Research on Classification of Monitoring Items for the Integrated Management of the Underground Facilities (지하시설물 통합관리를 위한 모니터링 항목 분류에 관한 연구)

  • It is important to manage the underground facilities efficiently because they are directly related to the convenience and safety of citizens. But the fact that the different agencies take on a role of managing the underground facilities respectively makes it impossible. So Korean government has exerted great efforts to solve this problem through several projects. Korean government expects that the ubiquitous technologies such as sensor and wireless communication in the domain of the underground facilities management will be useful. It is main duty of u-City Management Center to monitor several situations about the underground facilities using ubiquitous technologies. But there is no consensus about what concrete situations it has to monitor even though u-cities under construction. Because local governments or related companies are in charge of carrying out these roles yet, there is no legal basis on which to do these tasks by the center. And it is needed to develop new technologies for u-services efficiently. Because technologies for u-service are vast, various and converged, so it necessary to develop them according to priority or in cooperation with other developers. In this paper, we classify the monitoring items for each facility which were investigated by a recent research. It is expected to make use of defining the role of the center and developing technologies with u-service.

  • BIM technology, based on 3D model of civil engineering structures, creates and manages information of the structures throughout four stages: Planning, design, construction, and maintenance. BIM is now used around the globe for improvement of the construction productivity. However, in order to expect the efficient engineering work, collaboration system between participants in a construction project is necessary. Therefore, in this paper BIM based CPLM (Construction project lifecycle management) system was designed and developed by analyzing the requirements of participants of a construction project. CPLM system offers an environment which enables the sharing and management of information according to the each stage of construction. CPLM is expected to aid cooperative decision-making during the overall construction process through the process innovation and the efficient data management.

  • 국제표준규격인 ISO 10303(STEP), ISO 13584(PLIB), ISO 15926을 연구하고 해외건설 플랜트의 기자재 데이터를 입수하여 전문가를 통한 분석, 분류 및 국제표준규격(ISO 15926 RDL) 기반과 비교하여 분류체계 구축 및 속성정보 정의 작업을 수행하였다. 통합 및 분리가 필요한 기자재 클래스에 대해서는 통합, 분리 작업을 수행하였고 적용 가능한 속성정보가 있을 경우는 클래스별로 확장 적용하였다. 이에, 5단계 레벨, 637개의 분류체계가 구성되었고 개방형 구조의 XML으로 플랜트 기자재 정보를 구축하여 계층구조 분류트리 표현 및 해당 기자재의 제품에 대한 상세 정보를 나타내었다. 또한, 제품정보를 통합검색, 카테고리검색, 상세검색, 논리검색 기능으로 검색, 확인할 수 있고 표준 및 제품, 업체, 시스템을 관리하는 기자재 정보 관리 시스템을 구현하였다.

  • 우리나라에서는 1960년대부터 현재까지 도시화가 급속도로 진행되고 있다. 도시화가 진행됨에 따라 대부분 농경지로 사용되었던 토지의 이용 방법이 변화하였고 포장면적이 증가하면서 불투수면적과 강우유출량 또한 증가하였다. 이러한 현상으로 인해 도심지의 유출량이 증가하여 도심홍수가 빈번해지고, 비점오염물 증가로 인한 수질악화 등의 환경 문제가 더욱 심화되고 있다. 따라서 도시화로 인한 피해를 저감시키고 물순환 체계를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 저영향개발(LID, Low Impact Development) 기법의 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 그로 인해 LID 기법의 가치가 재조명되고 있다. 현재 LID 기법과 관련된 많은 연구가 진행되고 있지만 LID 시설물에 대한 이해와 유지 관리 필요성에 관한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 LID 기법을 보다 쉽고 효율적으로 적용하기 위해 국내 9종의 매뉴얼과 국외 2종의 매뉴얼을 검토하여 국내 실정에 적합한 LID 시설 유지관리 기법을 고안하여 LID 개념을 통합적으로 정립하였으며 LID와 관련된 시설물, 모니터링 요소, 유지관리 등의 기술적인 정보를 제공하기 위한 한국형 LID 시설유지관리 매뉴얼을 작성하였다. 매뉴얼은 첫째, LID 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위해 LID 정의, LID 시설물의 종류, 설치기준 및 운영 관리기준에 대한 내용을 다루고 둘째, LID 시설물의 특징, 구성, 설치가능 지역, 설치 시 고려사항, 유지관리 기법, 설치 예에 대한 내용으로 구성하였으며 이외에도 시설물의 일반적인 점검사항, 토지이용별 고려사항 등 시설물 설치 후 점검 방법, 유의사항 등을 제시하였다. 향후 매뉴얼의 타당성을 검토하기 위해 부산대학교 양산캠퍼스에 완공된 LID 실증단지의 시범 LID 시설물에 적용하여 국내 LID 시설물에 대한 매뉴얼의 적용성을 높일 예정이다.

  • In the downstream of the Nakdong River, water facilities - Hapcheon Changyoeng weir, Changyeong Haman weir, Nakdong River left and right sides Barrages - have been built and operated. Each facility is located at a distance. Integrated and linked operation of these water facilities is important for the management of national water resources and efficiency, effectiveness of facilities operations. For the reason, we have planned and made the system that can operate the individual facilities organically, using ICT technologies. At K-water Nakdong River Integrated Operation Water Center near Nakdong River Estuary Barrages in Busan, We implemented the water resource integrated operation system through the ICT systems convergence. For the system we expect significant effects - efficient water management, operating cost saving, etc.

  • Nowadays, domestic construction companies make an effort to share knowledge and experience accumulated while conducting a project. One way of improving knowledge sharing is to develop specifications which are linked to the expert's knowledge and experience based on the specification classification. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to review the current domestic specification system and develop the specification linked to the construction lessons learned database. It is expected that the proposed specification system will support the decision making process by effectively providing the knowledge and solution.

  • The Domestic housing Industry has to give consequence to the redevelopment and rebuilding of existing housings rather than the supply by developing a new building site, and now those tendencies are rapidly spreading out. Also, because apartment buildings occupies 50% over of the existing housing, its maintenance, repair, remodeling and reconstruction got to be necessary area for the slumming prevention of a residential area and the disaster prevention occurred by durability lowering of the building. It is increasing the interest for reusing and recycling of C&D waste. The government is doing efforts to diminish amount of C&D waste. But there couldn't find any efforts for developing Integrated system to manage and to estimate lightly generated amounts of C&D waste. So, this study presents a integrated computer system that can estimate easily quantity of C&D waste by using CAD draw and 3D Object.

Development and Application of Integrated Evaluation Index of Rainwater Drainage System based on the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA를 고려한 우수배제시스템 통합평가지표의 개발과 적용)

  • To overcome the limitations of existing rainwater drainage systems, we compared and analyzed a newly developed eco-friendly channel-type rainwater drainage system. We also developed an integrated evaluation index to quantify the improvement of the new system. The concept of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) was applied to calculate and compare the costs of each process and to develop the integrated evaluation index, which considers the carbon emissions by each process. As a result, the cost was reduced by 53% overall compared to an O-type system and by 63% compared to a U-type system. In addition, when applying the integrated evaluation index, the new system was evaluated to be over 80% in the four processes compared to the existing systems. When applying the evaluation index to sites in Anyang and Incheon, the new system was improved by 35-100% compared to existing systems.

  • Safety management for building deconstruction works has been received extremely limited attention in the domestic construction society. Lack of systematic safety management practices and defective education system lead to the high level of fatality compared to that of advanced countries. Under the above domestic deconstruction environment, the authors intend to develope an integrated safety management guidelines that covers both mechanical and partial deconstruction works. Research outcome includes such specific educational materials as safety manual, checklists, pocket pamphlets, and e-manuals. Furthermore, to validate the applicability of the above materials, questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted. Detailed descriptions are provided for each research outcome.

  • Interactive electronic technical manual(IETM) for construction projects means an electronic tool that regulations and specifications related to construction method or maintenance process ale described by electronic book type. It has a meaning of integrated information system that includes virtual reality(VR), 3D animation and image contents for representing real construction information so that user can easily understand the construction situation and maintenance process. The basic information and technical manuals of construction facilities are being written as paper documents in our construction industry. As the result, the information management in the maintenance phase of construction projects is inefficient, and maintenance cost is being increased. This study attempts to improve the lack of understanding about construction IETM through the analysis of necessity and unique function of construction IETM comparing with the IETMS in other industry, Finally, this study shows a scenario of construction IErM for mitigating natural disaster of construction facilities to verify applicability of IETM.
