Nowadays, '1+N' is the operation model of compound bookstores. This study firstly investigated the general information and needs of customers and analyzed 4 basic behaviors of customers in 10 functional space of bookstore. Secondly, a preliminary analysis framework of interior design of compound bookstore was established, by applying 3 research tools of service design to 3 design elements of interior design. Thirdly, the case was analyzed in the preliminary analysis framework to find out the detailed process of the interaction between the customer and the bookstore, the touchpoint and the interior design project, to find out the blind spots in design, and put forward the solutions. Finally, after being refined, a compound bookstore interior design model based on the concept of service design was established. This model can be used to test the design content and service quality of the interior functional area of the compound bookstore, and to find out the design blank points.

Two rare cases of human infection with parvum (dwarf) type of Diphyllobothnum Iatum [syn. D. panpum (Stephens, 1908)], were discovered in Korea. The first case was a 46-year old housewife, from whom a kind of pseudophyllidean tapeworm eggs was detected in the feces. She was treated with praziquantel and purged, and a complete strobila with scolex, 120 cm in total length, was recovered. She recalled that she had eaten raw trouts at a raw-fish restaurant near the Chungju Lake. Another patient was a 22-year old medical student (male), who used to eat raw sea-foods. He discovered a chain of tapeworm proglottids, 15 cm in length, discharged spontaneously in his stool and brought it for identification. The worms from the two cases were compatible with D. pan)urn (Stephens, 1908) of which the taxonomic significance has long been questioned. After a detailed morphological study and review of literature, we designated the worms as D. datum prom type. This is the first report on the occurrence of this rare type of D. lotunl infection in Korea.

Pilomatricoma is a benign skin tumor that develops from hair matrix cells. It most commonly occurs in the head and neck, followed by the upper extremities. Accuracy of preoperative diagnosis was low in previous studies and excisional biopsy was even performed frequently without imaging studies. We report a case of pilomatricoma of the shoulder that was easily diagnosed by ultrasound including color Doppler, which is a more useful imaging modality than computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging scans not only because of its cost effectiveness but also because of the precise information obtained from mass contents.

Few colleges offer remedial basic math courses for college freshmen who have not passed math placement tests or whose scholastic aptitude test score in mathematics is low. This research is aiming for the curriculum development of basic college mathematics and its effective implementation. First, an in depth statistical analysis on the basic math courses for universities in Seoul area has been done. Second, diagnostic test and longitudinal study have been carried out for one institute. Based on these, basic concepts and areas critical for the success of Calculus course are extracted. Standards and contents for the remedial math courses are suggested.

We experienced a case of 51-year-old female patient who showed symptoms of persecutory delusion, auditory hallucination and hallucinatory behavior, severe insomnia, psychomotor retardation and social withdrawal, along with some clinical signs of the deficiency of various hormones those gradually progressed after massive postpartum vaginal bleeding 13 years ago. She was admitted to a psychiatric ward under the impression of psychotic depression. However careful history taking and evaluation of clinical feature gave rise to the possibility of underlying medical condition. Laboratory work-up revealed panhypopituitarism, hypoglycemia and hyponatremia. After replacement of thyroid hormone and cortisol for 1 week, her clinical symptoms including psychiatric symptoms were improved. Taken together, these findings were compatible with the diagnosis of Sheehan's syndrome. On reporting this case, we would like to emphasize again the importance of differential diagnosis of medical problems causing psychiatric symptoms those are easily neglected in the clinical approach toward psychiatric patients.

The purpose of developing an automated scoring system for English composition is to score the tests for writing English sentences and to give feedback on them without human's efforts. This paper presents an automated system to score English composition, whose input is a single sentence, not an essay. Dealing with a single sentence as an input has some advantages on comparing the input with the given answers by human teachers and giving detailed feedback to the test takers. The system has been developed and tested with the real test data collected through English tests given to the third grade students in junior high school. Two steps of the process are required to score a single sentence. The first process is analyzing the input sentence in order to detect possible errors, such as spelling errors, syntactic errors and so on. The second process is comparing the input sentence with the given answer to identify the differences as errors. The results produced by the system were then compared with those provided by human raters.

As growing up of elderly population, the interesting on healthcare system in normal life using W is increasing. An integrated u-healthcare service architecture with IEEE 802.11 and IEEE 802.15.4 based sensor network and code divisi(m multiple access(CDMA) public mobile telecommunication networks was designed and developed. Sensor nodes with electrocardiogram(ECG), body core temperature sensors are attached on the patients' body. The healthcare parameters are transferred to web server via CDMA mobile network or through existed LAN network. The existed LAN network is suggested to be used for continuous monitoring of patient's health status in hospital while mobile networks can be used for general purpose at home or outdoor where infra networks unavailable. This system enable healthcare personal to be able to continuously access, review, monitor and transmit the patients information whereever they are, whenever they want. And immediately check their status by using cellular phone and obtain detail information by communication with medical information server through CDMA. By using this developed integrated u-healthcare service architecture, we can monitor patients' health status for 24 hours.

목적: 병원치료가 필요하지 않을 만큼의 경부통증/증상과 관절가동범위, 경흉추의 다각적 면에서 관계를 조사하기 위해서이다. 방법: 연령은 19세에서 42세(평균연령 28세로 실험에 참여하기를 원하는 건강한 성인 40명을 대상으로 하였다. 경흉추의 척추 자세, 경추 능동 관절 가동범위, 경부 분절 길이 등의 다각적인 면을 측정하였다. 모든 측정들은 동일시에 각 대상자에게 서로 다른 측정자에 의해 두 번 실시되었다. 경부 근 지구력은 수정된 Biering-Sorensen 검사법에 의해 측정되었다. 마지막으로 대상자들에게 경부 통증/증상의 재발에 대한 질문을 하였다. 결과: 14명의 대상자들은 경미한 재발성 경부 통증/증상을 보고하였다. 경부 근 지구력 시간(F(1,38)=6.75, p=0.01)과 좌측 회전 가동 범위(F(1,38)=4.56, p=0.04)가 경부 통증을 가진 대상자들에서 유의하게 감소하였다. 신전 가동범위가 재 측정에서 특정군 변화 즉, 정상군 증가, 경부 통증/증상군 감소(F(1,38)=4.67, p=0.04)가 보였다. 경부 통증/증상군은 정상군과 비교 시 후인 가동 범위의 증가하였다(F(1,38) =4.56, p=0.04). 통증 유무에 관계없이 모든 대상자들에서 우측 회전보다 좌측 회전에서 가동범위가 더 크게 나타났고(F(1,38) =4.34, p=0.04), 반복 측정에서 좌측 측방굴곡 (F(1,38) =5.10, p=0.03)과 우측 측방 굴곡(F(1,38) = 5.27, p=0.03)의 감소가 나타났다. 결론: 경미한 증상의 경부통증 대상자군과 정상적인 대상자군을 비교할 때 그룹 간 차이는 경부 근 지구력 시간의 감소, 좌측 회전 가동 범위 감소와 특히, 두 번 째 측정에서 신전범위 감소가 나타났으나 후인의 가동범위는 증가로 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과들은 경부 통증의 발생과 관련된 초기 가동범위 변화를 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of muscle imbalance on motion of back squat. The isokinetic muscle strength of the 8 subjects was recorded for the knee flexion/extension by the cybex 770 dynamometer. Each subject performed 3 back squats with the long barbell with an intensity of 25% body weight(BW), 50%BW, 100%BW, 125%BW. During the back squat through the recorded kinematic data the subjects' maximum flexion and extension knee angle, center of mass displacement and V-COP were calculated for evaluation of the stability of the movement. For the statistical analysis independent t-test was used. Knee flexion angle and COM displacement are dominated by the reciprocal muscle ratio. V-COP factor was dominated by bilateral extension deficit. Based on the results we can know that as the intensity of the squat increased to a level control was difficult because the muscles' imbalance influenced the movement.

This study studied scoliosis, one of the most common modern diseases caused by lifestyle patterns of office workers sitting in front of computers all day and modern people who use smart phones frequently. Scoliosis is a typical complication that takes more than 80% of the nation's total population at least once. X-ray are used to test for these complications. X-ray, a non-destructive testing method that allows scoliosis to be easily performed and filmed in various areas such as the chest, abdomen and bone without contrast agents or other instruments. We uses NI DAQ to miniaturize digital X-ray imaging devices and image intensifier in self-shielding housing with Vision Assistant for drawing lines to the top and the bottom of the spine to acquire angles, i.e. curvature in real-time. In this way, the research was conducted to see scoliosis patients and their condition easily and to help rapid treatment for solving the problem of posture correction in modern people.
