기업의 개인정보보호 수준을 강화하기 위한 개인정보보호관리체계 인증을 구축하기 위해서는 개인정보관리체계를 위한 추가 요구사항, 보안 측면의 통제, 프라이버시 측면의 통제가 요구된다[1,2]. 국제표준화위원회/전기위원회 합동위원회 1의 정보보호기술연구반 신원 관리 및 프라이버시 작업반 (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27/WG 5)에서는 개인정보보호를 위한 여러 국제 표준을 개발하고 있다[18, 32, 22]. 본 논문에서는 작업반 1과 작업반 5에서 2016년 4월 SC27 회의에서 논의된 개인정보보호 관련 주요 표준화 이슈와 대응 방안을 제시한다.

본 연구에서는 단어의 의미연상을 이용하여 시소러스를 작성해봄으로써 탐색 시소러스 구축에 있어 단어연상검사법의 적용가능성을 살펴보았다. 문헌정보학 분야를 대상으로 단어연상검사를 실시한 후 자극어와 반응어간의 의미관계를 파악하고 반응어와 통제어휘를 비교 분석하였다. 실험 및 분석결과, 단어연상검사를 이용하면 다양한 연관관계 용어들을 시소러스에 포함시킬 수 있으며, 통제어휘집에 나타난 하위관계와 동등관계 용어들을 어느 정도 반영할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 단어의 의미연상을 이용하여 구축된 탐색 시소러스는 정보검색환경에서 질의확장에 응용될 수 있다.

<복수는 나의 것>, <올드 보이>, <친절한 금자씨>는 죄와 복수, 구원의 문제를 다룬 박찬욱 감독의 복수 삼부작으로서, 보이스 오버를 활용한다는 공통점이 있다. 이 연구는 박찬욱 감독의 복수 삼부작이 각 내러티브의 주제에 따라 내러티브 정보를 통제하고 관객의 심리적 거리감을 조절하기 위해 보이스오버 전략을 어떻게 구사하는지 논의한다. 이를 위해 각 작품의 플롯, 초점화 유형, 보이스오버의 특징들을 분석한 결과, 보이스오버를 통해 관객의 정서적 참조점을 형성하고, 인물과 이야기에 대한 동일시나 감정이입을 통제하는 복수 삼부작의 특성을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 고등학생의 의사소통이 사회적 효능감에 어떠한 효과를 미치는지를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 또래상담 프로그램을 경험한 실험집단은 통제집단보다 의사소통에서 통계적으로 유의미한 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 또래상담 프로그램을 경험한 실험집단은 통제집단보다 사회적 효능감에서 통계적으로 유의미한 효과가 있었다. 따라서 또래상담 프로그램이 고등학생의 의사소통과 사회적 효능감에 긍정적인 방향으로 영향을 미친다는 사실을 알 수 있다. 이로 인하여 또래상담 프로그램은 고등학생들에게 유익한 프로그램이라 여겨지며 학교에서 적극적으로 이 프로그램이 활용되어야 한다고 본다.

In this paper, we summarize the results of free drop wind tunnel test, separation analysis and flight test in order to verify the safety during the separations of an external fuel tank and the LAU-131 rocket launcher from XKO-l. The wind tunnel test was conducted to show the safety in free drop of the stores and to gather the trajectory data for fine tune of MSAP(Multi-body Separation Analysis Program). The enhanced MSAP was then used to predict the trajectories of the stores with and without the ejector forces. A correlation of MSAP results for free drop case was also made to show the safety of jettison with the free drop type bomb rack. Moreover, the flight test was conducted. and its results were compared to analysis results. Finally, the safe jettison boundary was determined from the flight test.

While there have been many previous studies showing that an entrepreneur's personal characteristics have a significant impact on his intention to start a business, there was relatively little research on the inherent mechanisms for this. Recent researches show that entrepreneur's personal characteristics affect the entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavioral control, rather than directly. This study carried out empirical research on 233 Chinese university students on what personal characteristics affect the entrepreneurial intention of Chinese university students, who are actively engaged in start-up activities recently. Based on the theory of planned behavior, we set entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavioral control as important variables that shape the entrepreneurial intention and formed a model and hypotheses that personal characteristics of a potential entrepreneur(leadership, planning, innovation, sociality) affect the entrepreneurial intention through these two variables. We verified these hypotheses by regression analysis and structural equation model. The analysis confirmed that for Chinese university students the entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavioral control were important antecedent variables that shape the entrepreneurial intention. It was also shown that leadership and innovation have a positive influence on the entrepreneurial attitude, while leadership and planning raise the level of perceived behavioral control. As a result, leadership forms the entrepreneurial intention through the entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavior control, and innovation affects the entrepreneurial intention through the entrepreneurial attitude, while planning affects the entrepreneurial intention through perceived behavior control. Therefore, entrepreneurship education that emphasizes leadership, innovation and planning is required for Chinese college students as a potential entrepreneur. These three factors could also be important personal characteristics when choosing a potential entrepreneur.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a rational guidelines of authority record for personal name heading control. It analyzes the Statement of Principles of ICCP, the headings of Korean Cataloging Rules and personal name heading of KORMARC on Disc. It also investigates the problems and suggests the possible improvements for headings of personal name. The rules for heading control retains the frame from headings of cataloging rules. The guidelines for heading control of personal name will be integrated in the rules for headings. To efficient retrieval, It suggests distinction of different persons of the same name and subject List.

Several performance factors which have applied to the automatic indexing with controlled vocabulary and text categorization based on Rocchio algorithm were examined, and the simple method for performance improvement of them were tried. Also, results of the methods using Rocchio algorithm were compared with those of other learning based methods on the same conditions. As a result, keeping with the strong points which are implementational easiness and computational efficiency, the methods based Rocchio algorithms showed equivalent or better results than other learning based methods(SVM, VPT, NB). Especially, for the semi-automatic indexing(computer-aided indexing), the methods using Rocchio algorithm with a high recall level could be used preferentially.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of STS program in Earth Science instruction on science-related attitude and scientific achievement of high school students. The students were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group was taught by the STS program and the control group was taught by the conventional lecture. The science-related attitudes have been improved in the experimental group more positively than in the control group. The experimental group showed a higher improvement in scientific achievements than the control group.

본 논문의 목적은 효과적인 정보통신윤리 교육을 통한 정보통신윤리 의식 함양에 있다. 블랜디드 PBL의 교수-학습 목표 달성을 위해서 온라인 학습과 면대면 수업이 체계적으로 혼합되었고, 온라인 학습을 위한 주요 모듈은 오픈소스 학습관리시스템인 무들(Moodle)에서 운영되었다. 온라인을 통한 PBL 단계(문제제시, 문제확인, 자료수집, 해결안 도출, 문제해결안 발표, 정리 및 평가)에 따른 블랜디드 활동에서 학습자가 스스로 문제를 해결해 가면서 학습계획을 세우고, 지식 데이터베이스 등을 활용하여 정보의 획득과 평가, 새로운 아이디어를 적용할 수 있는 e-PBL 시스템을 구현하였다. 블랜디드 PBL 시스템의 교육적인 효과를 검증하기 위해서 대학교 2학년 재학생 60명을 실험집단(30명), 통제집단(30명)으로 구성하였다. 실험 집단과 통제집단은 모두 6명을 1개 조로 하여 각각 5개 조를 구성하였다. 실험집단에는 블랜디드 PBL을 이용하여 수업을 실시한 후에 정보통신윤리 의식 평가를 실시하고, 통제집단은 면대면 PBL을 이용하여 수업을 실시하였다. 두 집단의 정보통신윤리 의식에 유의미한 차이가 있는지를 검증하기 위하여 SPSS 18.0을 활용한 t-Test를 실시하였다. 실험결과, 블랜디드 PBL을 적용하여 정보통신윤리를 학습한 실험 집단이 면대면 PBL을 적용하여 정보통신윤리를 학습한 통제집단보다 정보통신윤리 의식의 절제, 존중, 책임, 참여 지표에서 높은 향상을 보였다.
