The improvements of highly accurate and dense control networks are major requirements to carry out numerical surveying and a large scale mapping for cadastral renovation. In the most conventional photogrammetric solutions, adjusted control coordinates have been applied to block triangulations. However, this study, imploying real data and those of simulated as well, contributes to a simultaneously combined adjustment. It also contains such photogrammetric as photocoordinates and geodetic observations like distances, angles and hight differences. Its purpose is to introduce the improved results, despite it is not sufficient for the ground network. In addition, through the detection of gross error, more precise observational data can be selected for the better adjustment. All in all, the result of this study can be summarized as follows : First, even if the ground control points are not sufficient nor existed at all, the combination of pbotogrammetric and geodetic observations are improved its accuracy. Secondly, the case #2 is more accurate than that of #3, and the case #7 comes into close to that of #6.

Mapping and precise point determination by photogrammetry have been shown to be an economic solution. But control points are necessary to determine the exterior orientation parameters. Although the number of required control points has been reduced based on extended bundle adjustment and reinforced cross-strip, the ground survey is a significant factor of whole expenses in photogrammetry. The status of GPS-photogrammetry with kinematic DGPS-positioning to overcome this disadvantages, is now steadly progressive since the first possibility has been proved. The completed satellite configuration, powerful receiver function and upgraded software for kinematic DGPS-positioning have extensively improved the accuracy of combined bundle adjustment. So the research for the operational use of GPS-photogrammetry is absolutely necessary. The presented test field was designed for identification of subsidences in a coal mining area, flown with 60% sidelap and cross strips. Just with 6 control points and combined block adjustment instead of the traditionally used 21 horizontal and 81 vertical control points the same ground accuracy has been reached. The accuracy of kinematic GPS-positioning and combined block adjustment was independent upon the distance of the ground reference station. It also has been showed that the special model for the systematic error correction in the combined block adjustment.
The goal of this paper is to study the joint effect of factors of neural network teaming procedure. There are many factors, which may affect the generalization ability and teaming speed of neural networks, such as the initial values of weights, the learning rates, and the regularization coefficients. We will apply a constructive training algerian for neural network, then patterns are trained incrementally by considering them one by one. First, we will investigate the effect of these factors on generalization performance and learning speed. Based on these factors' effect, we will propose a joint method that simultaneously considers these three factors, and dynamically hue the learning rate and regularization coefficient. Then we will present the results of some experimental comparison among these kinds of methods in several simulated nonlinear data. Finally, we will draw conclusions and make plan for future work.

In SIR filter, fringing capacitances and discontinuities yield a distorted frequency response from those expected by design formulas, especially in higher frequencies. In this paper, a procedure is presented in order to compensate for fringing capacitances and step impedance discontinuities by EM simulation for a 5th order SIR filter. This method propose the procedure of tuning the coupling and the length of individual resonator by EM simulation. For the filter composed by the tuned resonators, no further tuning is required. The procedure is experimentally justified by comparing the measured data of the fabricated filter with the simulation results.
The effect of the reflectivity of both facets and the phase of a phase tuning section on the self-pulsation (SP) characteristics of multisection complex-coupled (CC) DFB lasers is investigated in terms of yield. The lasers are composed of two CC DFB sections and a phase tuning section between them. As the coupling strength and the coupling ratio (CR) decrease, the effect of the reflected fields from both facets and the other DFB section on the mode characteristics of one DFB section increases, so that the yield decreases. As the facet reflectivity increases, the maximum yield and the range of the phase of a phase tuning section with yield more than 60% decrease independent of the coupling strength and CR. The yield characteristics of CR=0.2 are better than those of CR=0.1 with the same coupling strength due to the larger complex coupling effect. The case with ${\mid}{\kappa}L{\mid}=3$ and CR=0.2 shows best yield characteristics among the cases considered in this work.
We investigate the effect of the reflectivity of both facets and the phase of a phase tuning section on the self-pulsation (SP) characteristics of multisection index-coupled (IC) DFB lasers composed of two index-coupled DFB sections and a phase tuning section between them in terms of yield. In the case of weak coupling strength, as the reflectivity of both facets increases, the effect of reflected fields from both facets and the other DFB section on the mode characteristics of one DFB section increases. Thus the number of mode hoping increases and yield decreases for the variation of phases of both facets. In the case of strong coupling strength, as the reflectivity of both facets increases, the spatial hole burning effect increases, so that the yield decreases. The maximum yield and the range of the phase of a phase tuning section with yield more than 40% decrease as the facet reflectivity increases irrespective of coupling strength. As the coupling strength increases, the variation of yield for the variation of the phase of a phase tuning section increases and the variation of the phase of a phase tuning section with the maximum yield for the variation of the reflectivity of both facets decreases. The yield characteristics of the cases with the coupling strengths of 2 and 3 are better than those with the coupling strengths of 1.2 and 4.

The empirical method is used to integration adjustment for the coordinates revision of a national control point but the existing values are not to be changed or changed with small variation by suitable datum selection (for example, fixed points). This paper treats the modified weighted station parameter adjustment by quasi-observations, and the method used only variance elements of existing coordinates which is substituted for all covariance elements. The movement detection of unstable points and the junction adjustment of new networks are successfully executed by the method, in integration of new secondary networks to old-secondary-triangulation points which are in the absence of the original observations in Korea. The investigation results reveal that the accuracy of old-secondary-triangulation points is ${\pm}16^{{\prime}{\prime}}$(${\pm}0.08m$), which results from the densification of test network and the analyses of old survey specifications. and is ${\pm}2.3^{{\prime}{\prime}}$ in fixing of old-secondary-triangulation points.

We investigate the pulsation characteristics in a multi-section DFB laser which is composed of one DFB section, phase tuning section, and gain section. Multi-section DFB lasers with anti-phase (AP) complex-coupled (CC) DFB structure show wide current ranges of gain and phase tuning sections fer stable pulsations compared to those with in-phase CC DFB structure or index-coupled DFB structure. For multi-section DFB lasers with AP CC DFB structure, the current range of a gain section for stable pulsations increases and the tuning range of the pulsation frequency increases as a coupling strength or a gain coupling coefficient increases Also, the tuning range using the phase variation in a phase tuning section increases. For a fixed coupling strength, the current ranges of gain and phase tuning sections for stable pulsations increase and the tuning range of the pulsation frequency increases as the length of a DFB section increases.

Real-time image georeferencing technologies are required to generate spatial information promptly from the image sequences acquired by a multi-sensor system. We thus derive a sequential adjustment algorithm based on the combined adjustment model. By adopting the sequential adjustment model, we develop a sequential AT(Aerial Triangulation) algorithm to georeference image sequences in real-time. The proposed algorithm enables to perform AT rapidly with the minimum computation at the current stage by using the results computed at the previous stage whenever a new image is added. Experiments with simulated data were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. The results of the experiments show that the georeferencing of each image took very short time and its accuracy was determined within ${\pm}4cm$ on the ground control points comparing to the results of the existing simultaneous AT.
