A study on the improvement of the method for calculating the inflow of dam reservoir using the distributed rainfall-runoff model (분포형 강우-유출모형을 활용한 댐 저수지 유입량 산정방식 개선에 관한 연구)

  • 다목적댐의 유입량은 댐 저수지 관리 및 운영에 있어 중요한 고려사항으로, 정확한 유입량을 사용하는 것이 필수적이다. 댐 저수지 유입량은 유역의 물수지분석, 홍수조절 의사결정 등 이·치수적 측면에서 활용도가 높으며, 특히 기후변화로 인한 홍수나 가뭄의 발생이 빈번해진 최근의 상황에서 위기경보 운영 등 재난관리 측면에서도 그 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 현재 우리나라에서는 댐 저수지 유입량 산정에 방류량과 저수지 수위를 활용한 물수지방정식에 의한 방법을 공식적으로 활용하고 있다. 그러나 물수지방정식을 이용하여 계산된 유입량은 평수기와 갈수기 오차가 크고 음의 유입량 값이 발생하는 등 지속적인 개선의 필요성이 제기되었다. 이를 보완하기 위해 댐 저수지 직상류부 하천의 수위 측정치로부터 수위-유량곡선을 통해 유량을 산출하고, 그 값을 활용하여 댐 방류량을 추정하는 방법이 제시되었다. 그러나 직상류부 수위 측정이 불가능한 저수지에는 활용이 어렵기 때문에 다양한 지점에 적용할 수 없다는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 댐 저수지 유입량 산정방식의 한계를 보완하기 위해 수위계측이 어려운 지점에서도 유량 계산이 가능한 분포형 강우-유출모형 GRM(Grid based Rainfall-runoff model)을 연구에 활용하였다. 한강권역 내 K-water 운영 다목적댐인 소양강댐, 횡성댐, 충주댐 직상류부 유량과 분포형 강우-유출모형으로 계산된 유량을 비교하여 모의 유량자료의 활용성을 검토하였다. 다음으로 댐 유입지점-상류 관측지점 간 유량의 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 상류 하천에 흐르는 유량으로부터 댐 유입량을 계산할 수 있는 관계곡선식을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 댐 유입량 산정방식은 관측지점의 다양성과 결과의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있다는 측면에서 기존 방식 개선에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한 분석 절차의 표준화나 결과에 대한 다양한 검증이 이루어진다면, 홍수 및 가뭄의 위기경보 발령에 대한 참고자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

Development of ViscoElastoPlastic Continuum Damage (VEPCD) Model for Response Prediction of HMAs under Tensile Loading (인장하중을 받는 아스팔트 혼합물의 점탄소성 모형의 개발)

  • The objective of this research was to develop a VEPCD (ViscoElastoPlastic Continuum Damage) Model which is used to predict the behavior of asphalt concrete under various loading and temperature conditions. This paper presents the VEPCD model formulated in a tension mode and its validation using four hot mix asphalt (HMA) mixtures: dense-graded HMA, SBS, CR-TB, and Terpolymer. Modelling approaches consist of two components: the ViscoElastic Continuum Damage (VECD) mechanics and the ViscoPlastic (VP) theory. The VECD model was to describe the time-dependent behavior of HMA with growing damage. The irrecoverable (whether time-dependent or independent) strain has been described by the VP model. Based on the strain decomposition principle, these two models are integrated to form the VEPCD model. For validating the VEPCD model, two types of laboratory tests were performed: 1) a constant crosshead strain rate tension test, 2) a fatigue test with randomly selected load levels and frequencies.

How perceptions of inter-party conflict influence partisan affect: The moderating role of party identification (당파적 편향에 따른 책임 귀속: 여야간 갈등인식과 정당 호감도를 중심으로)

  • This study examines the relationship between individuals' perceptions on party conflict and affective polarization. It pays particular attention to party identification as a moderating variable. Using a survey conducted in the context of the 2014 Korean local election, the present study hypothesizes that perceiving serious inter-party conflict in the political arena is likely to increase negative feelings toward out-group political party among partisans only. Not only do the results confirm our hypothesis but suggest that conflict perception leads to affective polarization among partisan voters. This paper contributes to our understanding of the mechanism that links the attribution of blame to out-group political party for legislative gridlock with ever-growing affective polarization of the electorate.

  • In this paper, about a lightweight design that satisfies the performance of UHF-GPS Antenna used in autonomous underwater vehicle is proposed. Structural analysis, watertight external pressure test and non-destructive testing used in the design process are decided in consideration of structural safety for operating external forces in the underwater environment. First, the material of radome is selected for the performance of the UHF-GPS Antenna for communication with the carrier on the underwater operation in consideration of the 20 bar pressure generated. And the material of radome as PA-GF is selected by conducting electromagnetic field analysis and structural analysis and by considering high strength, rigidity and high dielectric constant. Electromagnetic field analysis and structural analysis by the thickness of radome are additionally performed in order to satisfy the required weight of UHF-GPS antenna. After selecting the final model, its structural safety is verified through watertight external pressure test and non-destructive testing.

Design of electric skateboard with gearbox (기어박스가 장착된 전동 스케이트보드 설계)

  • Recently, electric skateboards have been used as a means of personal transportation due to their convenience and simplicity of operation, but the conventional skateboards driven by timing belts or hub motors have disadvantages such as low driving torque, high current and vibration. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new type of electric skateboard that can run at high speeds for long periods of time so that it can be used as a auxiliary means of transportation. The planetary gear and motor unit are combined and installed inside one drive wheel, and power is supplied to the wheel through the integrated driving unit to prevent high currents and enable high-speed driving. First, the allowable current and running speed of the electric skateboard were set for efficient personal transportation and the appropriate reduction ratio, modules, and planetary gear dimensions were determined by comparing the torque required for the wheel axis and the maximum output torque of the motor. Additionally, an appropriate suspension device was added to reduce driving vibration for user convenience, and the feasibility of the proposed in-wheel gearbox was experimentally verified through fabrication.

Development and Validation of an Analytical Method for Determination of Fungicide Tridemorph in Agricultural Commodities Using LC-MS/MS (LC-MS/MS를 이용한 농산물 중 살균제 tridemorph의 시험법 개발 및 검증)

  • The purpose of this study was developed for the determination of tridemorph in agricultural commodities samples. Tridemorph residues in samples were extracted with acetonitrile, partitioned with saline water, and then purified using and aminopropyl ($NH_2$) SPE catridge. The purified samples were quantified and confirmed via liquid chromatograph-tandem mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) in positive ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). Matrix-matched calibration curves were linear over the calibration ranges (0.005~2.5 ng) into a blank extract with $r^2$ > 0.999. The limits of detection and quantification were 0.001 and 0.005 mg/kg, respectively. The average recovery ranged between 75.9% and 103.7% at different concentration levels (LOQ, 10 LOQ, 50 LOQ, n = 5) with relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 9.0%. An interlaboratory study was conducted to validate the method by Korea Advanced Food Research Institute. The average recovery ranged between 87.0% and 109.2% at different concentration levels (LOQ, $10{\times}LOQ$, $50{\times}LOQ$, n = 5) with relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 8.0%. All values were consistent with the criteria ranges requested in the Codex guidelines (CAC/GL40, 2003) and Food Safety Evaluation Department guidelines (2016). The results prove that the developed analytical methods is accurate, effective and sensitive for tridemorph determination.

  • Most past studies on the Critical Success Factors of Company Informatization focused on the completeness of Informatization and its financial effect, and there have not been enough studies on whether a company's management strategies can be supported by establishing Informatization direction. This implies that there must be verification on the followings; whether Informatization focuses on steering the implementation of management strategies, what correlation there are between major mechanism factors and Informatization performance. This also implies that there must be a new study to re-interpret the existing success factors of Informatization into strategic management paradigm. The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the influence of subject, environment, resource, and mechanism factors on informatization achievement, and to analyze the differences in influence of informatization success factors on informatization achievement depending on domestic large corporations and SMEs. This study presented the verification results for seven research hypotheses. It was confirmed through empirical analysis that securing resource factor was significant in informatization performance and that all sub-factors of learning mechanism and coordination mechanism were also significant in enterprise informatization achievement. In addition, it was confirmed through the control effect analysis depending on enterprise size that the differences in informatization performance of large corporations and SMEs are due to support environment factor, learning mechanism, and selection mechanism. The implications of this study are as follows: First, the significance of mechanism factors such as learning, internal coordination, and external coordination are relatively higher than other factors in informatization achievement. Secondly, informatization success factors that SMEs must focus on achieving are presented by analyzing the differences on informatization achievement of large corporations and SMEs. Third, since empirical research for informatization success mechanism factors not covered empirically in the prior research was directly progressed, it is thought that it could provide a comprehensive understanding for mechanism factors. In addition, this study is thought to provide a practical contribution that can be applied to other industrial areas and enterprises.

소비효율성 개념을 이용한 혁신의 이해

  • 다양한 제품들이 존재하는 시장에는 타 제품에 비하여 품질대비 가격이 낮은 혁신적인 경쟁력있는 제품과 그렇지 못한 제품들이 혼재하고 있다. 그러나 정보의 부족(limited information), 제한적 합리성(bounded rationality) 등 여러 가지 원인으로 인하여 혁신적인 제품들만이 소비자들에게 선택되어 소비되는 것은 아니다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 현상을 설명하기 위하여 소비효율성(consumption efficiency)라는 개념을 도입, 제시하고자 한다. 만약 소비효율성이 극도로 낮다면 혁신적인 제품을 내어놓는다 하더라도 소비자들에게 선택되어 이윤이 발생될 확률이 낮기 때문에 생산자 입장에서는 혁신의 유인(innovation incentive)이 낮아질 수밖에 없게 된다. 이처럼 소비효율성의 문제는 혁신의 유인과 결과를 이해하는데 중요한 단초를 제공할 수 있게 된다. 이에 반하여 혁신을 이해하기 위한 기존의 분석틀은 생산경제이론(production economics)에 기반하고 있고, 효율성의 개념도 생산효율성(production efficiency) 혹은 기술적 효율성(technical efficiency)의 범주에서 다루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 소비효율성의 개념은 효용이론에 근거하고 있다는 점에서 기존 연구와 차별화된다. 본 연구는 효용함수 극대화이론에서 출발하여 경계헤도닉함수(frontier hedomic function)을 도출하는 이론적 유도과정을 제시한다. 실증분석을 위해서는 SFA(Stochastic Frontier Analysis)의 방법론 체계를 적용하였다. 제시된 분석틀은 국내 PC산업의 데이터에 적용되었다. 분석의 결과 몇 가지 가정하에 국내 PC산업이 약 13%정도의 비효율성을 안고 있는 것으로 판단할 수 있으며, 초기혁신구매자(early adopter)들은 일정 정도의 비효율성을 기꺼이 감수할 것으로 분석되었다. 궤적 분석에서는 각 산업별 기술의 특성을 분석하는 것으로, 특정 기술 지식의 활용 기간을 통해 기술 주기를 도출하고, 산업 내 평균 권리 청구 항목 수를 이용하여 각 산업의 기술 범위를 비교하였다. 각각의 동적 분석을 통해 시간에 따른 변화 양상이 관찰하였고, ANOVA 분석을 이용하여 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 현재의 기술 패러다임 내에서 Pavitt이 제시한 산업 분류의 근거를 보충 설명하였고 특허 정보를 이용하여 기술혁신의 산업별 유형에 대한 폭넓은 분석방법을 제시하였다.별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다..   • We manufactured the Vac-lok that can be applied to patient of special body shape and need to special set-up position and evaluated the usefulness in the radiation therapy. The manufacture Vac-lok, It was used EVA resin and biobeadform of a diameter 1.5 mm. carried out the test of functionality, structural and analyzed the relative reproducibility of phantoms and patients. During the total period of radiation therapy, Vacuum pressure bring variety to a very small amount in the test of functionality of the manufacture Vac-lok. But It was a negligible quantity. The manufacture Vac-lok improved the relative reproducibility of phantoms than the existing Vac-lok and tolerance has a confidence less than 4% error. Also, relative reproducibility of patient increased error than phantom in the antero-posterior and lateral plan. However, the maximum set-up error was less than ${\pm}\;2.3$ mm. In conclusion, If tolerance set-up error of radiotherapy is less than ${\pm}\;3$ mm, the manufacture Vac-lok was enough possible to use and improvement of reproducibility, considering supply with the Vac-lok made to measure of special patient that produced at a low price and without delay.

Conceptual Cost Estimating System Development for Public Apartment Projects (공공아파트 프로젝트 기획단계 공사비 산정시스템 개발)

  • At the conceptual phase of a construction project, estimated construction cost is very important as it significantly influences the owner's decision-making. Accurate cost estimating, in the early stage of a public construction project, serves as a critical factor because initial decision-making effects the final cost of a construction project. However in the cases of Korean public apartment projects, excluding a few of the public owners, there is a problem in properly estimating construction cost due to the lack of construction cost estimating system. Thus, this research developed a public apartment cost estimating system using case-based reasoning that was suggested by a previous research with 66 cases of Korean public apartment projects. Based on the system experiments involving 19 public officers and 10 cases of Korean public apartment projects, the effectiveness of the system in terms of estimation accuracy and user-friendly was confirmed. As a result, the developed system has an error range of 1.47% to 13.74% and mean of 6.15%. In addition, the system was evaluated that it could greatly improve the current estimation task of public officers. Consequently, the results of this research can be used as a foundation for a technological advance in estimating construction cost and improving the accuracy and consistency of construction cost estimation.
