In this study, "Young Architects Program" pavilion architecture, where many formal, material, structural challenges were examined, was selected for an analysis of the regional expression of various culture in five countries in different continents. For comparative analysis, five criteria of evaluation, symbolic, tectonic, contextual, tactile, environmental, were set through an analysis of previous studies. Through these five criteria, the methods of regional expression of architectural concepts in five different countries were compared to indicate the characteristics of the different culture in same theme and type of pavilion architecture.

최근 국내에서 많이 건설되어지고 있는 주상복합 건축물은 하부의 골조형식과 상부의 벽식 구조가 결합된 구조형식을 가지고 있다 따라서 지진 발생시 동일한 형식을 가진 건축물과는 상이하고 복잡한 반응을 보이게 된다 이러한 건축물의 등가정적 해석시 국내 규준에서는 기타구조물로 분류하여 3.5 의 반응수정계수를 적용하고 있다 그러나 이 계수는 검증되어지지 않는 상태로 사용되어지고 있으므로 상당한 위험성을 내포하고 있다 본 연구에서는 단순화한 주상복합 건물의 해석 및 실제의 건물에 대한 3차원 비선형 해석을 통하여 반응수정계수를 유도하였다 유도된 반응수정계수는 ATC 기준과 우리나라 기준의 차이를 고려한 보정을 수행하였다.

최근에는 굳이 해외에 나가지 않아도 해외 유명 건축가들의 이름을 국내 곳곳에서 쉽게 접할 수 있다. 건축물에 명품의 옷을 입히는 그들은 밋밋한 형식과 틀에서 벗어나 독특한 디자인으로 환영받는 한편, 쓴소리를 듣기도 한다. 국내 곳곳에서 만난 해외 유명 건축가들의 건축물을 정리해본다.

CFT structures require a diaphragm to prevent buckling of steel at connections. An outer diaphragm has better concrete filling than a through diaphragm due to a large bore, but due to the larger size than the through diaphragm, it has poorer constructability and cooperation with building equipment. The building structure has a floor slab that was unified with the upper diaphragm, so the outer diaphragm was placed at the upper bound. Moreover, the through diaphragmwas placed at the lower connection to avoid obstruction of the building equipment. The CFT structure with the improved concrete filling showed the same structural behavior as the CFT structure with the use of the same type of diaphragms at the upper and lower connections.

새 기본형 건축비가 $3.3m^2$당 소형 주택은 431만8000원, 중대형 주택은 439만1000원으로 제시됐다. 건축비는 건축 형식이나 가구 면적, 층수, 동수, 베이, 용적률 등에 따라 차이가 나므로 기본형 건축비엔 한계가 있다. 이에 따른 한계점을 진단한다.

건축공학과를 졸업하고 구조설계 실무 분야로 진출하는 이의 비율이 3~5%라는 비공식 통계가 있다. 이 통계 숫자가 말하듯이 건축구조설계업은 건축공학과 졸업자가 택하는 소수의 직업군에 속한다. 재학시에는 콘크리트 구조, 강구조 및 여타 구조 과목을 해당 분야를 전공한 교수진으로부터 각각 배우지만 실무에서는 맡겨진 프로젝트에 의해 구조 형식이 결정되고 스스로의 노력과 회사 내 시스템을 통해 해결해야 하므로 구조 형식 전반에 걸친 프로패셔널(professional)이 되어야 한다. 콘크리트에 대한 전문지식도 학교에서는 콘크리트의 기본 사항, 수직 및 수평 부재의 단면 설계 연습 등을 통해 기본적인 단계의 지식을 습득한다. 그러나 실무에서는 구조 시스템, 콘크리트 프레임의 거동 및 수많은 부재의 단면 설계 등과 같이 포괄적인 지식이 주종을 이룬다.(중략)
