A Study on Schedule Management in Construction Projects by CCPM (CCPM을 이용한 건설사업 일정관리에 관한 연구)

  • Construction work varies with the project types. However, the success of all project types depends upon three conditions i.e. schedule, quality and cost. If these three conditions are fulfilled, then project said to be successful. In this paper, scheduling of a construction Project has been dealt with the application of CCPM method. CCPM has been introduced as a new theory in construction industry in 1997 at the United States, but its application is still insufficient in domestic field due to the absence of systematic study, A simulation has been conducted in a Bridge construction project to validate the possibility of CCPM in order to complement PERT/CPM in construction field. The result of study shows that the CCPM could be effective to reduce the project time duration than existing PERT/CPM technique.

  • The construction data should be controlled from the life-cycle perspective. The current PMIS (Project Management Information System) usually focuses on the construction operation stage. The PMIS does consider the utilization of the construction in the maintenance of constructed facilities. This paper tries to interface the construction data with the maintenance data for effective use of construction data in the life-cycle perspective. To achieve the research objective, a maintenance breakdown structure is established and connected to the work breakdown structures. The connection of the two breakdown structures provide a structured utilization of construction data for efficient maintenance work activities. A prototype suggests that the interface of maintenance and work breakdown structures can help provide a construction and maintenance data in a more efficient way for maintenance activities.

월성 원자력 2호기 건설사업 -추진 경위와 전망

  • 70만kW급 가압 중수로형 원전(CANDU-PHWR)으로 건설되고 있는 월성 원자력 2호기가 오는 6월의 상업 운전을 목전에 두고 있다. 월성 2호기가 준공되면, 우리 나라의 원전 설비 용량은 1천만kW를 돌파하게 된다. 한국전력공사의 종합사업 관리하에 건설 추진되어 온 월성 2호기는 충분한 운전 경험을 통해 그 안전성과 신뢰성이 입증된 CANDU-600과 동일한 노형으로, 월성 1호기 건설 이후의 설비 개선과 최신 기술 기준 및 강화된 인허가 요건을 적용하여 발전소 안전성과 신뢰성을 제고하였으며, 선행 호기의 건설 경험을 최대한 활용하여 공정 계획을 수립$\cdot$추진하여 왔다. 그간의 건설 경위 등을 특징별로 살펴 본다.

  • 1990s, Construction market continued to grow in South Korea exceeding 20% of GDP. In 2015, more than 30 years of old multi-family dwellings amounted to 4.93 million and it continues to increase until 2019. In Particular, the share of Public rental Housing accounts for 90.6% of South Korea's Total aging housing. Before checking the feasibility of Construction Project Management such as Renovation and Reconstruction, Checklists were presented through price impact factor analysis and analysis of housing construction system(Regulation). Based on 32 Price Influencing factors and 20 Indicators based on the housing construction system The Construction project management seems appropriate. As a result, the 22 complexes were found to be suitable for remodeling. This study is meaningful enough to be used for Domestic rental Housing construction and Construction project management and to suggest specificity. Future Research is needed to Quantify the checklist.

  • '98년 건설CALS기본계획을 바탕으로 개발된 건설CALS시스템은 건설사업관리 건설인허가 단위시스템을 시작으로 시설물유지관리 용지보상 건설CALS포탈 등 5개 단위시스템을 개발하여 운영중에 있으며 국내 900여개 이상의 건설현장 및 건설 관련 공공기관에서 사용하고 있다. 그러나 각 단위시스템의 개발 시기 도구 등이 서로 상이하여 사용자 요구사항 및 법령 개정에 따른 시스템 개편 등 외부 환경변화의 패러다임을 적용하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 각 단위 시스템의 구조적 요소를 통일하고 외부환경의 적용이 가능한 전자정부 표준프레임워크의 적용 가능성을 분석하였다. 이는 객체 지향 중심의 웹 시스템 구조를 프레임워크 기반으로 변경하는 것으로써 시스템 재사용성이 향상되고 신규 기능 추가가 용이해지며 리소스 절감이 가능할 것이다.

  • 최근 우리나라의 건설 분야에서는 생애주기비용(Life Cycle Cost;이하 LCC)/가치공학(Value Engineering; 이하 VE)을 적용한 구조물 설계가 실시되고 있다. 이는, 건설교통부에서 공공건설사업의 효율성을 제고하기 위하여 실시하고 있으며, 대통령령에 따라 "건설기술관리법시행령"을 제정하여 공공사업분 수행 절차와 기준을 법제화 하였으며 이후 시행령 38조 13의 "설계의 경제성등 검토" 실시를 의무화하는 시행지침을 작성하여 수행하고 있다. 이러한, LCC/VE의 검토에서 보수 보강 공사비 산정은 유지보수공사 프로파일링을 통한 보수 보강 시기를 산정(건설교통부, 2003)하여 교량 구성요소별 보수 교체 주기를 산정(건설교통부, 2001)에서 제시한 기간을 적용하여 LCC/VE를 평가하고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 보수 보강 공사비의 적용은 일괄적인 적용이며, 예전 국내의 교량 건설기술이 현재와 같이 발전된 상태에서의 현황이 아니므로 본 연구에서는 현재 고속국도에 완공되어 운용중인 교량 구조물을 시설물의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 시행령(2008)에 따른 "시설물의 안전점검 및 정밀안전진단 지침"에 의한 교량의 초기점검, 정밀점검 및 정밀안전진단 자료를 조사 분석하여 보수 보강 공사비 곡선을 추정하려 한다.

  • A number of BTL projects for educational facilities have been augmented because of the increase of newtown development and deflationary policy of class size for learning efficiency. As the operation and maintenance costs rapidly increase, the budget for operation and maintenance is expected to be short. Therefore the asset management maximizing asset value is required to clarify the budget plan and distribution and provide a qualitatively high service. The main objective of this research is to establish asset valuation process in educational facilities delivered by BTL project. In order to meet the research objective, the asset valuation process is established by literature reviews, expert advice, and lessons learned from the developed countries. The developed process includes depreciation by internal accounting law, the core element of valuation, and asset valuation process. The results of the research will be help to offer the qualitatively high service and explain the standard of budget plan. It will assist commencing the asset management system.

  • BAT Korea's Factory is the one of the major projects that clearly confirms and demonstrates that Construction Management (CM), provided by a Korean CM Company to the foreign clients, enables them to successfully complete projects; with savings in time and reduction in cost, which it is $15\%$ lower than the cost of the overseas construction. Also, throughout the thorough schedule management, it was possible to commence with manufacturing one month after the completion date. The Key Success Factors was generated by the excellent construction management skills, and more importantly by the confidence gained by the client in giving a CM company full authority for the construction management of the project. This study has focus on elements of construction management applied to this project throughout the concept of 'One Stop Shop', including cost managements, contract management and value engineering etc. We hope that this study will provide useful data to enable public clients to take advantages of construction management, in a similar way to. the private clients, who have already implemented CM actively.

  • The Korean Government recently has been focused on strengthening competitiveness of order and stimulating construction market in the international construction industry. It has planned to extend the ODPs (overseas development projects) in order to diversifying the international construction market of which is domestic construction companies, placing too much emphasis on plant projects of the Middle East. However, literature review of risk analysis in the ODPs shows that the number of case study is several. Therefore, Authors asserted the necessity of risk analysis in the ODPs. The purpose of this study is to suggest a methodology that find KRFs (key risk factors) in the ODPs and analyze them, using AHP and Fuzzy theory. As a result, the 37 KRFs are selected and explained characteristics of them. A future direction of this study is to suggest a risk management model in the ODPs and prove feasibility of it.

  • With the scale of program management getting larger and complexity, More accurate and precise method for management cost estimate is demanded. However, most of project management cost estimates are based on similar cases and hence can not reflect distinct features of each project. Cost estimate precision is also not up to the standards, and also troublesome to policy-making and budget allocation. Therefore, project typical model for cost estimate of Comprehensive Project Management is developed, and makes it easier to manage level of effort and allocate cost by applying characteristic factor of each project. This study categorized the project package by phase; planning, detailed design, and bid procurement, to develop typical model. And by designating specific level of effort required for each field and rank, the study aims to improve the method for calculating the detailed and objective program cost. Outcome of this study will prevent conflicts between client and contractor, accurately calculate program management contract cost for the client, and become a reference for the contractor to receive rational and practical payments for their work.
