Functions and Roles of Community Child Center Recognized by Practitioners (지역아동센터 운영자의 인식을 통해 본 지역아동센터의 기능과 역할)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify qualitatively and quantitatively practitioners' perceptions of functions and roles of community child center which plays a pivotal role in afterschool care in Korea. To achieve its purposes, we investigate environments, services, workers, service users, and delivery systems of community child center. As a result, 4 types of perception of community child center(service integration-oriented type focusing on professional workers, care-oriented type based on child care center's physical environment, delivering service-oriented type working in collaboration with schools, and individual case management-oriented type) were examined. These results were also classified into two categories. One focused on the importance of workers and supports for service environments. The other focused more on the functions of community child center to find commonality and originality in other afterschool care systems. This study can be valuable in understanding practitioners' different perception on functions and roles of community child center which have not yet been confirmed statistically. The results allow us to apply diverse practitioners' perceptions to the practice, and to elicit discussions regarding improved practice directions for managing community child center. It also can provide useful baseline data in policy decisions and enforcement.

A Correction of East Asian Summer Precipitation Simulated by PNU/CME CGCM Using Multiple Linear Regression (다중 선형 회귀를 이용한 PNU/CME CGCM의 동아시아 여름철 강수예측 보정 연구)

  • Because precipitation is influenced by various atmospheric variables, it is highly nonlinear. Although precipitation predicted by a dynamic model can be corrected by using a nonlinear Artificial Neural Network, this approach has limits such as choices of the initial weight, local minima and the number of neurons, etc. In the present paper, we correct simulated precipitation by using a multiple linear regression (MLR) method, which is simple and widely used. First of all, Ensemble hindcast is conducted by the PNU/CME Coupled General Circulation Model (CGCM) (Park and Ahn, 2004) for the period from April to August in 1979-2005. MLR is applied to precipitation simulated by PNU/CME CGCM for the months of June (lead 2), July (lead 3), August (lead 4) and seasonal mean JJA (from June to August) of the Northeast Asian region including the Korean Peninsula $(110^{\circ}-145^{\circ}E,\;25-55^{\circ}N)$. We build the MLR model using a linear relationship between observed precipitation and the hindcasted results from the PNU/CME CGCM. The predictor variables selected from CGCM are precipitation, 500 hPa vertical velocity, 200 hPa divergence, surface air temperature and others. After performing a leave-oneout cross validation, the results are compared with the PNU/CME CGCM's. The results including Heidke skill scores demonstrate that the MLR corrected results have better forecasts than the direct CGCM result for rainfall.

  • Earthworks are the fundamental steps in a construction job, and are mainly comprised of smaller tasks performed by construction machinery. The productivity of the construction job can be improved by optimizing excavation, filling, and other such operations. Earthworks involve a lot of mechanical work performed by the collaboration between various kinds of construction equipment, which in turn leads to higher fuel consumption. Actual earthworks depend mostly on the intuition and experience of the driver of the machines, thus leading to inefficiency and environmental problems caused by unnecessary emission of carbon, Recently automated and information-oriented technologies are consistently being researched towards the improvement of efficiency of earthworks in the construction industry. The present research involves the introduction and understanding of the decision-making elements of heuristics which can be applied to the earthwork planning. A method is also suggested for creating an effective work path for construction machine to perform task packages (TP) for cutting and filling processes. A simulation test is performed to verify the effectiveness of suggested methods in terms of space interference and total moving distance of construction equipment.

  • 최근에 경험적 지식을 체계화하는 방법으로 사례기반추론(CBR: Case Based Reasoning) 및 규칙기반추론(RBR: Rule Based Reasoning)이 여러 분야에서 이용되고 있다. CBR과 RBR이 각각 활용되기도 하지만 문제 해결의 정확성을 높이기 위해 복합된 형태로 사용되기도 하고, 흑은 효과적으로 문제를 해결하기 위해 문제 해결 단계별로 각각 사용되기도 한다 또한 데이터에서 지식을 추출하기 위한 세부 알고리즘으로는 인공지능과 통계적 분석기법 등이 활발하게 연구 및 적용되고 있다. 본 연구는 모니터의 핵심 부품인 섀도우마스크(Shadow Mask)를 개발하는데 있어 도면 협의부터 설계가지의 과정에 CBR과 RBR을 활용하고 발생되는 데이터를 이용하여 진화(Evolution)하는 지식기반시스템(Knowledge Based System)으로 구축하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 특히 도면 협의시 인터넷상에 웹서버 시스템을 통하여 규격 (User Spec.)을 생성하고 이를 이용하여 자동으로 도면이 설계되도록 하고 저장된 사례들을 공유할 수 있도록 하여 도면 검토 시간이 단축되고 검토의 정확성을 기할 수 있어 실패비용을 감소시켰다. 그리고 실제 설계시 CBR과 RBR을 활용하여 자동설계를 할 수 있게 하였고 현장에서 발생되는 데이터를 지식화하여 유사사례 설계가 가능하도록 하였다. 지식기반시스템은 신속한 도면 검토가 가능하므로 인원 활용이 극대화되고, 섀도우 마스크 설계자와 마스터 패턴 설계자 사이의 원활한 의사소통을 통해 고객과의 신뢰성 확보와 신인도 향상을 기대할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 그리고 고급설계자에게만 의지되어온 것을 어느 정도 해결할 수 있고, 신입설계자에게는 훌륭한 교육시스템이 될 수 있다.한 도구임을 입증하였다는 점에서 큰 의의를 갖는다고 하겠다.운 선용품 판매 및 관련 정보 제공 등 해운 거래를 위한 종합적인 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 이를 위해, 본문에서는 e-Marketplace의 효율적인 연계 방안에 대해 해운 관련 업종별로 제시하고 있다. 리스트 제공형, 중개형, 협력형, 보완형, 정보 연계형 등이 있는데, 이는 해운 분야에서 사이버 해운 거래가 가지는 문제점들을 보완하고 업종간 협업체제를 이루어 원활한 거래를 유도할 것이다. 그리하여 우리나라가 동북아 지역뿐만 아니라 세계적인 해운 국가 및 물류 ·정보 중심지로 성장할 수 있는 여건을 구축하는데 기여할 것이다. 나타내었다.약 1주일간의 포르말린 고정이 끝난 소장 및 대장을 부위별, 별 종양개수 및 분포를 자동영상분석기(Kontron Co. Ltd., Germany)로 분석하였다. 체의 변화, 장기무게, 사료소비량 및 마리당 종양의 개수에 대한 통계학적 유의성 검증을 위하여 Duncan's t-test로 통계처리 하였고, 종양 발생빈도에 대하여는 Likelihood ration Chi-square test로 유의성을 검증하였다. C57BL/6J-Apc$^{min/+}$계 수컷 이형접합체 형질전환 마우스에 AIN-76A 정제사료만을 투여한 대조군의 대장선종의 발생률은 84%(Group 3; 21/25례)로써 I3C 100ppm 및 300ppm을 투여한 경우에 있어서는 각군 모두 60%(Group 1; 12/20 례, Group 2; 15/25 례)로 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 대장선종의 마리당 발생개수에 있어서는 C57BL/6J-Apc$^{min/+}$계 수컷 이형접합체 형질전환 마우스에 AIN-76A 정제사료만을 투여한

Verifying the Voluntariness of the Location of Drunk Driving Accidents (음주운전사고 발생위치의 임의성 검증)

  • The cases of drunk driving accidents have been steadily increasing every year. The number of accidents was quadrupled from 7,303 cases in 1990 to 25,150 cases in 2004. In addition, the proportion of drunk driving accidents to total traffic accidents was 2.9% in 1990 but it increased to 13.0% in 2003. Studies of drunk driving accidents have been focusing on analyzing psychological decisive factors, classifying drivers' individual characters and types of drunk driving accidents by considering the location of drunk driving accidents. This study assumed that drunk driving accidents would have regular characteristics in respect to spatiality and analyzed its relation with spatial factors such as, accident black spot, the location of bars, the distance of drivers' houses, and spatio-temporal distributional characteristics through drawing density distribution and connecting the time of accidents. In order to achieve the goal of this study, the individual location information was organized and drawn as types of GIS data. From the result of density distribution using Kernel Density Mapping and analysis through the coefficient of areal correspondence, it was understood that drunk driving accidents correlates with some spatial factors.

문주란의 항산화효소 활성과 isoenzyme 패턴의 계절적 변화

  • 본 연구는 항산화효소의 효율적 생산을 위한 적절한 수확시기의 결정 및 산업적 가치를 검토하고자, 제주도에 자생하는 문주란 (Crinum asiaticum var. japonicum)에서 항산화효소 (SOD, peroxidase, catalase, APX) 활성과 isoenzyme 패턴의 계절적 변화양상을 조사하였다. SOD isoenzyme 패턴을 전기영동으로 살펴보면, 전체적으로 7개의 isoenzyme이 검출되었으며, 여름철과 겨울철에 있어서 뚜렷한 차이가 없을 뿐 아니라 일변화에 있어서도 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그리고 이들 isoenzyme은 $H_2O$$_2$와 KCN에 의한 선택적 저해로부터 1개의 Mn-SOD와 6개의 CuZn-SOD로 구분할 수 있었다. Catalase는 단일밴드로 나타났으며, 여름철이 겨울철에 비해 높은 활성을 보였다. Peroxidase는 전체적으로 4개의 isoenzyme이 검출되었다. 이 중 peroxidase 1은 효소활성에는 차이가 있지만 여름철과 겨울철에 모두 검출되었으며, 3개의 isoenzyme (peroxidase 2-4)은 겨울철에만 특이적으로 검출되는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 여름철에는 낮시간에 다소 높은 활성을 보였으며, 겨울철에는 낮시간보다는 새벽과 밤에 높은 활성을 보였다. APX는 8개의 isoenzyme이 검출되었으며, 여름철과 겨울철에 있어서 뚜렷한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보았을 때 SOD, catalase, peroxidase, APX 등 항산화효소의 산업적 생산을 위한 채취는 수확량을 감안하였을때 여름철이 적정 채취시기로 보인다. 그리고 문주란의 catalase와 peroxidase는 SOD나 APX는 달리 단일 밴드 또는 주요 밴드가 있고 높은 활성을 보여 정제시 유리하게 작용할 것으로 보인다. prospects will be also discussed.behaviors to ferromagnetic behavior was observed. Tunneling barrier called "decay length for tunneling" for the films having the thickness of Co layer from 1.4 to 1.6 nm was measured to be ranged from 0.004 to 0.021 ${\AA}$$\^$-1/.문에 기업간 관계를 연구하는 측면에서는 탐험적 연구성격이 강하다. 더 나아가 본 산업의 주된 연구가 질적이고 기업내부만을 연구했던 것에 비교하면 시초적이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 관계마케팅, CRM 등의 이론적 배경이 되고 있는 신뢰와 결속의 중요성이 재확인하는 결과도 의의라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 신뢰는 양사 간의 상호관계에서 조성될 수 있는 특성을 가진 반면, 결속은 계약관계 초기단계에서 성문화하고 규정화 할 수 있는 변수의 성격이 강하다고 할 수가 있다. 본 연구는 복잡한 기업간 관계를 지나치게 협력적 측면에서만 규명했기 때문에 많은 측면을 간과할 가능성이 있다. 또한 방법론적으로 일방향의 시각만을 고려했고, 횡단적 조사를 통하고 국내의 한 서비스제공업체와 관련이 있는 컨텐츠 공급파트너만의 시각을 검증했기 때문에 해석에서 유의할 필요가 있다. 또한 타당성확보 노력을 기하였지만 측정도구 면에서 엄격한 개발과정을 준수하지는 못했다. 향후에는 모바일 컨텐츠 파트너의 기업의 특성을 조사하여 관계성 변수와의 상호관련연구를 진행할 필요가 있다. 관계기간, 의존성, 거래처의 단/복수여부, 서비스 범주 등의 제반 변수를 고려하여 이러한 변수가 양사와의 관계성 변수에 어떤 영향이 있는가를 검증할 필요가 있다. 또한 신뢰, 결속 등 다차원의 개념

Demonstration of Developed Numerical Procedure to Describe 3-dimensional Long-term Behavior of the Pleistocene Marine Foundations (Pleistocene 해저지반의 3차원 장기거동 해석을 위해 개발한 수치해석 기법의 입증)

  • Kansai International Airport (KIX) was opened in September 1994. Although 26 years have passed since the completion of the first island, long-term settlement is still in progress. This settlement occurs in the Pleistocene layer. For it is not easy to determine the permeability of the Pleistocene sand layer because the thickness and the degree of fine content in the horizontal direction are constantly changing. In addition, it is also a difficult to predict the interactive behavior of the ground due to the construction of the second phase island adjacent to it. In order to solve this problem, a two-dimensional finite element analysis considering elasto-viscoplastic was performed to evaluate the long-term deformation, including the interactive behavior of the alternating Pleistocene foundation due to the construction of two adjacent reclaimed islands. In general, two-dimensional analysis can be used when a section can represent the entire sections. However, Kansai Airport is an artificial reclaimed island so two-dimensional analysis cannot solve the problem such as the stress deformation in the corners of the island. Additionally, the structure of the actual sub-ground through physical exploration is non-homogeneity and its thickness is also not constant. Therefore, there are limitations for the two-dimensional analysis to explain the phenomena. That is, three-dimensional analysis is strongly required. Due to these demands, the author extended the existing two-dimensional program capable of elasto-viscoplastic analysis to three-dimensional and completed the verification of the three-dimensional program developed through one-dimensional consolidation analysis. In order to demonstrate the validity of the developed 3D program that has been verified, an analysis is performed under the same analysis conditions as the existing research using a two-dimensional program. The effectiveness of the developed 3D numerical analysis program was demonstrated by comparing the analysis results with the 2D results and actual measurement data.

A Study on the Thermal Flow Analysis for Heat Performance Improvement of a Wireless Power Charger (열 유동해석을 통한 무선충전기 발열 성능 향상에 관한 연구)

  • In automotive application, customers are demanding high efficiency and various functions for convenience. The demand for these automotive applications is steadily increasing. In this study, it has been studied the analysis of heat flow to improve the PCB(printed circuit board) heating performance of WPC (wireless power charger) recently developed for convenience. The charging performance of the wireless charger has been reduced due to power dissipation and thermal resistance of PCB. Therefore, it has been proposed optimal PCB design, layout and position of electronic parts through the simulation of heat flow analysis and PCB design was analyzed and decided at each design stage. Then, the experimental test is performed to verify the consistency of the analysis results under actual environmental conditions. In this paper, The PCB modeling and heat flow simulation in transient response were performed using HyperLynx Thermal and FloTHERM. In addition, the measurement was performed using infrared thermal imaging camera and used to verify the analysis results. In the final comparison, the error between analysis and experiment was found to be less than 10 % and the heating performance of PCB was also improved.

The Effects of ETC-based Group Art Therapy : Focusing on the Parental Anxiety of Elementary School Students' Mothers (ETC 기반 집단미술치료의 효과성 연구: 초등학생 어머니의 양육불안 감소를 중심으로)

  • This study is aimed at verifying the effects of an ETC(Expressive Therapies Continuum)-based group art therapy program on reducing parental anxiety in first-grade elementary school students' mothers. An ETC program was composed based on the therapeutic factors of the ETC components. Seven mothers of first-grade students located in city A of Gyeonggi-do were selected as the subjects of the study. These mothers underwent 11 sessions of ETC-based group art therapy from April 18 to May 24, 2019, 1 to 2 times a week for 70 to 90 minutes. In order to verify the effectiveness of this research program, scores from pre- and post-parental anxiety scales were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 program. Results demonstrated that first, mothers' parental anxiety was significantly reduced after the ETC program participation. Second, changes in ETC component use throughout the program positively influenced reductions in parental anxiety. In conclusion, each participant experienced the opportunity to self-explore and self-understand at all levels of ETC with their preferred art medium, thereby lowering parenting anxiety. It is meaningful that through the ETC-based art therapy program, the client can be self-aware of his or her problem, and the client can decide the direction that is beneficial to them through voluntary media selection. In addition, it is meaningful that the ETC group art therapy is able to perform activities tailored to each individual.

The Effect of Multiple Voting Systems on Customer Participation (다중투표 시스템이 고객 참여에 미치는 영향)

  • One of the most important types of Customer Empowerment Strategy (CES) is select empowerment, where firms allow customers to vote on a product to be marketed. However, there is limited research on the advantages and disadvantages of select empowerment. In particular, there are few studies on the composition of a voting system. This study analyzes customer participation behavior, such as willingness to vote and strategic voting (i.e., voting for candidates not based on utility orders), under the different voting systems: 1) the number of votes per customer (single or multiple), and 2) the number of final choices (single or multiple). Uncertainty is proposed as a mediator that links the voting system difference and customer participation. Two research hypotheses are tested using multiple linear regression analysis and a natural effects model based on data from two online experiments. As a result, the multiple voting system (i.e., multiple winners are selected by customer votes) shows a direct positive effect on willingness to vote and strategic voting behavior. In addition, the result shows that uncertainty insignificantly mediates the relationship between the voting system and customer participation. Academic and managerial contributions are discussed with several future research directions.
