이 연구는 채소의 생산에서 가장 많은 노동력이 소요되고 단순ㆍ반복적인 결속작업의 기계화기술을 개발하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 논문은 이 연구의 제1보로서 채소의 결속작업실태를 조사분석하여 결속기의 개발방향을 설정하고, 채소의 이송 및 결속끈의 공급장치를 개발한 결과를 수록한 것이다. 채소의 결속작업은 철심이 내장된 끈을 사용하여 타원형으로 결속하고 있었으며, 작업자가 경험적으로 계량하여 결속된 단의 크기는 작물별 차이는 있으나 동일 작물에서 작업자간 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 결속기는 작업자가 채소를 공급하면 일정 길이의 결속끈을 사용하여 타원형으로 결속하여 배출하는 방식으로 개발한 필요성이 있다고 생각된다. 이를 위해서 결속기는 작업자가 채소를 용이하게 공급할 수 있으며 결속장치까지 흐트러짐이 없이 이송하는 채소의 이송장치, 결속끈의 길이를 조절하여 공급하는 결속끈의 공급장치, 이송된 채소를 결속끈을 꼬아서 타원형으로 결속하는 결속장치 등으로 구성되어야 할 것이다. 채소의 이송장치는 작업자가 채소의 일정량을 용이하게 공급할 수 있도록 폭의 조절이 가능한 트레이를 체인콘베이어에 부착한 구조, 결속끈의 공급장치는 압축력이 걸려 있는 우레탄 재질의 구동 및 종동롤러로 원하는 길이의 결속끈을 피딩하면 칼날로 절단하는 구조로 개발하였다.

결속성은 텍스트의 의미 관계 분석에서 주요하게 고려되는 요인 중 하나이다. 결속성이 높을 수록 텍스트 내 언어적 의미 관계가 긴밀한 것으로 볼 수 있기 때문이다. 사람에 의한 텍스트 결속성 분석은 주관이 개입되는 문제를 배제할 수 없는데, 영어에는 TAACO라고 불리는 결속성 자동 측정 도구가 있어 다양한 지표들로 텍스트의 결속성을 측정하고 있다. 그러나 한국어에는 이와 같은 텍스트 결속성 자동 측정 도구가 거의 없으며, 관련 연구도 상당히 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 한국어 텍스트의 의미 관계 분석을 위한 결속성 지표를 정의하고, 한국어의 특성에 맞는 결속성 측정 도구인 KorCAT을 제안한다.

In the pursuit of sustained innovation within industries, the consistent emergence of high-growth potential startups is imperative. Despite the government's implementation of diverse investment-based policies aimed at fostering startup initiation, the inherent probability of post-establishment failure for startups remains substantial. This study examines the impact of internal factors on organizational commitment and corporate performance in startups. It emphasizes the significance of learning and networking orientation for commitment across various organizational aspects. Innovativeness affects emotional and normative commitment but not continuance commitment. Financial attributes and global orientation influence continuance commitment, while affective and continuance commitment significantly impact startup performance. Normative cohesion, however, does not significantly affect performance. These findings offer insights for optimizing human resource utilization in startups, benefiting both companies and governments in the evolving startup landscape.

This study aims to explore emotional closeness between grandparents and grandchildren in Korean families with a focus on the lineage. The effects of the geographical proximity and the normative aspect as well as intergenerational financial, instrumental, and emotional supports were taken into consideration to accounting for the grandparent-grandchildren affective solidarity. Research questions are addressed using the data of "Survey on Generational Solidarity and Differences in Cultural Experience and Perception in Korea", and a series of multinomial regression model were conducted. Findings indicate that the salient factor to boost grandchildren's affective solidarity with paternal grandparents is financial transfers between grandparents and parents. By contrast, all types of intergenerational supports affected grandchildren's emotional closeness toward maternal grandparents. Geographical proximity was associated with the affective solidarity between grandchildren and maternal grandparents. The effects of normative solidarity were not shown at both lineages.

The research project was conducted to develop a paper bagging machine for grape. This technology was aimed to highly reduce a labor for paper bagging in grape and bakery. In agriculture labor and farm population has rapidly decreased since 1980 in Korea so there was so limit in labor. In particular there is highly population in women and old age at rural area and thus labor cost is so high. Therefore a labor saving technology in agricultural sector might be needed to be replaced these old age with mechanical and labor saving tool in agriculture. The following was summarized of the research results for development of a paper bagging machine for grape. 1. Development of a new paper bagging machine for grape - This machine was designed by CATIA VI2/AUTO CAD2000 programme. - A paper bagging machine was mechanically binded a paper bag of grape which should be light and small size. This machine would be designed for women and old age with convenience during bagging work at the field site. - This machine was manufactured with total weight of less than 350g. - An overage bagging operation was more than 99% at the actual field process. - A paper bagging machine was designed with cartridge type which would be easily operated between rows and grape branches under field condition. - The type of cartridge pin was designed as a C-ring type with the length of 500mm which was good for bagging both grape and bakery. - In particular this machine was developed to easily operated among vines of the grape trees. 2. Field trials of a paper bagging machine in grape - There was high in grape quality as compared to the untreated control at the application of paper bagging machine. - The efficiency of paper bagging machine was 102% which was alternative tool for the conventional. - The roll pin of paper bagging machine was good with 5.3cm in terms of bagging precision. - There was no in grape quality between the paper bagging machine and the conventional method. - Disease infection and grape break was not in difference both treatments.

본 연구는 결속장치(cohesive devices)가 과학텍스트의 읽기 속도와 내용 이해에 끼치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 연구의 목적을 위한 실험을 통해서 먼저, 텍스트의 문단별 읽기 시간을 측정하여 온라인 처리 과정을 검토하였고, 둘째, 회상과 재인 검사를 실시하여 오프라인 상태에서의 이해도를 조사하였다. 이 연구의 재료로 사용된 텍스트는 번개 생성과정에 대한 과학텍스트로서, 반복, 지시사, 정박(anchoring), 인과적 접속사 등의 결속장치를 이용하여 응집성(coherence)의 강도를 높고, 낮게 조작하였다. 실험 결과, 결속장치가 길속장치의 종류와 지엽적 응집성의 강도에 따라 과학텍스트 읽기와 이해에 선택적으로 영향을 끼친다는 것을 발견하였다. 첫째, 인과적 접속사는 읽기 시간에는 영향을 주지 않는 반면, 이해를 촉진했는데, 이 긍정적 효과는 과제의 종류에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 즉, 회상 검사 결과에서는 인과적 접속사가 쓰인 모든 문단에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으나, 재인 검사에서는 유의한 차이가 부분적으로만 나타났다. 둘째, 반복 결속장치는 다른 결속장치와 같이 발생할 경우에만 읽기 시간과 이해를 부분적으로 촉진하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째. 정박 결속장치의 영향은 읽기와 이해 두 처리 과정에 모두 선택적으로 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 인과적 접속사와 함께 쓰인 문단의 경우에는 회상 검사에서만, 반복 결속장치가 함께 쓰인 문단에서는 회상, 재인 검사에서 모두 긍정적 영향을 준 것으로 관찰되었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate three issues. First, we investigated four control mechanisms that might increase the franchisee's perception of franchiser commitment: a franchiser's TSIs, relational norms, monitoring, and qualification programs. Second, we proposed that appropriateness and efficacy of these control mechanisms in fostering franchiser commitment might be changed over the relationship life cycle. Third, we examined how bureaucracy and levels of franchiser's commitment related to relationship satisfaction. Through empirical analysis, research results indicate that a franchiser's TSIs and relational norms are positively associated with the franchisee's perception of franchiser commitment. In detail, what increase franchisee's perception of franchiser commitment in short-term relationship are franchiser's TSIs but relational norms are more important in the long-term relationship. In addition, the results show that franchisee's perception of franchiser commitment, participation and formalization are positively related to relationship satisfaction.

Purpose - This study aimed to investigate the correlation between the social activity of the elderly and recognition of family cohesion of the elderly who are exposed to the current aging society. In addition, the study has delved into the method of family cohesion improvement through the differences between groups based on the mediator effect of how the results have effects on the elderly's self-control capabilities. Research design, data, and methodology - This study has targeted the elderly who are attending the elderly university among users in seven community centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area. The study has also conducted a survey by the format of a half-structured questionnaire. It is aiming to investigate the elderly's family cohesion with children and their self-control capability, and understand their satisfaction of social activity to help successful elderly life. The study has suggested the following as mentioned. First, the study analyzed that the perceptual factor of family cohesion with children would be deducted based on advanced researches. Second, the influencing relationship would be analyzed through the relational analysis between the elderly's family cohesion and social activity. Results - The family cohesion with children has a significant effect on psychological happiness and it showed the influencing relationship with improvement of the elderly's self-control capability. Therefore, creating fellowship through meaningful conversation with children would be needed. In addition, various programs and consultant service would be offered to build healthy relationship between aged parents and their children. Through this, the elderly will be able to have not only better relationships with their family, but also increased psychological health and well-being as well. Conclusions - It is needed that not only supporting policies for children who take care of aged parents but also that the elderly who need long-term care could meet their children whenever they want through increased numbers of sanatoriums operated by cities and countries. In addition, the nation would offer financial and administrative support continuously so that people receive the benefits from sanatoriums located in the locality of children's residence beyond the elderly's residence. Moreover, social infra would be established as well.

Customer's reward program is a prevailing promotional technique. Recently, both management and marketing fields have been interested in the failure of customer's reward program. However, there are few empirical research regarding this. Therefore, this study examined a research model that employs justice in processing of customer's reward program perceived by customer to explain commitment(calculative commitment, affective commitment) and complaining behavior which is mediated by negative affect. Data was collected from the customers who dissatisfied with their reward programs. For the analysis, frequency, cronbach' ${\alpha}$ and path analysis were used as statistical test tool. Additionally, SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0 were used for analyzing the hypotheses. As a result, proposed structural model largely supports the hypothesized framework and the major findings of this study are summarized as follows: First, distributive and interactional justice were negatively related to negative affect. But procedural justice didn't influence negative affect. Second, negative affect was negatively related to calculative commitment. But affective commitment wasn't influenced by negative affect. Third, negative affect was positively related to complaining behavior. Fourth, calculative commitment was negatively related to complaining behavior. But negative affect didn't influence complaining behavior. In conclusion, It can be posited that justice, negative affect, 2 forms of commitment and complaining behavior are important factors.

In a power-asymmetry relationship like franchise system, a high dependent franchisee must often rely on its powerful partner. Therefore, in order to build up 'win-win' systems, therefore channel members should increase trust and commitment each other to enhance the relationship quality to sustain long-term cooperative relationships. First of all, to increase the relationship quality in franchise system, franchisor should increase franchisee's perception of the powerful franchisor's justice. The point of this research, I established basic hypotheses and comparative hypotheses to examine franchisor's behavior what franchisee expected which influences on franchisee's attitude and behavior in power - asymmetry relationship in franchise system. For the purpose of the empirical testing, managers of franchisee in the food service industry of Korea had been selected and analyzed, and major findings in this study as follow: First, the relational norm between franchisor and franchisee increased both distributive justice and procedural justice, especially relational norm had more effect on procedural justice than distributive justice. Second, distributive justice increased both economic commitment and social commitment while procedural justice just increased social commitment only but economic commitment. So, on the relational commitment, distributive justice was more important element than procedural justice. On the other hand, procedural justice had indirect effect on economic commitment through distributive and social commitment.
