In this paper, we propose a design of automated electronic sanction system for management of six sigma projects. The proposed system performs diverse operations such as registering and choosing enterprise-wide enhancement project, managing schedules of the project, verifying the validity of the project, and thus managing the whole life cycle of the project. Each six sigma project is stored in the database repository for facilitation of its later use. The proposed system has been effectively applied in a Korean company, and thus, through the proposed system, we expect the effects of innovation-related and enhancement-related activities which six sigma is fundamentally pursuing.

This study aims to propose the adoption of a business management system, as well as suggest the functions and development directions for public organizations, which are required to establish the record management and information disclosure system under Government 3.0, rapidly respond to the needs for strengthening the responsibilities for explanation, and improve work efficiency. Recently, some of the public organizations that introduced the record management and information disclosure system adopted the Electronic Document System, which focuses on the function of electronic approval, and developed a records classification scheme for the system. This study aims to review the case of A organization, which recently developed an in-house records management system and established information strategy planning to adopt a customized business management system after establishing a business reference model throughout the organization, and suggests the directions of the electronic record production system for public organizations.

본 논문에서는 교무업무지원시스템의 하나인 WDCMS(웹기반데이터취합관리시스템)를 학교현장에 실제로 적용시켜 봄으로써, ICT(정보통신기술) 기반으로 일하는 방식을 개선하고 일상적으로 반복되고 중복되는 업무에서 탈피하고 지금까지 모든 내ㆍ외부 문서처리(공문, 비 공문서)의 수작업과 결재과정의 시간과 인적자원의 낭비를 개선함은 물론 업무의 정확성 및 효율성을 높여 신속한 업무처리로 교원의 업무 경감과 교사의 주된 업무인 교수 ㆍ학습활동에 전념 할 수 있도록 교육 여건을 개선하고, 나아가 교육 정보 자료의 효과적인 관리 및 활용으로 경쟁력 있는 선진교육 환경을 구축하고자 한다.

Nowadays, according to the change of educational environment, an alternative educational system, called cyber university system, is appeared. The appearance of the new system requires the new executive supports for administrative purposes. From this point of view, this paper tries to design and develop an XML-based document management system for the cyber university system. In order to manage and present the multimedia documents for Cyber university effectively, the proposed document management system is divided into 3 hierarchy structures: Generation of Documents, Storage of Documentation, and Search of Documentation. Based on our proposal for the system, the actual implementation is done for the demonstrative purpose. Both the construction of document manage system for the cyber university and modules for portal page are implemented using XML.

Cyber 대학의 활성화에 따른 연구는 강의 교재의 개발 등 효과적인 학습법 개발에 치중되고 있다. 하지만 Cyber 대학의 성패를 좌우할 수 있는 또 다른 주요 요소는 행정적인 뒷받침이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 Cyber 대학의 행정시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 특히 Cyber대학에서 필요로 하는 멀티미디어 문서를 효율적으로 관리하고 프리젠테이션 할 수 있는 XML문서관리시스템을 계층구조로 구성하였다. 전체 구성도는 XML을 기반으로 한 문서생성, 저장, 검색시스템으로 구성하였으며, 사용자측 구성에서는 문서의 등록, 수정 삭제를 수행하는 문서작성과 검색을 주요 기능으로 하는 일반사용자로 구성하였다. 연구자가 제안한 본 논문의 행정시스템 구현 환경에서는 문서를 등록하고 결재 및 열람하는 사용자로 구현하였다.

Companies recently tend to move their business sites to a customer-centered location and the work place is changed from specific time and place to a working environment of anytime and anywhere the job can be done. Therefore, the design and implementation of business-work management system using mobile applications has been actively researched. In this study, the business-work management system, a mobile application using GPS, is immediately transmitted to ERP system and is stored into a company's formula DB, at such sites outside the company as business trip destinations, training institutions, and outside meetings, through smartphone-based GPS location information using WiFi, 3G, LTE, or 4G. In this way, it is aimed to design and develop the mobile application system to obtain rapid authorization in connection with electro nic document approval system. Also, this study is to measure the system's productivity and expected effects through the users' survey results by actual application of the designed and developed system to companies.

본 논문에서는 비밀문서를 전자화하여 유통 시킬 수 있도록 하기위해 현재일반문서관리시스템을 분석하여 문서의 기안단계, 송ㆍ수신단계, 결재단계, 문서의 보관/저장 단계, 열람단계, 심사단계, 발송단계, 파기단계 까지를 포함한 전 과정에 수반되는 위험요소가 무엇인지를 파악하고, 각각의 보안 위험요소가 도출되고 나면 그에 상응하는 적절한 보안대책을 마련하는 방식으로 접근하여 비밀문서관리체제의 안전한 구축을 위한 보안 가이드라인을 제시한다.

기업 네트워크에서 안전하고 효과적이며 안정된 망 운영관리 환경 제공은 당면한 중요과제이며 기업 경쟁력의 핵심인 정보기술을 통한 생산성과도 연계성을 갖고 있다. 특히 전력통신망의 경우 전자메일, 회계관리, 전자결재, 도면자료관리 등의 데이터 통신망에서부터 IBM 온라인, 사내 방송망, 전력계통설비 원방 제어용 시스템들 간을 연결하는 EMS, SCADA 등 전골 수급용 전용 통신망에 이르기까지 다양한 종류의 통신망이 구축 운용되고 있다. 이러한 기업환경에서 통신망의 장애는 기업의 엄청난 손실을 야기할 수 있으며, 그에 따라 장애관리에 대한 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 하지만 현재의 장애관리시스템들은 네트워크에 장애가 발생하였을 경우 장애에 따른 결과를 받아서 네트워크 상태가 정상인지 비정상인지를 네트워크 운영자에게 보고하는 기능만을 제공하고 있다. 또한 네트워크 운영자는 장애가 발생한 사실만을 관리시스템을 통하여 통보 받을 뿐 장애에 대한 해결은 관리시스템과 별도로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문은 전력통신망을 대상으로 전력통신망이 지닌 네트워크 특성을 반영하며 네트워크 운영 과정에서 축적된 네트워크 운영자의 의견과 이에 대한 조치를 지식 데이터베이스화하여 지능적인 장애관리시스템을 제공하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 초 중등학교 종합정보관리 시스템을 개선하는 한 방법으로 장비관리 행정시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이 시스템에서는 시설 장비의 위치정보와 관리정보가 CAD 도면상에서 통합되어 양자간의 일관성이 보장된다. 구현된 장비관리 행정시스템은 AutoCAD 도면에 저장된 BOM 정보를 데이터베이스에 저장하는 기능, 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 이용하여 장비의 각종 현황을 조회할 수 있는 기능, 구매요청서를 작성하는 기능, 작성된 구매요청서를 행정라인에서 전자결재하는 기능, 구매요청서를 공문서 양식으로 인수하는 기능 등을 포함하고 있다.
