  • 건설공사 품질관리 기준이 대폭 강화된다. 국토해양부는 최근 건설공사의 품질확보와 부실시공 방지를 위해 건설공사 품질관리개선 종합대책을 마련하여 추진할 계획이라고 밝혔다. 국토해양부는 이번에 수립된 대책을 통하여 국내 건설현장의 품질관리 수준을 선진국 수준으로 끌어 올리고 주요국책사업은 물론 민간건설현장의 부실시공을 지속적으로 차단해 나갈 계획이다. 자세한 내용은 다음과 같다.

  • In this study, The matrix method was used with common category concept according to the construction project control system. For the purpose of systematic resource management planning, it should be established on accomplished EVM data for clearing the ordering point according to the attribute procurement analysis. Resource management was presented by connecting the material requirement calculation method and the attribute of procurement method based on the EVM, suggested through analyzing process-data modeling using integrated schedule, cost and material.

  • Schedule management is one of pivotal project success factors during construction projects. However, there are many difficulties in rapid scheduling and controlling since the existing planning techniques require considerable amount of manual work and manager's judgment in a construction project. This research aims to propose a new scheduling method and algorithm for automating and visualizing the planning process, which is called Countable-grid scheduling method. In this method, if the scope of work is defined via a visualized tool, the schedule plan is created automatically according to the productivity and workable conditions of each activity. The location of the work for each date can be visualized in grid-based approach. Moreover, the work schedule can be updated automatically according to the progress. The industrial applicability of the proposed method was verified in construction projects via case study with sample data. This research can contribute to the construction industry by automating the construction schedule management process.

  • 오늘날의 건설사업 환경은 차별화 ${\cdot}$ 정보화 ${\cdot}$ 특성화 ${\cdot}$ R&D등 지식과 기술 및 창의성을 바탕으로 한 창조적 결과물 생산으로의 요구를 확대하고 있다. 이러한 환경은 건설 사업을 수행하는 기술자 집단에게 사업수행의 미래 가치적 최적화를 위해 기획과 계획에서부터 시공과 유지관리 및 장기 지속가능성까지 보장하는 생애주기차원의 사업수행을 요구하는 것이기 때문에 사업의 타당성 분석에서부터 실시간 정보처리와 가치창조를 위한 사업수행 계획이 절대적이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 그동안 국내 사업일정계획에서 적용하고 있거나 적용할 필요성이 있는 사업단계와 단계별 업무영역을 구분하고, 정보화 운영관리 방안을 분석함으로서 국내 건설 환경에 적합하고 신뢰성을 보장 할 수 있는 일정계획을 수립할 수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Currently, the quality management, safety management and environment management of domestic construction work does not form a infrastructure for integrated control which have been developed according to the unique characteristics based on respective the law. In other words, the quality manager and safety manager of human resources is set to a legal arrangement personnel, but environment manager of human resources is not. In addition, quality management standard is to perform the work to PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action) system which is reflected in all of the requirements of KS A ISO 9001 standard, but safety management plan and hazard harmfulness prevention plan are not properly reflected P(Plan), C(Check) and A(Action) system and focusing on only 4 section Do(D) in KOSHA 18001 standard requirement. Moreover environmental management plan is not even established requirement. Through examining the operation practices of an advanced nation prior to building the integrated control standard for construction work qualify safety.environment, the possibility of applying domestic is reviewed, and then this study is going to research the operation practices of Singapore.

  • Risk management is an important element for successful management of overseas construction projects. This study reports a case study in which we proposed a risk management planning and procedure for plant construction which can be applied throughout the project life cycle. We analyzed the risk management practices of Korean construction companies by applying the concept of the PRINCE2 method developed in the UK, and proposed a risk management planning and procedure with organizational structure and working process. The suggested risk management planning and procedure was applied to an overseas plant construction project, and produced good results. It is believed that the procedure suggested here can also be aplied to other companies to enhance the competency in the global construction market.

  • The purpose of construction project management is to achieve planned quality by adequate cost and schedule of the project, thus the effective time management is a critical factor to actualize the object. But the traditional time management by using milestone has several limitations which are not sufficiently considered mutual relation and variated from the task. On this wise, applying the concept and principles of lean construction to the project will be the best way not only reduce waste and variation, but also improve the productivity and ability to overcome limitation as mentioned above. Thus the study, Last Planner System, specially focuses on constraint analysis which is used in lookahead planning system. The results of this research will provide the constraints classification that is able to improve work reliable and percent plan complete when time planning by controlling constraints of project.

  • Connecting with cost, schedule, and quality in a construction project, resource management is one of the essential management elements. However, the material requirement planning is built at the beginning stage of construction and needs various concerned factors, it is limited to build the resource management planning on enterprise level. The disconnected communication among managements makes impossible to control historical data. In the construction project control system, the core of management elements is to manage cost and schedule information, therefore material requirement planning should be established based on historical data about EVM which is intergating schedule and cost. In this study, a resource management system concerning material requirement planning and attribute of procurement is suggested by connecting the historical data of EVM and the material requirement planning.

  • As high density of cities, construction project is getting to be high rise, large sized and multi purposed, whereas it has some difficulties due to disordering of classification and undeveloped management systems. In this study, it would be suggested that classification method for knowledge and constraint of temporary facility in order to efficient decision making of temporary facility planning with knowledge reorganization and establishment process.

  • As the scale of construction work is enlarged, complicated and diversified, much construction information from the large number of construction sites is generated and reported to the head office. To control much information generated in construction sites simultaneously, the necessity of supporting system which could extract necessary information is increased. However, comparing with those of large companies, medium-sized companies's organization of head office and management system are weak. So it's difficult to manage multi-projects. Among these site managements, resource management is an important management area. But, resource planning is based on experience and judgement and has not associated with schedule information. So when schedule is changed, the plan must be amended manually. This study investigates material-planning model for multi-project management which is connected with daily report system and scheduling software.
