the work performance and its efficiency. In the bridge if a ship, there exist many auditory signals as well as visual signals. However, only a few studies have been performed related to human recognition to alarm systems in the bridge. In this study, auditory icons and abstract sounds are compared to find more effective means if alarm systems. The study result shows that auditory icons are recognized faster than n abstract sounds. The result is expected to be use as a basic data for developing performance criteria q auditory display inside bridge and for designing integrated ship bridge alarm system.

  • This paper deals with implementation of intelligent head up display for vehicle safety system. The Implanted new intelligent transport system offer the potential for improved vehicle to driver communication. The most commonly viewed information in a vehicle is from the Head up display, where speed, tachometer, engine RPM, navigation, engine temperature, fuel gauge, turn indicators and warning lights provide the driver with an array of fundamental information. TFT LCD, LCD Back light led, plane mirror, lens and controllers parts were designed to head up display system. Finally, In this paper, we analyze intelligent head up display system for vehicle of driver safety.

Selection of Auditory Icons in Ship Bridge Alarm Management System Using the Sensibility Evaluation (감성평가를 이용한 선교알람관리시스템의 청각아이콘 평가)

  • In parallel with the development of ship equipment, bridge systems have been improved, but marine accidents due to human error have not been reduced. Recently, research in nautical bridge equipment has focused on suitable ergonomic designs in order to reduce these errors due to human factors. In a bridge of a ship, there are numerous auditory signals that deliver important information clearly to the sailors. However, only a few studies have been conducted related to the human recognition of these auditory signals. There are three types of auditory signals: voice alarms, abstract sounds, and auditory icons. This study was conducted in order to design more appropriate auditory icons using a sensibility evaluation method. The auditory icons were rated to have five warning situations (engine failure, fire, steering failure, low power, and collision) using the Semantic Differential Method. It is expected that the results of this study will be used as basic data for auditory displays inside bridges and for integrated bridge alarm systems.

  • This paper presents the on-vehicle information system that displays the states of the vehicle in brief words instead of symbols. Main functions of this system include a system check function, trip function, warning function, and clock function. With this system, a driver can obtain all sorts of useful information related to various conditions of the vehicle, and if any problem arises in the vehicle, he can recognize it by the displayed words with a warning sound. Also, this system is very helpful for safety driving because it displays whatever a driver wants to have concerning trip information. By experimental test and driving test, the development system shows good results for each function.
