This study is aimed to design for qualification structure and criteria for preparation of qualification test of the Livestock. In this study, a DACUM(Development A curriculum) method job analysis to extract contents such as task range, eligibility, examination standards, selection criteria of examination questions, examination methods, etc was done by an job analysis committee composed of 7 specialists in the industry and academia. In the first place, this report presents job analysis models by procedures for developing selection criteria of examination questions of the Livestock. The first step is preparation for job analysis(data research, interviews and selection of experts), the second step the establishment of job models(first expert council and site study), the third step the drawn-out of knowledge, skills, and tools(the second expert council and site study), the fourth step the selection of courses and an examination subject(the third expert council), the fifth step the establishment of guidelines for making questions(the third site study).

A new poinsettia cultivar "Early bird" was bred by the National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science (NIHHS) in 2007. A cross was made between 'Ichiban', a variety with deep lobed transitional leaves and bright red bracts, and 'Freedom Red', a vigorously growing dark red colored variety in 2004. "Early bird" was finally selected in 2007 after the investigation of the growth and flower characteristics from 2005 to 2007. "Early bird" has bright red colored, wide obovate bracts. Leafblade is dark green and ovate. Plant height is short and stem color is greenish. Response to short day is early and its bracts and transitional leaves are fully colored 6.5 weeks after short day commencement.

A new poinsettia cultivar 'Clara' was bred by the National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science (NIHHS) in 2005. A cross was made between 'Red Velvet', a variety with dark green leaves and red bracts, and 'Freedom Bright Red', a variety with early short day responding and bright red bracts, in 2002. 'Clara' was finally selected in 2005 after the investigation of the growth and flowering characteristics from 2003 to 2005. 'Clara' has red ovate bracts and weak intensity of rugosity between bract veins. Leaf blade is ovate and medium green. Petiole length is relatively short, and stem color is reddish. 'Clara' has medium free-branching ability and makes short and compact canopy. Clara's bracts and transitional leaves are fully colored 9 weeks after short day commencement.

A new poinsettia cultivar 'Noel' was bred by the National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science(NIHHS) in 2007. In 2004, a cross was made between 'Gutbier V-10 Amy', a variety with high free-branching habit and light red bracts, and 'Ichiban', a variety with deeply lobed transitional leaves and bright red bracts. 'Noel' was finally selected in 2007 after the investigation of observations on the growth and flower characteristics from 2005 to 2007. 'Noel' has smoothly waving red elliptic bracts. Leafblades are dark green and ovate. The variety has relatively long petioles, and stem color is greenish. 'Noel' has high free-branching ability and plant height is medium. Noel's bracts and transitional leaves are fully colored in 7.5 weeks after short day treatment.

A cross was made between 'Lemon Snow', a variety with dark green leaves and light yellow-green bracts, and 'Freedom Rose', a variety with vigorously growing deep pink bracts in 2006. 'Green Dream' was finally selected in 2009 after the investigation of the growth and flowering characteristics from 2007 to 2009. 'Green Dream' has light yellow-green ovate bracts and medium intensity of rugosity between bract veins. Leaf blade is ovate and dark green. Petiole length is long, and stem color is greenish. 'Green Dream' has medium free-branching ability and long plant height. 'Green Dream's bracts and transitional leaves are fully colored 7 weeks after short day commencement.

To establish whether an association exists between low blood pressure and common symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, headache, and palpitation, we analysed the data of health center in Yeungnam medical college from January 1993 to June 1993. Total 1,133 subjects were taken and results were analysed by combined stratification and logistic regression. The results were as followed : 1. True confounders were sex, age, and body mass index. 2. No association was found between low blood pressure and all symptoms. 3. Positive associations were found between high blood pressure and self reported palpitation and headache, which persisted after adjusted for confounders. The results suggest that low blood pressure and all neurasthenic symptoms such as fatigue, palpitation, headache and dizziness have no association, but the validity is limited.

The purpose of this study was to assess the skeletal characteristics of the maxillofacial norms and the interpretation of craniofacial relations in korean adults by applying the Ricketts Analysis. The factors of the applied lateral cephalometric measurements were composed of the 10 factor analysis (Summary Analysis) and 7 internal structures to be suggested by Ricketts. Lateral cephalograms were obtained from 60 subjects over 21 years old, that consisted of 30 males and 30 females with normal occlusion, acceptable profile. The results were as follows : 1. The tables of means, standard deviations in each item and sex were made. 2. The author performed whether there was significance(P<0.05) between the registered male and female's measurement in each item..

A red grafted cactus of Gymnocalycium mihanovichii 'Red King' was bred by the Cactus Research Institute, Gyeonggi-do ARES. in 2007. A crossing between 'Redjewelry' and 'GG024824' in 2005 was obtained 135 seedlings. 'Red King' was finally selected through the test of specific growth and coloring characteristics in 2007. The color of body and tubercles is red. The shape of glove is flat round with 8~9 ribs. Spine is short length and light brown color. Growth is fast as 6 month after planting to reach 36.8 mm in diameter. Propagation ability is good as to set as many as 14.1 tubercles.

A yellow grafted cactus of Gymnocalycium mihanovichii 'Yellow King' was bred by the Cactus Research Institute, Gyeonggi-do ARES. in 2007. A crossing between 'GG0214319' and 'GG021295' in 2005 was obtained 338 seedlings. 'Yellow King' was finally selected through the test of specific growth and glove coloring characteristics in 2007. The color of glove and tubercles is yellow. The shape of glove is round with 8~9 ribs. Spine is short and brown color. Growth is fast as 6 month after planting to reach 34.1 mm in diameter. Propagation ability is good to set as many as 12.4 tubercles.

'Hongjinju', the reddish brown coloured rice variety, was developed by the rice breeding team of National Institute of Crop Science, RDA during the period from 1990 to 2006 and released in 2007. The cultivar was derived from a cross between Suwon 383, and $SR18164F_2$, a reddish brown pigmented line. 'Hongjinju' is medium maturity with 133 days of growth duration from seeding to heading and is japonica-type with about 82 cm in culm length. 'Hongjinju' has slightly less number of tillers per hill and more spikelets of panicles than those of 'Heugjinjubyeo'. It is susceptible to leaf blast, other disease and insect pests. It shows intermediate germination ratio at low temperature and similar tolerance to leaf discolor at seeding stage and heading-delay but it is resistant to spikelets-sterility type of cold damage at maturing stage compared with 'Heugjinjubyeo'. The yield performance of this variety in brown rice is about 5.07 MT/ha and is adaptable to the central and southern plain areas of Korea.
