The Maintenance Cost Estimation Model for Information System Maintenance Based on the Operation, Management and Service Metrics (운영·관리 및 서비스 지표에 기반한 정보시스템 유지보수 비용 추정 모델)

  • In this paper, we present the cost measurement metrics for the operation management and service improvement besides the general maintenance. The cost measurement metrics of the operation management and service improvement are based on the metrics that are classified and summarized precedent studies and complemented by empirical measuring indicators, and we propose the maintenance cost estimation model based on this metrics. The maintenance costs can be calculated detailedly, because the proposed metrics can be used selectively, depending on the scope of the information system maintenance. The effectiveness of the proposed maintenance cost measurement metrics and cost estimation model is verified by comparison between existing studies and our research.

  • This thesis is intended to design multi thread mobile GPGPU optimized in mobile environment, and to verify an effective thread management method of the multi thread mobile processor. In thread management, there is no management hardware and implement with software instructions. For the verification of the multi thread management method, Lane detection algorithm was implemented to compare nVidia's CUDA Architecture and the designed GPGPU in terms of thread management efficiency. The number of thread is normalized to 48 threads. An implemented Land Detection Algorithm is composed of Gaussian filter algorithm and Sobel Edge Detection algorithm. As a result, the designed GPGPU's thread efficiency is up to 2 times higher than CUDA's thread efficiency.

  • 실시간 운영체제는 임베디드 환경에서 매우 중요한 소프트웨어 컴포넌트이다. 임베디드 실시간 운영체제는 고안전성 시스템이나 유비쿼터스 시스템 내에서 강하고(Robust), 신뢰성(Reliable)있고, 안전한(Safety) 특성을 지녀야 한다. 근래에는 이러한 실시간 시스템을 UML 과 같은 모델 기반의 방법으로 설계하고 코드 생성을 통해 구현까지 이끄는 모델 유도 공학(Model Driven Engineering: MDE)[1]을 통해서 개발하고 있다. 이러한 MDE 의 모델은 대부분 UML 기반의 언어를 사용하여 아키텍처를 구성하고 설계하여 코드를 생성하여 구현 코드를 생성해 낸다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 MDE 의 비정형적 언어를 대신하여, 정형명세 언어를 사용하여 실시간 시스템의 모델을 설계하고 이를 검증하여 실시간 운영체제를 개발하는 방법론을 기술한다. 이렇게 함으로써 보다 엄격한 언어를 통해 시스템의 설계의 모호함이나 모순을 없애고, 수학적 기반의 검증을 통해 보다 안전하고 신뢰성 있는 시스템을 구현하자 한다.

  • ETRI has developed GNSS digitized IF signal generator for providing test and evaluation environment for various software level application and navigation algorithm in Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS). GNSS digitized IF signal generator provides two main capabilities, GPS and Galileo raw data generation and digitized IF signal generation. GNSS digitized IF signal generator consists of five main modules which are GNSS Satellite Orbit Simulation Module, Navigation Message Generation Module, Error Generation Module, GNSS IF Signal Generation Module, and Message & Signal Steering Module. We verified the signal generated by the GNSS signal generation algorithm using software receiver for generation of signal brother to real GNSS signal.

  • Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) has implemented an integrity monitor testbed (IMT) to provide archived GPS data and test results for integrity monitoring algorithm development. To verify that the system is implemented based on international standard requirements, this paper represents the basic functional verification test results of the implemented testbed as a GBAS reference station. It compares the IMT generated GBAS message fields with those of PEGASUS, which is a baseline toolset accepted by international GBAS experts, to show the validity of the correction information. It also verifies the integrity and availability of the system through analysis on GBAS user data in the range and position domain.

  • Recently, the computing paradigm has been changing and VoIP technology is being revisited to support various services. In this paper, we have designed and implemented the system of software PBX open source Asterisk, hardware platform, and mobile devices to support secured voice service based on VoIP. Specially, we designed the various platform from single board to servers based on XenServer in hardware platform. And we verified the delay test of network traffics and the secured voice communication test based on this platform.

  • In this study, an artificial neural network was used to predict stability of weak rock slopes with various discontinuities and underground water conditions. Input data were provided by UDEC analyses on 108 cases of representative conditions of different slope heights, angles, discontinuity angles and water levels. The verification shows high correlation $(r^2-=0.97)$ between analyses and predictions. The program was able to predict safety factors with the same accuracy from unlearned data sets.

  • This paper describes the developed results of vision system for the recognition of material management characters, which was included in the billet image. The material management characters, which was marked at the surface of billet, should be recognized before billet moves to the next process. Our vision system for the character recognition includes that CCD camera system which acquire billet image, optical transmission system which transmit captured image to the long distance, input and output system for the interface with existing system and software for the character recognition. We have installed our vision system at the wire rod line of steel & iron plant and tested. Also, we have performed inspection of durability, reliability and recognition rate. Through the testing, we have confirmed that our system have high recognition rate, 98.6%.

  • Component based development has increasingly become important in the software industry. However, in the current component based development approach with UML, the absence of behavioral description of components brings about a cost problem which causes semantic errors on the testing phase. Accordingly we cannot grasp the usage pattern of component by its provided interfaces which refer to an abstraction of software component. And we cannot guarantee the behavioral conformance of the provided and required interfaces of components. In order to solve these problems, we describe the behaviors of component interfaces by state machine diagram and guarantee their behavior conformance at the modeling phase. We also propose a method to guarantee the behavior conformance of component interfaces with concept of observation equivalence and invocation consistency. And we provide an analyzing tool which checks interface behavior conformance.

  • 도심항공교통은 다수의 전기추진 수직이착륙 항공기가 이착륙 가능한 버티포트가 필요하다. 빌딩풍은 고층건물 주변부에서 발생하는 강풍으로 항공기 이착륙과정에서 항공기의 비행 안전성을 크게 훼손시킬수 있다. 본 연구에서는 항공기 이착륙시 발생할 비행안정성 분석을 위하여 먼저 빌딩풍 주변의 유동특성을 분석하는 연구를 수행하였다. 유동해석은 상용CFD 소프트웨어인 SimericsMP를 사용하였으며, 난류 모델은 k-ε RNG 모델을 사용하였다. 해석방법의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 CAARC 빌딩모델의 표면 압력 계산결과를 풍동시험 결과와 비교⋅검증하였다. 두 개의 고충빌딩이 있는 상황을 가정한 후, 빌딩풍이 빌딩 주변부의 속도분포 변화에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 두 개의 고층 건물 사이의 거리가 증가하는 경우 와들 사이의 상호작용이 감소하는 것을 확인했다. 향후 본 연구를 확장하여 다양한 형상의 고충건물이 밀집해 있는 도심지역에 대한 유동해석 연구를 진행하고자 한다.
