  • 사업의 지속적인 성장을 위해서, 생상성의 향상은 필수적인 요소이다. 건설업은 노동집약적인 산업이고 그래서 건설기능인력은 생산성에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 요인이다. 그러나 매해 건설기능인력은 감소하고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 이러한 문제는 반드시 교육체계와 직급체계의 제안을 통해 관리되어져야 한다. 이 연구의 목적은 기존의 문헌고찰을 통하여 현재의 교육체계와 직급체계의 연관된 문제를 찾아내고 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 교육체계와 직급체계를 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 또 이러한 교육체계와 직급체계의 타당성 검증을 위하여 건설 기능 인력의 설문조사와 건설 실무자의 면담, 조사를 통하여 타당성을 도출해낸다. 좀 더 세부적인 사항이나 결론은 아래의 글에서 알아보기로 한다.

A Study on Classification Standard for Efficient Maintenance System of Educational Facilities (교육시설물의 효율적 유지관리 체계정립을 위한 분류 기준연구)

  • Korean Government conducted "a research for establishing the integrated construction information classification system" and suggested the classification system for the first and second level in terms of the complexity in May, 2001. The Ministry of Construction and Transportation announced a standard of the integrated construction information classification system using previous research in August, 2001. Since 2005, many BTL projects have been constructed for the educational facility. However, there is mixed official standard of the system for the educational facility. Moreover, it is difficult for the SPC to use the current "integrated construction information classification system", since the item in the educational facility cannot be easily located in the current system. Thus, this research suggests an efficient maintenance system for the educational facility. Two classification systems, space-oriented and element-oriented systems, are suggested to increase efficiency of the classification system.

  • Despite the fact that the construction industry demands a good quality of skilled labors, most of the labors have been nurtured through apprenticeship, without a systematic education. Despite Institutions has been conducted government-funded education and training programs, the number of new workers released through the educational institutions is not up to the demand of the construction sites, and only few construction workers take government-funded education program. This study analyzed the current status and problems of government-funded education and training, to derive problems and illustrates key improvements in the education system. The improvement measures were presented to improve the cost-side difficulties analyzed by major problems and improvements. As a result, this study aids to activate government-funded education and training.

  • The construction industry is heavily dependent on labor force as automation to building constructions is difficult due to its characteristics such on-site production, custom manufacturing production. Thus, while securing and fostering high-quality functional manpower for stable construction work are significant, the construction workforce has been persistently lacking compared to demand. Young workers are reluctant to enter the construction industry due to high labor intensity, unstable employment structure, and uncertainty for the future. The employment rate for new jobs in the construction industry is half as high as in others. Currently, the departments related to construction are organized in specialized high school to conduct training for young workers. The graduates have a low ratio of employment rate to the construction industry and functional capacities fallen short of expectations. In this study, the education and training conditions of specialized high schools were analyzed to derive problems and key improvements of the education system were drawn. As an improvement for the analysis results, it provides solutions such as giving advantages of previous education experience, expand industry-academic cooperation with businesses, and expand links with external educational institutions.

  • 건설산업에 있어서 건설기술자의 수요는 건설공사업의 면허 및 등록을 위한 기술능력의 평가기준이 되고 또한 건설공사의 관리 및 기술상의 관리를 위해 공사현장에 배치되는 기술자로 활용될 뿐만 아니라 건설산업의 국제화, 고도화에 따른 경쟁력 강화와 노동집약적 산업에서 기술집약적 산업으로 전환하기 위한 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이와 같이 건설기술인력의 중요성을 감안할 때 기술인력의 향상과 전문화를 통한 건설기술의 고도화를 도모하고 또한 건설생산활동에 있어서 원활한 수급을 위한 효율적인 기술인력 관리체계가 구축되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설기술인력의 효율적 및 관리를 위해 현행 건설기술인력 활용 및 관리 제도상의 문제점 분석과 건설기술인력의 교육 및 경력관리에 대한 실태 조사를 통하여 건설기술인력의 관리 및 활용성의 문제점을 파악하고 개선방향을 제시하였다. 또한 양성된 건설기술인력의 능력을 유효하게 발휘시킬수 있도록 환경여건의 마련과 이들을 조직화하여 국가적 차원에서 효율적 활용을 도모할 수 있는 일련의 계획적$\cdot$체계적 관리 방안을 제시하였다.

  • As defined by the experts, safety education is the basic method through which people can protect themselves from the dangers in workplace. Therefore, safety education is an important safety measure that can be effectively utilized in disaster prevention without any certain limit. The current practice of safety education in construction sites, however, is all formal and has no substance. Safety education became a mere boring time to workers since the material is not related to them, and does not reflect the individual personalities, which cannot induce voluntary participation of workers. Thus, it is vital to develop various safety education models suitable for individual personalities of construction workers. This study aims to provide the basic data necessary to establish safety education models according to individual personalities of construction workers. Based on the analysis of the preliminary stuff and interviews, the typical individual personalities of construction workers and safety education factors were examined, and the frameworks for each were established. Based on results of applying them to actual cases, directions to improve safety education in construction sites are presented.

  • Recently, Operators of Facilities perform Asset Management for extending life-cycle of Facilities. Moreover government recommend Asset Management for educational facilities through the statute as promotion law for educational facilities business, regulations of operating educational facilities business. Operators of Education Facilities also have recognized Asset concept of the educational facilities, and established and operated each systems. However, OO university isn't performing Asset Management efficiently because of absence of own structure system and Asset Management system. Therefore, this study analysed the present condition of Asset Management of OO university, and offered basic references that efficiently improve the present Asset Management and suggest not only the reasonable operation but also management organization.

  • The need for education that meets the strengths and weaknesses of cyber education is raised because there is difference in the characteristics of students and the needs for education between the cyber university, where the education without constraints of time and space is made, and the existing offline universities. Also, it is expected that the satisfaction of students will be greater if the education is provided based on the analysis of the characteristics of students and their demands for education. There are many students already engaged in construction industry. The students entering the construction engineering department in cyber university are Interested in acquiring the theoretical foundation and professional construction knowledge based on practical experience, professional licenses, and career management. Also, they are interested in further studies at graduate school level and add to academic depth. This study suggests the necessity of establishment of construction education system Including objectives and curriculum in cyber university based on the analysis on the characteristics of students and educational needs.
